AIM:To study functional brain abnormalities in patients with hypertensive retinopathy(HR)and to discuss the pathophysiological mechanisms of HR by fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(fALFFs)***:Twenty HR patients and 20 healthy controls(HCs)were respectively *** age,gender,and educational background characteristics of the two groups were *** functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)scanning,the subjects’spontaneous brain activity was evaluated with the fALFF *** operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was used to classify the ***,we used Pearson’s correlation analysis to explore the relationship between fALFF values in specific brain regions and clinical behaviors in patients with ***:The brain areas of the HR group with lower fALFF values than HCs were the right orbital part of the middle frontal gyrus(RO-MFG)and right lingual *** contrast,the values of fALFFs in the left middle temporal gyrus(MTG),left superior temporal pole(STP),left middle frontal gyrus(MFG),left superior marginal gyrus(SMG),left superior parietal lobule(SPL),and right supplementary motor area(SMA)were higher in the HR *** results of a t-test showed that the average values of fALFFs were statistically significantly different in the HR group and HC group(P<0.001).The fALFF values of the left middle frontal gyrus in HR patients were positively correlated with anxiety scores(r=0.9232;P<0.0001)and depression scores(r=0.9682;P<0.0001).CONCLUSION:fALFF values in multiple brain regions of HR patients are abnormal,suggesting that these brain regions in HR patients may be dysfunctional,which may help to reveal the pathophysiological mechanisms of HR.

背景痔疮是临床常见肛肠疾病,主要症状为便血、便秘、肿胀等.Ⅲ-Ⅳ期内痔症状较严重,临床治疗以手术为主,但手术治疗效果仍不尽理想.聚多卡醇泡沫硬化注射能使内痔血管发生纤维化闭塞和体积萎缩,具有治疗痔疮的作用.目的探究聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射联合自动痔疮套扎术(receive playload handler,RPH)治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ期内痔的疗效.方法将2020-05/2022-05我院180例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期内痔患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各90例.对照组采用RPH治疗,研究组采用聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射联合RPH治疗.比较两组治疗效果、围术期指标、血清生化指标、肛门功能、肛门疼痛程度、肛门狭窄程度、血管形态学指标、并发症及复发率.结果研究组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后便血持续时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后第3 d、7 d血清白介素-8、白介素-22、CXC型趋化因子受体4水平低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第3 d、7 d,研究组肛门控便、感觉、闭合功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后第3 d、7 d肛门疼痛、狭窄程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第7 d,研究组肛周静脉丛曲张面积、直径低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率、复发率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射联合RPH治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ期内痔的疗效显著,能更有效减轻术后肛门疼痛,改善肛周血管形态学.

During the past thirty years, two generations of low alloy steels(ferrite/pearlite followed by bainite/martensite) have been developed and widely used in structural applications. The third-generation of low alloy steels is expected to achieve high strength and improved ductility and toughness, while satisfying the new demands for weight reduction, greenness, and safety. This paper reviews recent progress in the development of third-generation low alloy steels with an M^3 microstructure, namely, microstructures with multi-phase, meta-stable austenite, and multi-scale precipitates. The review summarizes the alloy designs and processing routes of microstructure control, and the mechanical properties of the *** stabilization of retained austenite in low alloy steels is especially emphasized. Multi-scale nano-precipitates, including carbides of microalloying elements and Cu-rich precipitates obtained in third-generation low alloy steels, are then introduced. The structure–property relationships of third-generation alloys are also discussed. Finally, the promises and challenges to future applications are explored.

Serological diagnostic factors for liver metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer

AIM:To investigate the serological diagnostic factors for liver metastasis in patients with colorectal ***:One hundred and six adult in-patients with colorectal cancer were studied and divided into patients with liver metastasis(n = 56) and patients without liver metastasis(n = 50).Serum levels of tumor and biochemical markers for liver were measured at the time of ***:The mean survival time was 55.9 mo,36.8 mo and 68.3 mo for the overall patients,patients with liver metastasis and patients without liver metastasis,*** dehydrogenase(LDH) level was significantly correlated with the survival time of colorectal cancer *** levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),LDH and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) were significantly higher in patients with liver metastasis than in those without liver *** with lymph node metastasis had a higher risk of liver metastasis than those without lymph node *** cut points of LDH,GGT and CEA for screening liver metastasis were 180 U/L,30 U/L and 5.0 μg/L,*** sensitivity was 64.3%,69.6% and 70.4%,and the specificity was 64.0%,60.0% and 52.4%,*** sensitivity of parallel test was 85.2% for LDH and CEA,and 92.6% for GGT and CEA,*** specificity of serial test was 85.7% for LDH(or GGT) and ***:Early diagnosis of liver metastasis is of great *** sensitivity and specificity of combined tumor and biochemical markers are rather good in screening colorectal liver metastasis.

Dynamic response analysis of a moored crane-ship with a flexible boom

The dynamic response of moored crane-ship is studied. Governing equations for the dynamic response of a crane-ship coupled with the pendulum motion of the payload are derived based on Lagrange’s equations. The boom is modeled based on finite element method, while the payload is modeled as a planar pendulum of point mass. The dynamic response was studied using numerical method. The calculation results show that the large-amplitude responses occur at wave periods near the natural period of the payload. Load swing angle is smaller for crane-ship with flexible boom, in comparison with rigid boom. The ship surge mo- tions have large vibrations for crane-ship with flexible boom, which were not observed for a rigid boom. The analysis identifies the significance of key parameters and reveals how the system design can be adjusted to avoid critical conditions.

Thermocatalytic nonoxidative ethane dehydrogenation(EDH)is a promising strategy for ethene production but suffers from intense energy consumption and poor catalyst durability;exploring technology that permits efficient EDH by solar energy remains a giant ***,we present that an oxygen vacancy(O_v)-rich LaVO_(4)(LaVO_(4)-O_v)catalyst is highly active and stable for photocatalytic EDH,through a dynamic lattice oxygen(O_(latt.))and O_(v)co-mediated *** by simulated sunlight at mild conditions,LaVO_(4)-O_(v)effectively dehydrogenates undiluted ethane to produce C_(2)H_(4)and CO with a conversion of 2.3%.By loading a small amount of Pt cocatalyst,the evolution and selectivity of C_(2)H_(4)are enhanced to 275μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)and 96.8%.Of note,LaVO_(4)-O_(v)appears nearly no carbon deposition after the *** isotope tracked reactions reveal that the consumed O_(latt.)recuperates by exposing the used catalyst with O_(2),thus establishing a dynamic cycle of O_(latt.)and achieving a facile catalyst regeneration to preserve its intrinsic *** refreshed LaVO_(4)-O_(v)exhibits superior reusability and delivers a turnover number of about *** O_(v)promotes photo absorption,boosts ethane adsorption/activation,and accelerates charge separation/transfer,thus improving the photocatalytic *** possible photocatalytic EDH mechanism is proposed,considering the key intermediates predicted by density functional theory(DFT)and monitored by in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS).
