Objective:To study the clinical outcomes of complete mesocolic excision(CME)for right-sided colon cancer using 3D(three-dimensional)laparoscopy compared to 2D(two-dimensional)***:From January 2022 to December 2023,58 patients with right-sided colon cancer treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Engineering University were randomly divided into a 3D laparoscopy group(observation group)and a 2D laparoscopy group(control group),with 29 patients in each *** blood loss,postoperative time to first flatulence,length of hospital stay,and incidence of complications in both groups were ***:There was a statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P0.05).However,there was a statistically significant difference in the length of hospital stay(P<0.05)and the incidence of complications(P<0.05)between the two ***:3D laparoscopy for CME can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospital stay,and decrease postoperative complications,showing significant clinical advantages over traditional 2D laparoscopy.

Background Severely calcified coronary lesions respond poorly to balloon angioplasty, resulting in incomplete and asymmetrical stent expansion. Therefore, adequate plaque modification prior to drug-eluting stent （DES） implantation is the key for calcified lesion treat- ment. This study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cutting balloon angioplasty for severely calcified coronary lesions. Methods Ninety-two consecutive patients with severely calcified lesions （defined as calcium arc 〉 180% calcium length ratio 〉 0.5） treated with bal- loon dilatation before DES implantation were randomly divided into two groups based on the balloon type： 45 patients in the conventional balloon angioplasty （BA） group and 47 patients in the cutting balloon angioplasty （CB） group. Seven cases in BA group did not satisfactorily achieve dilatation and were transferred into the CB group. Intravascular ultrasound （IVUS） was performed before balloon dilatation and after stent implantation to obtain qualitative and quantitative lesion characteristics and evaluate the stent, including minimum lumen cross-sectional area （CSA）, calcified arc and length, minimum stent CSA, stent apposition, stent symmetry, stent expansion, vessel dissection, and branch vessel jail. In-hospital, 1-month, and 6-month major adverse cardiac events （MACE） were reported. Results There were no statistical differences in clinical characteristics between the two groups, including calcium arc （222.2° ± 22.2° vs. 235.0° ± 22.1 °, p=0.570）, calcium length ratio （0.67 ± 0.06 vs. 0.77± 0.05, P = 0.130）, and minimum lumen CSA before PCI （2.59 ±0.08 mm2 vs. 2.52 ± 0.08 mm2, P = 0.550）. After stent implantation, the final minimum stent CSA （6.26 ± 0.40 mm2 vs. 5.03 ± 0.33 mm2; P = 0.031） and acute lumen gain （3.74 ±0.38 mm2 w. 2.44 ± 0.29 mm2, P = 0.015） were significantly larger ila the CB group than that of the BA group. 分析了固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的发展趋势以及电解质的制备和特性对SOFC的工作温度及导电性的影响,并对SOFC电解质材料的研究现状进行了详细阐述。介绍了热喷涂技术在SOFC电解质材料制备中的技术优势,综述了热喷涂技术在SOFC电解质层材料制备中的应用,并对其进行了总结和展望。通过分析相关研究成果,认为降低工作温度必然成为未来SOFC研究的主要方向之一,而开发更多在中、低温下具有高电导率的电解质材料是未来研究工作的关键。应用最广泛的高温SOFC电解质材料是萤石结构的氧化钇稳定氧化锆,而钙钛矿结构的掺杂镁和锶的镓酸镧是最有前景的中、低温SOFC电解质材料。热喷涂技术具有基体材料不受限制、沉积速度快、灵活、成本低等一系列优点,在SOFC电解质涂层的制备中得到了广泛应用。对于高温SOFC电解质涂层可采用等离子喷涂辅助后处理工艺或直接优化其工艺,从而获得高致密、高电导率的电解质涂层,而中、低温电解质层的热喷涂制备方面的研究还有较大的拓展空间。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of convallatoxin on colorectal cancer cell and identify the underlying mechanisms of its anticancer activity. METHODS In vitro, HCT116 cells were pre-treated with convallatoxin(3, 10 and 30 nmol · L-1) for 12 h to determine whether conval atoxin has an effect on the STAT3 signaling pathway. Then HCT116 cells were treated with AG490,rapamycin or both of AG490 and rapamycin in the presence or absence of convallatoxin for 12 h to determine the crosstalk between JAK2 and m TOR in convallatoxinmediated inhibition of STAT3 activation. STAT3 transcriptional activation was detected by STAT3 reporter *** vitality of HCT116 cells was determined using MTT assay. P-STAT3（T705） and p-STAT3（S727） expression and the nuclear translocation of STAT3 were detected by immunofluorescence assays. The protein expressions were detected by Western blotting. The proliferation of HCT116 cells was determined using Ed U labeling, colony formation assay and cell cycle aassay. Apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. And in vivo, antitumor activity of conval atoxin(50 and 150 μg·kg-1) was assessed in a murine xenograft model. RESULTS Convallatoxin(30 nmol·L-1) reduced the expression of p-STAT3（T705）(P<0.001) via the JAK1（P<0.001）, JAK2（P<0.001） and Src（P<0.001） pathways and inhibited serine-727 phosphorylation of STAT3 via the PI3 K-AKT-m TOR-STAT3（P<0.001） pathways. Interestingly, we discovered crosstalk between m TOR and JAK2 in the m TOR/STAT3 and JAK/STAT3 pathways in HCT116 cells, which collaboratively regulated STAT3 activation, and convallatoxin was shown to play a role in this crosstalk. Convallatoxin also downregulated the expression of target genes involved Bcl2, survival Bcl-xl（P<0.05, P<0.01）, Cyclin D1（P<0.05） and MMP9（P<0.01）. Spontaneous coronary artery dissection （SCAD） is a rare cause of myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction and sudden-cardiac *** disease mainly occurs in young women with oral contraceptive or during the peripartum period, without risk factors for coronary artery disease. Although SCAD results in a hemorrhagic separation of the intima and the media, and creates a false lumen, leading to distal myocardial ischemia, infarction and sudden death, the causes and the optimal management for this challenging condition are still controversial.

Bright anti-Stokes fluorescence(ASF)in the first near-infrared spectral region(NIR-I,800 nm–900 nm)under the excitation of a 915 nm continuous wave(CW)laser,is observed in Indocyanine Green(ICG),a dye approved by the Food and Drug Administration for clinical *** dependence of fluorescence intensity on excitation light power and temperature,together with fluorescence lifetime measurement,establish this ASF to be originated from absorption from a thermally excited vibrational level(hot-band absorption),as shown in our experiments,which is stronger than the upconversion fluorescence from widely-used rare-earth ion doped *** test the utility of this ASF NIR-I probe for advanced bioimaging,we successively apply it for biothermal sensing,cerebral blood vessel tomography and blood stream ***,in combination with L1057 nanoparticles,which absorb the ASF of ICG and emit beyond 1100 nm,these two probes generate multi-mode images in two fluorescent channels under the excitation of a single 915 nm CW *** channel is used to monitor two overlapping organs,urinary system&blood vessel of a live mouse,while the other shows urinary system *** in intraoperative real-time monitoring,such multi-mode imaging method can be beneficial for visual guiding in anatomy of the urinary system to avoid any accidental injury to the surrounding blood vessels during surgery.

Liposarcoma of the stomach is extremely rare, and only 37 cases have been reported worldwide. We herein report two cases of liposarcoma of the stomach. The first patient was referred to our hospital with upper abdominal discomfort. The endoscopic examination revealed a tumor mass about 3 cm in diameter. The patient underwent a partial gastrectomy and had an uneventful recovery. The histopathological examination revealed a welldifferentiated liposarcoma. The second patient had symptoms of upper abdominal discomfort combined with nausea and anorexia. Several palpable masses were found with endoscopy. Endoscopic submucosal dissection was the treatment used, and the postoperative course was uneventful. The histopathological diagnosis was a well-differentiated liposarcoma. The two patients did not undergo any adjuvant therapy. They are both currently in good condition without recurrence. Therefore, we believe that the outcome of liposarcoma of the stomach is positive, and surgical resection may be the first choice for treatment at present.
