Industrial development is an essential foundation of the national economy,but the industry is also the largest source of air pollution,of which power plants,iron and steel,building materials,and other industries emit large amounts of ***,the Chinese government has promulgated a series of stringent emission regulations,and it is against this backdrop that research into air pollution control technologies for key industrial sectors is in full *** particular,during the 13th Five-Year Plan,breakthroughs have been made in pollution control technology for key industrial sectors.A multi-pollutant treatment technology system of desulfurization,denitrification,and dust collection,which applies to key industries such as power plants,steel,and building materials,has been ***-performance materials for the treatment of different pollutants,such as denitrification catalysts and desulfurization absorbers,were *** the same time,multi-pollutant synergistic removal technologies for flue gas in various industries have also become a hot research topic,with important breakthroughs in the synergistic removal of NO_(x),SO_(x),and *** to the increasingly stringent emission standards and regulations in China,there is still a need to work on the development of multi-pollutant synergistic technologies and further research and development of synergistic abatement technologies for CO_(2) to meet the requirements of ultra-low emissions in industrial sectors.

香橙草本润喉软糖加工工艺研究

为丰富软糖种类,更好地满足人们对口味和营养的需求,本文以橙子为主要原料,加入润喉止咳性的中药材以及少量作为清凉剂的薄荷脑,制成香橙草本润喉软糖,通过对其咀嚼性和感官评价等方面的分析,进行单因素试验和响应面试验以优化香橙草本润喉软糖的工艺配方。结果表明,在软糖总质量为210 g时,复合胶添加量17.7 g,中药与橙汁的配比2∶3,赤藓糖醇添加量41 g,均质时间8 min时,软糖的感官评分最高,为90.54分。该配方制成的香橙草本润喉软糖外形完整,质地均匀,呈现富有光泽的橙黄色,咀嚼性好,酸甜适中,具有明显的脐橙风味,丰富了软糖的口味和种类,拓宽了中药材在现代食品工业中的应用范围。

Experimental study and numerical simulation of the characteristics of a percussive gas-solid separator

The presence of solid particles in the flow of hypersonic wind tunnels damages the appearance of the experiment models in the wind tunnel and influences the accuracy of experimental results. The design of a highly efficient gas-solid separator was therefore undertaken, Particle trajectory imaging methods were used to measure trajectories under different conditions. The flow field and particle movement characteristics for different head angles （HAs） and separation tooth angles （STAs）, inlet velocities, and the exhaust gas outlet pressures in the separator, were calculated using simulations based on the discrete phase model. The particle separation efficiency, pressure loss, and flow loss resulting from different structural parameters were also studied. In line with experimental observations, the characteristic angle of particle movements in the separator and the separation efficiency of the separator were found to increase with decreasing HA and with increasing STA. Separation efficiency improves with increasing inlet velocity and with increasing negative pressure of the exhaust gas outlet; however, the corresponding pressure loss and the flow rate of the waste gas also increased.

Improving flight performance of UAVs by ice shape modulation

Aircraft icing poses a great threat to flight *** response to the characteristics of high-power consumption,large volume,and heavy weight of traditional anti-/de-icing technologies,the concept of ice shape modulation is proposed,which is called ice tolerant ***,the flight performance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)was compared in three states:no ice,full ice,and modulated ice through flight *** was found that ice shape modulation has a significant improvement effect on the aerodynamic performance of aircraft under icing *** the three modulated ice shape conditions in this experiment,the lift coefficient of the UAV under different ice shape modulation conditions increased by 18%–33%,and the stalling angle was delayed by 3°-5°.Subsequently,the pressure distribution,streamlines in the flow field,and detached vortex distribution of the UAV model in these three states were obtained through numerical simulation,to study the mechanism of ice shape modulation on the aerodynamic performance of *** simulation found that the reason for the improvement of the wings effect after ice shape modulation is that the modulated area forms a leading-edge protrusion structure similar to a vortex *** structure prolongs the mixed flow region on the wings surface and reduces the trend of flow separation,which plays a role in increasing lift and reducing drag for UAVs under icing ***,a reverse reachable set that can be used for unexpected state recovery is used as the definition of flight safety boundaries,and an aircraft dynamics model is established to obtain flight safety boundaries for different *** has found that the flight safety boundary of the UAV in a no ice state is greater than that in a modulated ice state,and the safety boundary in a modulated ice state is greater than that in a full ice *** with the full ice state,the flight safety boundary after modulation has expanded by 27.0%.The sch

为了克服压力波动下输气管道泄漏信号变化幅度大导致孔径识别准确率低的问题,提出了一种基于WPT-PCAGMHMM的泄漏源特征识别模型。开展了压力波动下管道泄漏的声发射检测实验,通过小波包变换(WPT)提取了不同工况下声发射信号的小波包能量谱,随后通过主成分分析(PCA)对频带能量进行去相关性与降维。最后将数据及标签分为训练集与测试集,采用高斯混合-隐马尔可夫模型(GMHMM)实现了对管道压力与泄漏孔径的分类识别。结果表明,所提出的模型整体准确率最高达到95.20%,泄漏孔径准确率达到99.95%,显著泄漏识别准确率达到100%,在充足样本及小样本的环境下相比BPNN、SVM均有优秀的表现。

近几年,随着运价系统业务不断增长,服务器节点数量呈现几何式扩张。如何对生产系统近千台服务器及应用进行有效的监控报警,成了企业亟须解决的问题。现有监控系统(如Nagios、Zabbix、Prometheus和Open-Falcon)均无法满足系统对于日志数据深度分析处理并监控报警的能力。基于上述原因,以民航客运运价系统为背景,基于ELK体系架构和Elastalert日志告警插件,实现了一种分布式实时监控报警系统,不仅能够提供硬件监控、服务器基础监控和应用监控,还拥有强大的日志分析处理能力,可识别出异常的微小波动并及时发出警报,帮助运维人员迅速定位问题,并采取相应的措施,为民航客运运价系统的稳定运行提供了坚实的技术保障,也为处理复杂多变的监控需求提供了有力的工具。
