Analyzing the Flavor Compounds in Chinese Traditional Fermented Shrimp Pastes by HS-SPME-GC/MS and Electronic Nose

Shrimp paste is a type of condiments with high nutritional ***,the flavors of shrimp paste,particularly the non-uniformity flavors,have limited its application in food *** order to identify the characteristic flavor compounds in Chinese traditional shrimp pastes,five kinds of typical commercial products were evaluated in this *** differences in the volatile composition of the five products were *** phase micro-extraction method was employed to extract the volatile ***-MS and electronic nose were applied to identify the compounds,and the data were analyzed using principal component analysis(PCA).A total of 62 volatile compounds were identified,including 8 alcohols,7 aldehydes,3 ketones,7 ethers,7 acids,3 esters,6 hydrocarbons,12 pyrazines,2 phenols,and 7 other *** typical volatile compounds contributing to the flavor of shrimp paste were found as follows:dimethyl disulfide,dimethyl tetrasulfide,dimethyl trisulfide,2,3,5-trimethyl-6-ethyl pyrazine,ethyl-2,5-dimethyl-pyrazine,phenol and *** acid,butanoic acid,furans,and 2-hydroxy-3-pentanone caused unpleasant odors,such as pungent and rancid *** component analysis showed that the content of volatile compounds varied depending on the processing conditions and shrimp *** results indicated that the combinations of multiple analysis and identification methods could make up the limitations of a single method,enhance the accuracy of identification,and provide useful information for sensory research and product development.

针对车用永磁同步电机设计面临的诸多挑战,以8极48槽和8极36槽内置式永磁同步电机为研究对象,研究了不同极槽配合对车用永磁同步电机电磁性能以及振动噪声的影响。首先,比较分析不同极槽配合永磁同步电机的转矩波动、空载反电势,探究不同极槽配合对电机电磁性能的影响;其次,基于麦克斯韦应力张量法推导电磁力波的解析模型,并通过解析模型和有限元模型分别分析不同极槽配合的电机电磁力波的空间阶次和频率特征;最后,建立电机多物理场耦合模型,探究不同极槽配合对永磁同步电机振动噪声的影响。结果表明,8极36槽电机在转矩波动、空载反电势等电磁性能方面要显著优于8极48槽电机,然而,由于其存在较低的空间非零电磁力波,更易引发共振,产生振动噪声。分析结果揭示了不同极槽配合对永磁同步电机电磁性能及电机振动噪声的影响,为电机设计选取极槽配合以及后续优化提供了理论参考。

Until now, most researches into the rogue-wave-structure interaction have relied on experimental measurement and numerical simulation. Owing to the complexity of the physical mechanism of rogue waves, theoretical study on the wave-structure issue still makes little progress. In this paper, the rogue wave flow around a vertical cylinder is analytically studied within the scope of the potential theory. The rogue wave is modeled by the Gauss envelope, which is one particular case of the well-known focusing theory. The formulae of the wave-induced horizontal force and bending moment are proposed. For the convenience of engineering application, the derived formulae are simplified appropriately, and verified against numerical results. In addition, the influence of wave parameters, such as the energy focusing degree and the wave focusing position, is thoroughly investigated.

在城市交通领域,共享交通已广泛应用,其中共享单车作为一种主要的交通方式,以其高效的机动性和时效性而著称。由于单车数据中存在随机的取还车时间点,可能导致特征与数据之间产生虚假相关性,从而在某些特殊场景下影响模型的预测效果。为解决此问题,本文采用CNN-BiLSTM-Attention模型对共享单车进行需求预测分析。选取纽约市的共享单车数据,重点分析气象因素和时间因素对共享单车需求的影响,数据分析与可视化结果表明,湿度、高峰时段和温度等因素对共享单车需求具有显著影响。使用CNN-BiLSTM-Attention神经网络模型对每小时的共享单车需求进行单步预测,选取包括LightGBM和Bagging在内的多种机器学习模型作为基准进行对比,实验结果表明CNN-BiLSTM-Attention模型在预测任务中表现卓越,其R^(2)评分高达0.952,显著优于其他对比模型,均方根误差(RMSE)为0.018 3,相较于表现最佳的基准模型,本模型的RMSE降低了5%,为共享单车运营者制定科学的管理与投放策略提供了数据支持和决策参考。
