Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common types of liver cancer and is the second leading cause of cancer mortality with an estimated 745500 deaths annually(Jemal et al.,2011).Although new therapeutic modalities including novel chemotherapeutic interventions and targeted therapy have been applied,the prognosis of HCC patients remains unsatisfactory due to the high incidence of intrahepatic and distal metastases(Siegel et al.,2018).

Transmesosigmoid hernia has previously been considered as a rare *** clinical symptoms can be ***,we report a case of acute intestinal obstruction because of transmesosigmoid *** addition,after a comprehensive review of PubMed and China National Knowledge Infrastructure,we present a review of 22 cases of transmesosigmoid *** summarize several valuable clinical features that help early recognition of transmesosigmoid *** a result of easy strangulation,in patients without a history of surgery or abdominal inflammation who present with symptoms of progressive or persistent small bowel obstruction(SBO),surgeons should consider the possibility of transmesosigmoid *** addition,based on our data,in patients with SBO because of transmesosigmoid hernia,the defect is usually 2-5 cm in ***,because of the high risk of strangulation with transmesosigmoid hernia,it is mandatory to reassess the condition timely and periodically when patients receive conservative treatment.

Background： Laparoscopic resection （LAP） for small bowel gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GISTs） is not as common as for stomach. This study aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LAP for small bowel GISTs with systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods： The Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase, and PubMed databases before December 2016 were comprehensively searched to retrieve comparative trials of LAP and conventional open resection （OPEN） for GISTs of small bowel with a relevance of review object. These researches reported intraoperative and postoperative clinical course （operation time, blood loss, time to first flatus and oral intake, hospital stay, morbidity, and mortality）, oncologic outcomes, and long-term survival status. Results： Six studies involving 391 patients were identified. Compared to （）PEN, LAP had associated with a shorter operation time （weighted mean difference [WMD] = -27.97 rain, 95% confidence interval [CI]： 49.40 -6.54, P 〈 0.01）： less intraoperative blood loss （WMD - -0.72 ml： 95% CI： 1.30--0.13, P = 0.02）; earlier time to flatus （WMD = -0.83 day; 95% C/： 1.44- 0.22, P 〈 0.01）; earlier time to restart oral intake （WMD - 1.95 days; 95% CI： -3.31 -0.60, P 〈 0.01 ）; shorter hospital stay （WMD = -3.00 days; 95% CI： -4.87 -1.13, P 〈 0.01）; and a decrease in overall complications （risk ratio = 0.56, 95% CI： 0.33-0.97, P 0.04）. In addition, the tumor recurrence and long-term survival rate showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients. Conclusions： LAP for small bowel GISTs is a safe and feasible procedure with shorter operation time, less blood loss, less overall complications, and quicker recovery. Besides, tumor recurrence and the long-term survival rate are similar to open approach. Because of the limitations of this study, methodologically high-quality studies are needed for certain appraisal.

To explore the wide-frequency damping and vibration-attenuation performances in the application of aerospace components,the cylindrical sandwich shell structure with a gradient core of entangled wire mesh was proposed in this ***,the gradient cores of entangled wire mesh in the axial and radial directions were prepared by using an in-house Numerical Control weaving machine,and the metallurgical connection between skin sheets and the gradient core was performed using vacuum ***,to investigate the mechanical properties of cylindrical sandwich shells with axial or radial gradient cores,quasi-static and dynamic mechanical experiments were carried *** primary evaluations of mechanical properties include secant stiffness,natural frequency,Specific Energy Absorption(SEA),vibration acceleration level,and so *** results suggest that the vibration-attenuation performance of the sandwich shell is remarkable when the high-density core layer is at the end of the shell or abuts the inner *** axial gradient material has almost no influence on the vibration frequencies of the shell,whereas the vibration frequencies increase dramatically when the high-density core layer approaches the ***,compared to the conventional sandwich shells,the proposed functional grading cylindrical sandwich shell exhibits more potential in mass reduction,stiffness designing,and energy dissipation.

Effect of HCV NS_3 protein on P53 protein expression in hepatocarcinogenesis

AIM To investigate hepatocarcinogenesis by detecting the effect of HCV NS 3 protein on P53 protein expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and pericarcinomatous liver tissue (PCLT). METHODS The expression of HCV NS 3 and P53 protein was detected with immunohistochemical technique (SP method) in specimens of HCC and PCLT from 47 patients with negative HBV. RESULTS The positive rate of HCV NS 3 protein was lower in HCC (62%) than in PCLT (83%) ( P 0 5), whereas their expression was closely related to PCLT ( P <0 01), and the expression rate of P53 protein in the cases of positive HCV NS 3 protein was higher than that in the cases of negative HCV NS 3 protein. CONCLUSION HCV NS 3 protein may exert its hepatocarcinogenic effect in early stage on host cells by endogenous pathway which may bring about mutation of p53 gene and transformation of hepatocytes.

Drought stress impairs crop growth and ***1-like family transcription factors may be involved in plant response to drought stress,but little is known of the molecular mechanism by which these proteins regulate plant response and defense to drought *** we show that the BEL1-like transcription factor GhBLH5-A05 functions in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)response and defense to drought *** of GhBLH5-A05 in cotton was induced by drought *** of GhBLH5-A05 in both Arabidopsis and cotton increased drought tolerance,whereas silencing GhBLH5-A05 in cotton resulted in elevated sensitivity to drought ***5-A05 binds to cis elements in the promoters of GhRD20-A09 and GhDREB2C-D05 to activate the expression of these ***5-A05 interacted with the KNOX transcription factor ***-expression of GhBLH5-A05 and GhKNAT6-A03 increased the transcription of GhRD20-A09 and *** conclude that GhBLH5-A05 acts as a regulatory factor with GhKNAT6-A03 functioning in cotton response to drought stress by activating the expression of the drought-responsive genes GhRD20-A09 and GhDREB2C-D05.

The problem of imbalanced data classification learning has received much *** classification algorithms are susceptible to data skew to favor majority samples and ignore minority *** weighted minority oversampling technique(MWMOTE)is an effective approach to solve this problem,however,it may suffer from the shortcomings of inadequate noise filtering and synthesizing the same samples as the original minority *** this end,we propose an improved MWMOTE method named joint sample position based noise filtering and mean shift clustering(SPMSC)to solve these ***,in order to effectively eliminate the effect of noisy samples,SPMsC uses a new noise filtering mechanism to determine whether a minority sample is noisy or not based on its position and distribution relative to the majority *** that MWMOTE may generate duplicate samples,we then employ the mean shift algorithm to cluster minority samples to reduce synthetic replicate ***,data cleaning is performed on the processed data to further eliminate class *** on extensive benchmark datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of SPMsC compared with other sampling methods.

The Quaternary strata on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau contain rich information about the paleoclimate and environmental evolution,record the evolution process of the Quaternary regional tectonics,paleogeography,and geomorphology of the plateau,and are extremely important areas for studying the Quaternary geological events and regional environmental *** to a comprehensive analysis of the regional stratigraphic data and the development and evolution characteristics of the biota,based on the differences in the lithostratigraphic units,sedimentary characteristics,landforms,and drainage systems,the Quaternary strata on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its surrounding areas are divided into five stratigraphic regions:the Tarim region,Loess Plateau region,Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region,Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau region,and India-Ganges *** Qinghai-Tibet Plateau stratigraphic region is divided into seven stratigraphic sub-regions:the West Kunlun-Karakorum,AltunQilian Mountains,Qaidam-Hehuang,East Kunlun-Bayan Har,Qiangtang,East Xizang-West Yunnan-West Sichuan,and Gangdise-Himalayan *** paper briefly describes the lithostratigraphic units of the seven stratigraphic sub-regions of the Qinghai-Tibet *** to the lithostratigraphic sequence and its sedimentary characteristics,stratigraphic contact relationship,formation age,and evolution of the biota in each stratigraphic sub-region,the Quaternary tectonic paleogeographic evolution of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is divided into four stages.(1)The inherited differential uplift stage since the Pliocene(2.6-1.8/1.5 Ma):the regional sedimentary differences were significant,and the stratigraphic distribution was limited,the alluvial-proluvial sandy conglomerate was widely developed along the piedmont,and fluvial and lacustrine deposits were developed in the low-lying areas between the mountains.(2)The mountain range flattening stage(1.8/1.5-1.2/0.8 Ma):the erosion unconformity surfaces around the pl
