Searching for the neutrinoless double beta decay(NLDBD)is now regarded as the topmost promising technique to explore the nature of neutrinos after the discovery of neutrino masses in oscillation *** X-III(particle and astrophysical xenon experiment III)will search for the NLDBD of136Xe at the China Jin Ping Underground Laboratory(CJPL).In the first phase of the experiment,a high pressure gas Time Projection Chamber(TPC)will contain 200 kg,90%136Xe enriched gas operated at10 *** pitch micro-pattern gas detector(Microbulk Micromegas)will be used at both ends of the TPC for the charge readout with a cathode in the *** signals can be used to reconstruct the electron tracks of the NLDBD events and provide good energy and spatial *** detector will be immersed in a large water tank to ensure～5 m of water shielding in all *** second phase,a ton-scale experiment,will consist of five TPCs in the same water tank,with improved energy resolution and better control over backgrounds.

Objective:This study protocol identifies the basic research route and framework of psychological and behavioral surveys among Chinese residents,aims establishing a database through a multicenter,large-sample cross-sectional survey in China to provide strong data support for research development in various fields and a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the physical and mental health status of the ***:The study was conducted from June 20,2022 to August 31,2022,using stratified sampling and quota sampling methods,a total of 148 cities,202 districts and counties,390 townships/towns/sub-districts,and 780 communities/villages(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 23 provinces,5 autonomous regions,and 4 municipalities directly under the central government in China were *** questionnaire was distributed one-on-one and face-to-face to the public by trained investigators,and the questionnaire included eight aspects:personal basic information,personal health status,family basic information,social environment in which they were located,psychological level scale,behavioral level scale,other scales,and attitude towards social hot *** analysis will be performed after questionnaire ***:Data collection is *** findings will support physical and mental health research and strategy development in China and even globally,guiding policy-makers and health care organizations to reform their programs to ensure the best interests of residents and their families.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of Hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.

Histopathological classification and location of consecutively operated meningiomas at a single institution in China from 2001 to 2010

Background Meningioma is one of the most common primary tumors of the central nervous system, but there are not many detailed studies on the sex, age, subtypes and locations of large series. This study was a retrospective analysis of the characteristics of meningioma cases consecutively operated on at a single institution in China from 2001 to 2010. Methods This study investigated the demographic background of 7084 meningioma cases, and the subtypes and locations of the tumors. Sex and age distributions were analyzed, and the pathological subtypes were classified according to the World Health Organization （WHO） classification. The location of the meningiomas was also categorized. Results The female：male ratio of the 7084 cases was 2.34：1. The mean age was 51.4 years （range, 11 months-86 years）. The mean age of cases of WHO grade I meningioma was significantly older than that of grade II or III meningiomas （P 〈0.001, Fisher＇s Least Significant Digit test）. There was a significantly higher female：male ratio in WHO grade I meningiomas than in grade II or grade III meningiomas （2.57, 1.03 and 0.76, respectively; P 〈0.001, X^2 test）. Meningothelial （n=2061） and fibrous meningiomas （n=3556） were the most common subtypes, comprising 79.3% of all meningiomas. All meningioma cases were classified into 23 locations in this study, with the cerebral convexity the most common site （38.33%, n=2722）. Cases with uncommon locations such as extra-cranial and sylvian fissure meningiomas were also present in this series. Conclusions Female predominance was found for benign meningiomas, while malignant subtypes showed male predominance. The mean age of patients with WHO grade Ⅰ meningiomas was older than that of patients with higher-grade tumors. Meningothelial and fibrous meningiomas were the most common subtypes. The cerebral convexity was the most common *** location.

为了提高976 nm宽条形高功率半导体激光器的光束质量,基于严格的二阶矩理论搭建了一套适用于高功率半导体激光器的光束质量检测装置。利用该装置测量了实验室研制的976 nm宽条形高功率半导体激光器在1～10 A工作电流下的束腰位置、束腰尺寸和远场发散角。实验结果表明,随着电流从1 A增加到10A,快轴方向束宽及远场发散角由于反导引效应有微小增加,但由于垂直方向较强的折射率导引机制使得光束参数变化很小,光束质量因子M^2仅从1. 32增加到1. 48,光束质量基本不变。慢轴方向由于反导引效应及热透镜效应而导致高阶模式激射,使得束宽及远场发散角随工作电流增加逐渐增大,光束质量因子M^2从5. 44增加到11. 76,光束质量逐渐变差。傍轴光束定义及非傍轴光束定义下的光束质量因子测试结果表明,在快轴方向,两者差别较大,不能使用傍轴光束定义近似计算;在慢轴方向,两者近似相等,可以使用傍轴光束定义近似计算。

＜正＞The interest in developing efficient synthetic methods for the formation of optically active dihydropyrones is due to the importance of these compounds in organic synthesis, especially in carbohydrates’ synthesis. These compounds are usually prepared by hetero-Diels-Alder reactions of activated dienes （such as Danishefsky’s diene） with aldehydes or ketones. During the last two decades, asymmetric catalysis of this reaction has been reported by a number of groups. Herein, we report our study on the highly enantioselective synthesis of these compounds by hetero-Diels-Alder reaction using chiral Ti（IV） complex.

背景与目的鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)患者接受放射治疗后普遍出现咽后淋巴结(retropharyngeal lymph nodes,RLNs)增大。病理学检查结果决定了对增大RLNs最佳治疗方案的选择。然而,在临床上RLN取样难度大。我们最近开发了一种内镜超声引导下细针抽吸(endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration,EUS-FNA)的新型微创技术,可取到足够的RLN组织用以病理学或细胞学诊断。方法纳入30例经核磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检测疑似放疗后出现RLN转移的NPC患者。EUS探头经鼻孔置入鼻咽,然后使用EUS扫描咽后间隙并在颈动脉鞘前定位RLN,随后进行EUS-FNA。对EUS-FNA法从RLN组织取样的安全性和有效性进行评估。结果采用EUS-FNA法成功地对所有患者进行了组织取样。在30例患者中,23例经1次EUS-FNA取样后通过病理学或细胞学检查确认了活检组织中存在癌细胞。有7例患者经1次EUS-FNA活检后未确认存在癌细胞,随后再次采用EUS-FNA活检重新分析,又有2例被确认存在癌细胞;另外5例未确认存在癌细胞的患者密切随访3个月,每月进行1次MRI。随访3个月后,3例患者由于RLNs直径保持稳定或减小而被认为未患肿瘤;剩余2例表现出疾病进展的患者进行了第3次EUS-FNA活检,进一步确认为癌细胞阳性。本文所报道的整个队列中,EUS-FNA过程无任何严重并发症发生。结论采用EUS-FNA法对疑似NPC复发患者的RLNs取样是一种安全有效的诊断方法。

The phylogeny and systematics of cordycipitoid fungi have been extensively studied in the last two ***,systematic positions of some taxa in the family Cordycipitaceae have not yet been thoroughly *** this study,a new phylogenetic framework of Cordycipitaceae is reconstructed using multigene(nrSSU,nrLSU,tef-1α,rpb1 and rpb2)sequence data with large-scale taxon *** addition,ITS sequence data of species belonging to the Lecanicillium lineage in the family Cordycipitaceae are used to further determine their phylogenetic *** on molecular phylogenetic data together with morphological evidence,two new genera(Flavocillium and liangia),16 new species and four new combina-tions are *** the new genus Flavocillium,one new species *** and three new combinations previously described as Lecanicillium,namely ***,*** and ***,are *** genus liangia is built by the new species *** with Lecanicillium-like asexual morph,isolated from an entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria *** to the absence of Paecilomyces hepiali,an economically and medically significant fungus,in the earlier phylogenetic analyses,its systematic position has been puzzling in both business and academic communities for a long ***,*** is recharacterized using the holotype material along with seven additional *** is assigned to the genus Samsoniella(Cordycipitaceae,Hypocreales)possessing Cordyceps-like sexual morph and Isaria-like asexual morph,and thus a new combination,namely *** is *** additional nine new species in Samsoniella are described:***,***,***,***,***,***,***,*** and *** new species in Cordyceps are described:***,***,*** and *** yunnanense,isolated from synnemata of Akanthomyces waltergamsii,is described as a new species.

以外周血液的基因组DNA为模板,运用PCR方法扩增了食蟹猴和猕猴的朊蛋白基因,并将其克隆到pGEM-T Easy载体中进行测序,运用分子生物学软件对这些序列进行了分析。结果表明,所克隆的食蟹猴和猕猴朊蛋白基因的开放阅读框片段包含了朊蛋白基因的完整编码区,含有762个核苷酸,该基因内无内含子,编码253个氨基酸的前体蛋白,推测其分子质量约27.6 ku。与已报道的其他多种动物朊蛋白基因序列做比较,发现其与多种哺乳动物都有较高的同源性,其中与人的同源性最高。氨基酸点突变分析除发现了已报道的多态性位点N97S、H100N外,在食蟹猴和猕猴均发现了未报道的S242L点突变位点。此外,在食蟹猴还发现了I8M、C151R点突变位点。
