For facing the challenges brought by large-scale renewable energy having access to the system and considering the key technologies of energy Internet,it is very necessary to put forward the location method of distribution network equipment and capacity from the perspective of life cycle cost.Compared with the traditional energy network,the equipment capacity problem of energy interconnected distribution network which involves in electricity network,thermal energy network and natural gas network is comprehensively considered in this paper.On this basis,firstly,the operation architecture of energy interconnected distribution network is designed.Secondly,taking the grid connection location and configuration capacity of key equipment in the system as the control variables and the operation cost of system comprehensive planning in the whole life cycle as the goal,the equipment location and capacity optimization model of energy interconnected distribution network is established.Finally,an IEEE 33 bus energy mutual distribution grid system is taken for example analysis,and the improved chaotic particle swarmoptimization algorithm is used to solve it.The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is suitable for the equipment location and capacity planning of energy interconnected distribution network,and it can effectively improve the social and economic benefits of system operation.

Given a graph G,the adjacency matrix and degree diagonal matrix of G are denoted by A(G)and D(G),respectively.In 2017,Nikiforov~([24])proposed the A_(α)-matrix:A_α(G)=αD(G)+(1-α)A(G),whereα∈[0,1].The largest eigenvalue of this novel matrix is called the A_(α)-index of G.In this paper,we characterize the graphs with minimum A_(α)-index among n-vertex graphs with independence number i forα∈[0,1),where i=1,[n/2],[n/2],[n/2]+1,n-3,n-2,n-1,whereas for i=2 we consider the same problem forα∈[0,3/4].Furthermore,we determine the unique graph(resp.tree)on n vertices with given independence number having the maximum A_(α)-index withα∈[0,1),whereas for the n-vertex bipartite graphs with given independence number,we characterize the unique graph having the maximum A_α-index withα∈[1/2,1).

目的探讨宫炎平片联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年10月—2016年8月在三门峡市中心医院妇科接受治疗的96例阴道炎患者临床资料,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组于月经干净后每晚清洁外阴后于阴道深处置入复方甲硝唑阴道栓,1粒/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服宫炎平片,4片/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周后进行疗效评价。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后临床症状积分、生活质量积分、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-10水平的变化情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为75.00%、91.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床症状积分、IL-2显著降低,生活质量积分、IL-4、IL-10显著升高,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组临床症状积分、IL-2低于对照组,生活质量积分、IL-4、IL-10高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫炎平片联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗阴道炎具有较好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Changes in the root system of the herbaceous peony and soil properties under different years of continuous planting and replanting

The herbaceous peony(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.)has high ornamental value.Replanting problems occur when seedlings are replanted into previous holes.We studied the root system and soil environment of the'Dongjingnvlang'variety under a continuous planting regime of one,four,and seven years,and a replanting regime of one and four years.Under the condition of continuous planting,with the increase of number of years,pH,ammonium nitrogen,and nitrate nitrogen decreased in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils,whereas organic matter,available phosphorus and potassium,enzyme activities,and the number of bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes increased.Under the condition of replanting,with the increase of number of years,fungi and actinomycetes in both soils increased,while pH,organic matter,nutrients,enzyme activities,and bacterial number decreased.pH,organic matter,nutrient content,enzyme activity and the number of bacterial were lower in soil replanted for four years,whereas the abundance of fungi and actinomycetes was higher,altering the soil from“bacterial high-fertility”to“fungal low-fertility”with increasing years of replanting.The activity of antioxidant enzymes and MDA content in roots of peony in replanting were higher than those in continuous planting,while the content of osmotic regulatory substances in replanting was lower than that in continuous planting.The results showed that there were no obvious adverse factors in soil during seven years of continuous planting,and herbaceous peony could maintain normal growth and development.However,soils after four years of replanting were not suitable for herbaceous peony growth.Benzoic acid increased with years of replanting,which potentially caused replanting problems.This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanism of replanting problems in the herbaceous peony.

Esophageal cancer(EC)is an aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis.Various factors,including dietary habits,and antacid and antibiotic use,have been shown to influence the esophageal microbiome.Conversely,enrichment and diversity of the esophageal microbiome can also impact its function.Recent studies have revealed prevalent changes in the esophageal microbiome among patients with EC,thus suggesting the potential contribution of the esophageal microbiome to EC development.Additionally,distinct microbiome compositions have been observed in patients with different responses to radiotherapy and chemotherapy,indicating the role of the esophageal microbiome in modulating treatment outcomes.In this review,we have examined previous studies on the esophageal microbiome in healthy individuals and patients with EC or other esophageal diseases,with a focus on identifying microbial communities associated with EC pathogenesis and prognosis.Understanding the role of the microbiome in EC may aid in early detection and optimized treatment strategies,ultimately leading to better outcomes for patients.

Ras opposite(Rop)is known to play an essential role in regulating vesicle trafficking,including synaptic transmission and general secretion.The fundamental roles of Rop have been confirmed by the observation that null mutations in many organisms generate lethal phenotypes during embryogenesis.However,the effects of Rop during the postembryonic stages,especially in non-model organisms,remain largely unknown.Here,we provide new data that enhance our understanding of Rop's roles in the adults of multiple species of Tetranychus spider mites(Acari:Tetranychidae),a class of notorious agricultural pests.Our in silico and experimental evidence demonstrated that Rop is under purifying selection and is highly conserved in Tetranychus spp.RNA interference experiments showed that Rop is required for maintaining normal fecundity but has no significant effect on survival.We further demonstrate that knockdown of Rop darkens the body color of spider mites and blocks the excretion of fecal pellets,which is likely to be related to an abnormality in the excretion of food waste in the digestive system.Overall,our findings clarify novel functions of a vesicle trafficking-related gene in the adult stage of multiple Tetranychus species and highlight the need to evaluate the roles of essential genes in various organisms.

We developed a highly selective and efficient multicomponent transformation by utilizing alkynes and olefins/(hetero)arenes through photoinduced energy-transfer catalysis.The reaction involves the formation of three distinct chemical bonds,namely C(sp~3)–C(sp~2),C(sp~2)–C(sp~3),and C(sp~3)–N,in a single coordinated manner.The strategy used a vinyl radical-mediated radical relay approach under mild conditions,exhibiting a broad substrate scope(>70 examples),excellent functional-group tolerance,and remarkable regio-and anti-stereoselectivity.Through the utilization of a combination of experimental techniques and density functional theory(DFT),we delved deeper into the mechanistic intricacies of this distinctive system.Results revealed that the selective radical addition to electron-deficient alkynes,rather than olefins,was governed by the inherent reactivity of alkyl radicals.This discovery presented a highly effective approach for the synthesis of stereodefined multisubstituted alkenes.

The treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is advancing rapidly in the 21st century.Although there are various treatment methods,the most promising breakthrough seems to be in immunotherapy.Recent guidelines from the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the European Association for the Study of the liver have recommended immunotherapieswith strong antitumor effects for HCC treatment.Emerging systemic therapeutic strategies,such as immune checkpoint inhibitors combined with targeted therapy or local treatment,are among the most promising for improving overall and tumor-free survival times in patients with HCC.This review analyzes the molecular mechanisms of existing immune checkpoint inhibitors,vaccines,and chimeric antigen receptor–T cells;summarizes the latest progress in relevant clinical research;and outlines future trends and opportunities for HCC immunotherapy.

Artificial evolution of OsEPSPS through an improved dual cytosine and adenine base editor generated a novel allele conferring rice glyphosate tolerance

Exploiting novel endogenous glyphosate-tolerant alleles is highly desirable and has promising potential for weed control in rice breeding. Here,through fusions of different effective cytosine and adenine deaminases with nCas9-NG, we engineered an effective surrogate two-component composite base editing system, STCBE-2, with improved C-to-T and A-to-G base editing efficiency and expanded the editing window. Furthermore,we targeted a rice endogenous OsEPSPS gene for artificial evolution through STCBE-2-mediated near-saturated mutagenesis. After hygromycin and glyphosate selection, we identified a novel OsEPSPS allele with an Asp-213-Asn(D213N)mutation(OsEPSPS-D213N) in the predicted glyphosate-binding domain, which conferred rice plants reliable glyphosate tolerance and had not been reported or applied in rice breeding. Collectively, we developed a novel dual base editor which will be valuable for artificial evolution of important genes in crops. And the novel glyphosate-tolerant rice germplasm generated in this study will benefit weeds management in rice paddy fields.

China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor(CFETR)is China's self-designed and ongoing next-generation fusion reactor project.Tritium confinement systems in CFETR guarantee that the radiation level remains below the safety limit during tritium handling and operation in the fuel cycle system.Our tritium technology team is responsible for studying tritium transport behavior in the CFETR tritium safety confinement systems of the National Key R&D Program of China launched in 2017,and we are conducting CFETR tritium plant safety analysis by using CFD software.In this paper,the tritium migration and removal behavior were studied under a postulated accident condition for the Tokamak Exhaust Processing system of CFETR.The quantitative results of the transport behavior of tritium in the process room and glove box during the whole accident sequence(e.g.,tritium release,alarm,isolation,and tritium removal)have been presented.The results support the detailed design and engineering demonstration-related research of CFETR tritium plant.
