Investigation of bubbles escape behavior from low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels using 3D X-ray microscope

During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the *** which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid *** contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive ***,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding *** results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 K,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles *** addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually *** one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the *** findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels.

以生产上常用的苹果砧木平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,在苹果连作土盆栽条件下研究了棉隆(四氢化–3,5–二甲基–2H–1,3,5–噻二嗪–2–硫酮)熏蒸加海藻菌肥对幼苗生长以及土壤环境的影响。试验结果表明,与连作土对照相比,棉隆熏蒸、连作土+海藻菌肥对平邑甜茶幼苗的生长均有不同程度的促进作用,二者组合使用效果最为显著;棉隆、海藻菌肥、棉隆+海藻菌肥均提高了平邑甜茶幼苗根系CAT、POD、SOD活性,其中棉隆+海藻菌肥的效果最明显;棉隆+海藻菌肥提高了幼苗根系总长度、根表面积、根体积、根尖数;海藻菌肥显著增加了土壤中细菌与真菌的数量,棉隆+海藻菌肥增加了土壤中细菌数量以及土壤中细菌与真菌的比值。棉隆熏蒸+海藻菌肥能更有效地减轻苹果连作障碍。

盆栽条件下研究了葱(Allium fistulosum L.)与平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)混作对苹果连作土壤环境及平邑甜茶幼苗生长和生理的影响。结果表明:与连作土对照相比,平邑甜茶与葱混作能促进幼苗株高、地径、鲜样质量、干样质量的增长(分别为对照的1.42倍、1.67倍、3.63倍和2.99倍);提高了平邑甜茶幼苗的根系呼吸速率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性(分别为对照的1.58倍、2.74倍、2.41倍和6.79倍);显著提高土壤中脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性,均表现为混作>石灰氮>溴甲烷>连作土;同时混作土壤中细菌数量为连作对照的2.44倍,放线菌数量为连作土对照的1.79倍,而真菌数量较连作土对照减少了69.4%,土壤中细菌/真菌比值表现为溴甲烷>混作>石灰氮>连作土;提高了土壤真菌的丰富度指数、多样性指数、均匀度指数,降低了优势度指数;土壤中尖孢镰刀菌数量明显减少。平邑甜茶幼苗与葱混作,可以减少连作土壤中真菌数量,提高细菌数量,减轻苹果的连作障碍。

【目的】研究盆栽条件下不同形态氮对苹果砧木—平邑甜茶幼苗生长以及对连作土壤微生物的影响,为连作建园时科学施肥、减轻苹果连作障碍提供依据。【方法】试验于2015年露地进行,以平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,以连作土为对照1(CK1)和溴甲烷熏蒸为对照2(CK2),设置施入铵态氮(T1)、硝态氮(T2)和酰胺态氮(T3)3个不同形态氮处理(N 180 mg/L),于2015年8月测定平邑甜茶生物量、光合参数和土壤微生物等相关指标。【结果】铵态氮(T1)和酰胺态氮(T3)处理均能明显提高连作条件下‘平邑甜茶’苹果幼苗的生物量,其中T1处理的株高、地径、鲜重、干重与CK1相比分别提高了35.3%、24.4%、42.0%、57.7%。添加3种形态氮素均可不同程度地提高平邑甜茶幼苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和根系呼吸速率,其中T1处理的Pn、Gs和根系呼吸速率分别比CK1提高了27.6%、35.6%、43.3%,却并未达到CK2的效果。实时荧光定量PCR结果表明,CK2尖孢镰孢菌的基因拷贝数降低最为明显,比CK1降低了52.6%,T1也有效地降低了尖孢镰孢菌的基因拷贝数,而T2和T3处理尖孢镰孢菌的基因拷贝数与CK1没有显著性差异。T-RFLP结果表明,T1和T3处理的真菌群落结构与CK1有明显差异,T1处理与CK2的真菌群落结构较为相似,T2处理的真菌群落结构与CK1较为相似。【结论】铵态氮处理可更好地提高连作平邑甜茶幼苗的生物量、净光合速率以及根系呼吸速率,降低土壤尖孢镰孢菌的基因拷贝数,明显改变连作土壤的真菌群落结构,可作为减轻苹果连作障碍的措施。

Experimental Study on Inducement and Development of Flow Instabilities in a Centrifugal Compressor with Different Diffuser Types

A centrifugal compressor is a typical compressed air energy storage device. In order to ensure the safety of the compressed energy storage process in the compressor, the internal unsteady flow phenomena need to be closely monitored, especially some serious ones like stall and surge. It is necessary to explore the mechanism of flow instabilities under different conditions. A centrifugal air compressor was tested with a vaneless diffuser and a variable vaned diffuser with five different vane setting angles, respectively. Various diffuser types resulted in various modes of flow instabilities prior to surge. The vaneless region between the impeller and the diffuser was focused on. Multiple high-speed sensors were arranged along the circumferential direction. The pressure signals at all these positions were being measured and collected in real time as the compressor was slowly throttled into surge. This paper emphasizes on the influence of matching between the impeller and the diffuser on the flow instability. The experimental results showed that the diffuser vane setting angle affected the stall characteristics. Due to the asymmetry of the volute, the circumferential pressure distribution was always severely distorted prior to surge. A high-pressure region appeared near the volute tongue, and a low-pressure region was formed away from the volute tongue. In the case of the vaned diffuser with non-design installation angle and the vaneless diffuser, the rotating stall signal was originated in the low-pressure region and propagated circumferentially. However, in the case of the vaned diffuser with the design installation angle, the circumferential high-pressure region became the most sensitive region for the generation of stall, and another form of instability occurred there.
