This paper investigates a new formation motion problem of a class of first-order multi-agent systems with antagonistic interactions.A distributed formation control algorithm is proposed for each agent to realize the antagonistic formation motion.A sufficient condition is derived to ensure that all of the agents make an antagonistic formation motion in a distributed *** is shown that all of the agents can be spontaneously divided into several groups and that agents in the same group collaborate while agents in different groups ***,a numerical simulation is included to demonstrate our theoretical results.

Objective In this study,we investigated the surgical technique and endocrine assessment of pituitary function of patients with macroadenoma treated by extra-pseudocapsular transnasal transsphenoidal surgery(ETTS).Methods Clinical data of 144 patients with pituitary macroadenomas in the same surgical group at the Department of Neurosurgery,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were retrospectively analyzed from January 2019 to June *** on the results of the endocrinological evaluation and MRI examinations before and after surgery,the fluctuation of pituitary function and the extent of resection were *** Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the predictors affecting postoperative tumor *** Among the 144 patients with pituitary macroadenomas,72(50.0%)were female and 72(50.0%)were male,the median age was 50 years,26(18.1%)had invasiveness grade 0,46(31.9%)had grade I,57(39.6%)had grade II,and 15(10.4%)had grade III according to Lu’s classification *** on observation during surgery,37 cases(25.7%)had no pseudocapsule,54 cases(37.5%)had incomplete pseudocapsule,and 53 cases(36.8%)had intact *** addition,91(63.2%)patients had total resection,39(27.1%)had subtotal resection,and 14(9.7%)had partial *** for anterior pituitary function,13 of 19 hypothyroid patients had recovery after surgery,with a remission rate of 68.4%.Eighteen of the 26 decreased cortisol patients got back to normal,with a remission rate of 69.2%.A total of 27 of 51 patients with hypogonadism improved,with a remission rate of 52.9%.Univariate and multivariate analyses indicated that gender,tumor size,and invasiveness were predictors of postoperative residual in patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The results showed that ETTS is an effective treatment modality for restoring the function of pituitary gland of the patients with *** size and invasiveness are predictors of the ext

酰基辅酶A合成酶长链家族成员6(acyl-CoA synthetase long chain family member 6, ACSL6)作为摄取、转运游离脂肪酸的关键酶，参与调控奶畜泌乳中脂肪酸的代谢过程。本研究旨在通过对奶山羊(Capra hircus) ACSL6基因(Gene ID:XM＿018050725.1)启动子克隆、生物信息学分析和双荧光素酶活性检测，初步探究ACSL6基因的转录调控机制。以西农萨能奶山羊血液基因组DNA为模板，经PCR扩增获得ACSL6启动子的全长序列；利用生物信息学软件筛选预测分值较高的结合位点和启动子特征序列；克隆并构建启动子缺失片段载体，与内参载体共同转染奶山羊乳腺上皮细胞，通过双荧光素酶活性检测确定启动子活性区域。结果表明，克隆获得ACSL6基因启动子全长序列2 108 bp;ACSL6启动子上存在多种转录因子的结合位点；在启动子序列-907～-807 bp和-513～-54 bp存在2个长度分别为101和460 bp的CpG岛；对克隆获得的9个缺失片段进行双荧光素酶活性分析，发现ACSL6基因启动子的核心区域定位于-170～-33 bp，在转录起始位点上游-2 004～-1 707 bp、-1 334～-957 bp和-584～-271 bp可能存在负调控元件。本研究为揭示ACSL6调控奶山羊乳脂代谢的分子机理提供基础资料，为从分子层面改善羊乳品质提供参考。

Mechanical properties of dredged soil reinforced by xanthan gum and fibers

Biopolymers have become popular in geotechnical engineering as they provide a carbon-neutral alternative for soil *** gum(XG)and jute fiber(JF)were selected to solidify the Yellow River dredged *** mechanical behavior of solidified dredged soil(SDS)was investigated using a series of uniaxial compression and splitting tension tests at different XG and JF contents and fiber *** results indicate that on the 28th day,the unconfined compressive strength(UCS)values of SDS samples reached 2.83 MPa and splitting tensile strength(STS)of 0.763 MPa at an XG content of 1.5%.When the JF content was greater than 0.9%,the STS of the SDS samples *** is because that the large fiber content weakened the cementation ability of *** addition of JF can significantly increase the strain at peak strength of SDS *** is a linear relationship between the UCS and STS of the dredged soils solidified by XG and *** shows that the strength of SDS samples was improved mainly via the cementation of XG itself and the network structure formed by JF with soil *** dredged soil reinforced by XG and JF shows better mechanical performance and has great potential for application.

The hydrophilic, macroporous and beaded ternary copolymer of glycidyl methacrylate （GMA）/methacrylamide（MA）/N,N＇-methylene-bis（acrylamide）（MBAA）was synthesized using the industrial agents by inverse suspension polymerization. The apparent activity of the immobilized penicillin G acylase reached 1096 IU/g for hydrolysis penicillin G on the beads with diameter of 0.11-0.13 ram, and it changed hardly after 50 cycles. Assessment of Impacts of Public Health Interventions on the SARS Epidemic in Beijing in Terms of the Intervals Between Its Symptom Onset, Hospital Admission, and Notification

Objectives To assess the impacts of public health interventions on the outbreak of SARS in Beijing by analyzing the intervals between symptom onset, hospital admission and notification of its cases. Methods Data of SARS cases reported from the Beijing Municipal Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (BCDC) were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results In the early epidemic period, the intervals between the disease onset and the hospital admission seemed irregular, so was the intervals between the hospital admission and the notification. After the middle ten days of April, the intervals turned out to be more regular, and the disordered situation in terms of the hospital admission and the case notification was gradually brought under control. Conclusions Public health interventions against SARS has revealed positive impacts on SARS control program in Beijing. The timing and sensitivity of epidemic information reporting systems has been greatly improved in Beijing as a result of successful fight against this disease.

Corneal injury and its protection using hydro-gel patch during general anesthesia

AIM: To evaluate corneal injury during general anesthesia and analyze the protective effect of medical hydro-gel eye patch in ***:Seventy-sixpatientswith152 eyesundergoing general anesthesia were included. None had positive corneal fluorescein staining before surgery. Both eyes of each patient were analyzed, with one randomly allocated to receive medical hydro-gel eye patch, and the other to receive common adhesive tape as a control. Corneal injuries were evaluated by scoring fluorescein staining under a hand-held slit lamp immediately after surgery in postanesthesia care unit and 24 h thereafter. Patients’ discomforts were also ***: Twelve eyes(15.8%) in the hydro-gel patch group and 30 eyes(39.5%) in the adhesive tape group showed corneal injury immediately after surgery. The eyes protected with hydro-gel patch showed statistically less corneal fluorescein staining than the control *** eyes in hydro-gel patch group and 6 eyes in adhesive tape group suffered discomfort immediately after surgery without intergroup difference and all discomforts disappeared after 24h(P =0.257). No side effect was observed in hydro-gel patch group, while 5eyes had brow avulsion and 2 got skin itching in adhesive tape ***: Corneal injury complication was morefrequent than we thought following general *** medical hydro-gel eye patch can protect the occurrence of corneal injury following general anesthesia.

Specific Features of the Contact History of Probable Cases of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome

Objective To describe the specific features of the contact history of probable cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in Beijing. Methods Data of SARS cases notified from the Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (BCDC) and supplemented by other channels were collected. All the data were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results ①The number of probable cases with contact history was significantly higher than the excluded cases. ②The proportion of probable cases with contact history descended with epidemic development, but this situation did not occur in health care workers (HCWs). ③The fatality rate of probable cases with contact history was significantly higher than the cases without contact history (OR=1.489). ④The proportion of probable cases with contact history was 85.86% among health care workers, which was significantly higher than that of non-health care workers (85.86% v.s. 56.44%, OR=4.69). Conclusions ①The susceptible persons with contact history may not get infected, and the contact history is just a sufficient condition of infecting SARS; ②There are 3 conceivable reasons for the descending trend of the proportion in probable cases with contact history; ③The contact history is one of the risk factors of the death of SARS cases; ④The risk of contacting with SARS among health care workers is approximately 5 times higher than that of non-HCWs.
