Cisplatin resistance is the main cause for the failure of cancer *** solve the problem,we proposed to develop a novel human serum albumin(HSA)nanoplatform to integrate chemotherapy,photothermal therapy(PTT)and *** this end,we obtained a platinum compound(C5)with significant cytotoxicity in the cisplatin-resistant SKOV-3 cells(SKOV-3/DDP),and then innovatively constructed photosensitizer(indocyanine green(ICG))-encapsulated HSAC5 complex nanoparticles(ICG@HSA-C5 NPs).The ICG@HSA-C5 NPs exhibited excellent photothermal performances in vitro and in ***,the in vivo results revealed that HSA enhanced the antitumor effect of C5 and that the combination of chemotherapy and PTT could significantly inhibit cisplatin-resistant tumor growth and improved the targeting abilities of C5 and ICG,and reduced their side *** also confirmed that ICG@HSA-C5 NPs killed the SKOV-3/DDP cells via gasdermin E(GSDME)-mediated pyroptosis and pyroptosis-induced immune responses,thereby synergistically leading to the death of the SKOV-3/DDP cells.

Deep learning based language models have improved generation-based linguistic steganography,posing a huge challenge for linguistic steganalysis. The existing neural-network-based linguistic steganalysis methods are incompetent to deal with complicated text because they only extract single-granularity features such as global or local text features. To fuse multi-granularity text features, we present a novel linguistic steganalysis method based on attentional bidirectional long-shortterm-memory(BiLSTM) and short-cut dense convolutional neural network(CNN). The BiLSTM equipped with the scaled dot-product attention mechanism is used to capture the long dependency representations of the input sentence. The CNN with the short-cut and dense connection is exploited to extract sufficient local semantic features from the word embedding matrix. We connect two structures in parallel, concatenate the long dependency representations and the local semantic features, and classify the stego and cover texts. The results of comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed method is superior to the state-of-the-art linguistic steganalysis.

A new complex of N,N?-bis(p-nitrophenyl)-2,2?-(p-phenylene-dioxy) diacetamide DMF monohydrate, C25H25N5O9·H2O (Mr = 557.52), has been synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.2812, b = 25.5894, c = 14.3434 ?, β = 91.110(1)o, V = 2672.0(2) ?3, Dc = 1.386 g/cm3, F(000) = 1168, μ = 0.109 mm-1 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0493 and wR = 0.1173 for 3389 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The asymmetric unit of the title complex consists of monomeric N,N?-bis(p-nitrophenyl)-2,2?-(p-phenyleneioxy)diacetamide 1, one DMF and one water molecule, which are incorporated during recrystallization. The molecules are linked into a three-dimensional network by π…π interactions as well as intermolecular interactions among DMF, water molecule and 1.

Background: The diagnosis of bacterium-negative pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) and extra-pulmonary TB is challenging clinically. The detection of the anti-TB antibody has an important, auxiliary, clinical diagnostic value. Therefore, TB antibody detection kits should be screened and evaluated, and the reagents with the highest sensitivity and specificity should be chosen and used ***: The diagnostic performance of 7 commercially available TB antibody detection kits(kits A, B, C, D, E, F and G) based on the gold immunoassay detection of immunoglobulin(Ig) G or IgM antibodies were simultaneously evaluated and compared in 62 TB cases and 56 non-TB cases in a laboratory. A retrospective analysis including 2549 cases was carried out to assess the clinical diagnosis values of bacteriological examinations and TB antibody tests(kits B and H used in the clinic).Results: The sensitivities of TB antibody kits A, B, C, D, E, F and G in the sera from 62 TB patients were 50.0%, 83.9%, 38.7%, 9.7%, 48.4%, 69.4% and 79.0%, respectively; the sensitivities in the sera from 24 smear-negative TB patients were 29.2%, 79.2%, 29.2%, 12.5%, 29.2%, 54.2% and 79.2%, respectively; the specificities in the sera from 56 nonTB patients were 73.2%, 25.0%, 85.7%, 96.4%, 78.6%, 78.6% and 50.0%, respectively. Of the 2549 clinically diagnosed cases, there were 1752 pulmonary TB cases, 505 extra-pulmonary TB cases, 87 old pulmonary TB cases and 205 non-TB cases. The positive results for smear, culture, TB antibody kit B and kit H in pulmonary TB cases were 39.8%(543/1365), 48.6%(372/765), 45.8%(802/1752) and 25.2%(442/1752), respectively; the results in extra-pulmonary TB cases were 3.4%(6/178), 5.8%(4/69), 35.4%(179/505), and 11.3%(57/505), respectively; the results in old pulmonary TB cases were 0%(0/64), 0%(0/30), 32.2%(28/87), and 9.2%(8/87), respectively; and the results in non-TB cases were 0%(0/121), 0%(0/56), 21.5%(44/205), and 2.4%(5/205), respectively. To investigate the effects of sodium selenite on telomerase activity and expression of hTERT mRNA in cadmium-transformed 16HBE cells. Methods Telomerase activity and expression of genes were measured after cultured cadmium-transformed 16HBE cells were exposed to sodium selenite at different doses （0.625, 1.25, 2.50, 5.00 pmol/L） for 24 hours. Results Selenium decreased telomerase activity in cadmium-transformed 16HBE cells. There existed an obvious dose-effect relationship between the selenium concentration and these changes. The expression of hTERT and c-myc mRNA also decreased but the expression of madl mRNA increased after exposure to selenium for 24 hours. No difference was found in expression of hTRF1 and hTRF2 mRNA after incubated with sodium selenite for 24 hours, compared with control group. Conclusion Selenium inhibits telomerase activity by decreasing hTERT and c-myc mRNA expression and increasing madl mRNA expression in cadmium-transformed 16HBE cells and selenium concentration is significantly correlated with these changes.

A field experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of drip fertigation combined with plant hedgerows on nitrogen and phosphorus runoff losses in intensive pear orchards in the Tai Lake *** and phosphorus runoff over a whole year were measured by using successional runoff water collection *** four experimental treatments were conventional fertilization(CK),drip fertigation(DF),conventional fertilization combined with plant hedgerows(C+H),and drip fertigation combined with plant hedgerows(D+H).The results from one year of continuous monitoring showed a significant positive correlation between precipitation and surface runoff *** runoff discharge under the treatments without plant hedgerows totaled 15.86%of precipitation,while surface runoff discharge under the treatments with plant hedgerows totaled 12.82%of *** hedgerows reduced the number of runoff events and the amount of surface *** is the main driving force for the loss of nitrogen and phosphorus in surface runoff,and fertilization is an important factor affecting the losses of nitrogen and *** CK,approximately 7.36%of nitrogen and 2.63%of phosphorus from fertilization entered the surface water through *** fertigation reduced the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in the surface soil and lowered the runoff loss concentrations of total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP).Drip fertigation combined with plant hedgerows significantly reduced the overall TN and TP losses by 45.38 and 36.81%,respectively,in comparison to the CK *** fertigation increased the vertical migration depth of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and reduced the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in the surface soil,which increased the pear *** promotion of drip fertigation combined with plant hedgerows will greatly reduce the losses of nitrogen and phosphorus to runoff and maintain the high fruit yields in the intensive orchards of

Objective To investigate the characteristics of ectopic automaticity and cation current (If) of cardiac myocytes from pulmonary vein sleeves (PVs) in canines with atrial fibrillation. Methods The canines (8–10 years old) were subjected to long-term, rapid atrial pacing (RAP) for 10 weeks, which induced the atrial fibrillation model. Disassociation of PVs of canines yielded single cardiac myocytes from a Landengorff column. Action potential, If and hyperpolarisation activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) currents were measured with the patch-clamp technique. Results Compared with the control group, cardiac myocytes from the RAP canine PVs had spontaneous diastolic depolarization, shorter action potential duration, and larger If densities. In the group of RAP cells, the half maximal activation potential (V1/2) was found to be less negative (��105.5 ±5.2 mV) compared to control cells (��87.3 ±4.9 mV). Current densities of If were increased significantly by β-adrenergic receptor stimulation with isoproterenol and caused an acceleration of current activation. In contrast, If currents in the RAP were reduced by carvedilol, a selective beta-adrenergic receptor. Another important finding is that HCN4-based channels may make a significant contribution to If in PVs cells, but not HCN2. Meanwhile, HCN4 current significantly increases in canine PVs cardiac myocytes with RAP. Conclusions The spontaneous action potential and larger If currentwere observed in the PVs cardiac myocytes using RAP, whichmay contribute tomore ectopic activity events to trigger and maintain atrial fibrillation.
