This work reveals the significant effects of cobalt(Co)on the microstructure and impact toughness of as-quenched highstrength steels by experimental characterizations and thermo-kinetic *** results show that the Co-bearing steel exhibits finer blocks and a lower ductile-brittle transition temperature than the steel without ***,the Co-bearing steel reveals higher transformation rates at the intermediate stage with bainite volume fraction ranging from around 0.1 to *** improved impact toughness of the Co-bearing steel results from the higher dense block boundaries dominated by the V1/V2 variant ***,the addition of Co induces a larger transformation driving force and a lower bainite start temperature(BS),thereby contributing to the refinement of blocks and the increase of the V1/V2 variant *** findings would be instructive for the composition,microstructure design,and property optimization of high-strength steels.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

适量摄入全谷物及杂豆可以改善糖代谢和脂代谢,但摄入量过高可能产生不利影响。由于缺乏相应的换算关系,小鼠饲料中的摄入量无法直接作为人群摄入量的参考。本文介绍小鼠饲料中常见的全谷物及杂豆的添加量,并通过等效系数法、比表面积法、体型系数法、食物比重法、体表面积指数法、能量换算法和营养素换算法探讨了小鼠饲料中全谷物及杂豆添加量与人群膳食推荐量之间的剂量效应关系。研究表明,当人群全谷物及杂豆推荐摄入量为50~150 g时,相当于在每日进食量为3 g的小鼠饲料中添加5%~50%的全谷物及杂豆。对于小鼠而言,饲料中全谷物及杂豆的添加量超过50%可能存在过量摄入的风险。本研究为未来建立全谷物及杂豆在小鼠饲料添加量与人群推荐摄入量之间的换算关系提供了重要参考。

The high-value utilization of low-rank coal would allow for expanding energy sources,improving energy efficiencies,and alleviating environmental *** order to use low-rank coal effectively,the hypercoals(HPCs)were co-extracted from two types of low-rank coal and biomass via N-methyl-2-purrolidinone(NMP)under mild *** structures of the HPCs and residues were characterized by proximate and ultimate analysis,Raman spectra,and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)*** carbon structure changes within the raw coals and HPCs were *** individual thermal dissolution of Xibu(XB)coal,Guandi(GD)coal,and the biomass demonstrated that the biomass provided the lowest thermal dissolution yield Y1 and the highest thermal soluble yield Y2 at 280℃,and the ash content of three HPCs decreased as the extraction temperature ***-thermal extractions in NMP at various coal/biomass mass ratios were performed,demonstrating a positive synergic effect for Y2 in the whole coal/biomass mass *** maximum value of Y2 was 52.25wt% for XB coal obtained with a XB coal/biomass of 50wt% *** maximum value of Y2 was 50.77wt% for GD coal obtained with a GD coal/biomass of 1:*** difference for the optimal coal/biomass mass ratios between XB and GD coals could be attributed to the different co-extraction mechanisms for this two type coals.

Chiral chemicals have attracted significant interest in the pharmaceutical industry,yet the separation methods to get pure enantiomers from racemic mixture are still *** date,the separation of enantiomers still mainly depends on chromatography using high-cost chiral stationary ***,wood channels were used as the handheld integrated device,and enantiomer separation was simultaneously detected using an electrochemical *** this method,a chiral UIO-66(L-UIO-66)modified enantiomer separation zone and carbonized wood based online detection zone are integrated along a single wood *** on the in situ separation results from the chronoamperometry data,the wood device shows excellent separation ability for a wide range of electrochemically active enantiomers,including 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine,amino acids,ascorbic acid,carnitine,and penicillamine with high chirality *** unbiased molecular dynamic simulations indicate that the excellent chiral recognition and separation are attributed to the different barriers from the bound states to the dissociated state of the enantiomers in the homochiral microenvironment of the *** integrated enantiomer separation-electrochemical detection device provides a novel,easy,and low-cost platform for the separation of pure enantiomer from racemic mixture.

Ras-association(RA) domain family number 6(RASSF6) is a member of the Ras-association domain protein *** is epigenetically inactive and negatively regulates the malignant progression of some ***,its precise role in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) has not been *** this study,we performed immunohistochemistry(IHC) *** results show that RASSF6 is upregulated in ESCC and that the elevated expression level of RASSF6 is associated with lymph node metastasis and poor survival of ESCC *** with the clinical obse rvations,the upregulation of RASSF6 greatly promotes ESCC cell proliferation,migration and invasion as well as the cell cycle transition to Gl/S phase in *** to models in vivo,the downregulation of RASSF6 considerably inhibits ESCC tumor growth and lung ***,RASSF6 negatively regulates the tumor suppressor tripartite-motif-containing protein 16(TRIM16) by promoting its ubiquitination-dependent degradation and eventually activates pathways associated with the cell cycle and epithelialmesenchymal transition(EMT).Together,these results indicate that the RASSF6-TRIM16 axis is a key effector in ESCC progression and that RASSF6 serves as a potential target for the treatment of ESCC.

Since the neighboringπorbits in C_(60) are well overlapped,the off-diagonal part of electron interaction plays an important *** this paper,the effects of the off-diagonal electron interactions on the exciton energies in C_(60) are studied by using the single configuration interaction *** is found that the binding energies of the low-lying singlet and triplet excitons depend sensitively upon the off-diagonal interactions which compete against the diagonal interactions and suppress the binding of the *** implication of these features is discussed.

The reaction of 1-phenacylimidazole with W（CO）6 in a 1：1 molar ratio under irradiation with a high-pressure Hg lamp mainly yielded the title compound （C29H26N4O7W, Mr = 726.39）, which is of orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 27.665（4）, b = 7.7807（12）, c = 27.803（4） A, V = 5984.8（16）A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.612 g/cm^3, λ（MoKa） = 0.71073 A ,μ= 3.911 mm^-1, F（000） = 2864, R = 0.0583 and wR = 0.1502 for 3356 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. The crystal structural analysis indicates that in the coordination geometry of tungsten, 1-phenacylimidazole acts as a monodentate ligand and two imidazole ligands locate in a cis-position.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of pearlite in 45Cr4NiMoV and 50Cr5NiMoV steels were studied and *** microstructural characteristics of pearlite of two steels were carefully examined by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the type,size and relative amount of extracted carbide particles were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and TEM coupled with selected area electron *** hardness,tensile property,impact and fracture toughness of pearlite of two steels were also ***,the carbide dissolution kinetics of 45Cr4NiMoV and 50Cr5NiMoV steels were *** results indicated that the carbides in 50Cr5NiMoV steel exhibited higher dissolution temperature than those in 45Cr4NiMoV steel,which induced different morphologies of pearlite after eutectoid *** to the pearlite with lamellar M_(23)C_(6)carbides in 45Cr4NiMoV steel,the pearlite with the mixture of spheroidized M_(7)C_(3)and lamellar M_(23)C_(6)carbides in 50Cr5NiMoV steel possessed higher impact and plane-strain fracture toughness but lower hardness and strength,because different pearlite morphologies led to different mechanical *** order to further improve the comprehensive properties of the steels,the fraction of M_(7)C_(3)for the material with acceptable properties was examined and dissolution kinetic of M_(7)C_(3)was ***,the austenitizing temperature and holding time could be appropriately selected to keep enough undissolved M_(7)C_(3)in the steels.
