The calla lily(Zantedeschia spreng.)is a bulbousﬂower native to the tropical regions of *** lily has gained signiﬁcant popularity in the international market owing to its intricate morphology and prolonged flowering *** such advantages,for two sub-groups of calla lily,known as group Zantedeschia and group Aestivae,there are challenges in terms of hybrid production due to the‘plastome-genome incompatibility’*** culture is a fundamental biotechnological tool used in gene editing research,with a focus on disease resistance andﬂower color in calla lily breeding *** present review provides a brief background on the history and development of the calla lily,as well as a comprehensive and critical summary of calla lily tissue culture *** regeneration pathways for both group Zantedeschia and group Aestivae can be divided into de novo organogenesis and somatic *** groups are capable of obtaining replants through such ***,only some species in group Aestivae have been reported to be successful in the somatic embryogenesis *** the present review,special attention was paid to the inﬂuence of explant types,plant growth regulators,and culture conditions on both de novo organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis in calla lily tissue ***,future research prospects were determined based on integrated analysis of recent progress in calla lily tissue culture research.

韩氏针刺对海洛因依赖大鼠学习记忆及海马SYP表达的影响

目的:初步探讨韩氏针刺对海洛因依赖大鼠学习记忆的影响及其作用机制。方法:按逐日递增的原则皮下注射海洛因建立成瘾模型,利用Morris水迷宫测定大鼠成瘾后及针刺治疗后大鼠学习记忆的变化,免疫组化测定记忆相关蛋白突触素(SYP)在海马的表达。结果:①Morris水迷宫定位航行实验中,成瘾组逃避潜伏期较对照组明显延长(P<0.05),而针刺组较成瘾组明显缩短(P<0.05);空间探索实验中,成瘾组在第4象限搜索时间及第4象限游泳距离占总距离的百分比较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);而针刺组较成瘾组明显增加(P<0.05)。②海马组织中SYP的表达成瘾组低于对照组(P<0.05),而针刺组明显高于成瘾组(P<0.05)。结论:韩氏针刺戒断治疗可以部分恢复由于海洛因依赖导致的大鼠学习记忆能力的减退,增加海马内SYP表达。

喷射成形高强铝合金方包套锻造致密化实验研究

为提高喷射成形沉积态锭坯的致密度及力学性能,开展了方包套锻造实验及T6热处理实验,分析了不同方包套材料及厚度对致密度和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,方包套材料选用45钢时比选用7075铝合金时的焊接性能和锻造成形性好。与厚度为3 mm的方包套相比,厚度为5 mm的方包套在锻造过程中与坯料贴合紧密,变形相对较均匀。喷射沉积态锭坯致密度、抗拉强度和伸长率分别为90.61%、285.33 MPa和4.6%。喷射成形铝合金经过方包套锻造后,致密度均大于99%。经材料为45钢、厚度为3 mm的方包套锻造后,喷射成形沉积态铝合金抗拉强度和伸长率分别提升至397.2 MPa和6.1%,再经T6态处理(双级固溶450℃/2 h+475℃/2 h,时效120℃/24 h)后,铝合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到607.95 MPa和5.2%。

如果说城市治理泛指来自政府、市场和社会的多组织协同合作及利益共进的过程,那么协商即为达成治理目标的常规手段及行动模式。西方自20世纪八九十年代起明显呈现民主的协商转向,与此同时,基本完成市场经济转型的中国在刚刚开启的社会治理中也急于寻找协商的出口。中国城市治理中的服务转型、权力下放和多元共治理念,与协商中的各方参与、平等尊重和兼收并蓄等行动准则不谋而合,同时协商为城市治理的合法性、操作性、平民化以及提升其效用方面提供了逻辑支持。关键在于如何从政治协商走向社会协商、从顶层协商走向基层协商,特别以城市建设规划、城市环境保护、城市文化创新和城市社区治理等为协商的突破口,探索中国语境下基于协商的城市治理路径,为全球的协商民主实践提供中国模板。

Background Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS） is endemic in Junan county, Shandong Province, China. We conducted geographic information system （GIS）-based spatial analysis with the objective of estimating the spatial distribution of rodent populations and their hantavirus infection patterns, to describe the spatial relationships of hantavirus strains in small ecological areas and to identify key areas in endemic areas of HFRS for future public health planning and resource allocation.

海德格尔始于《艺术作品的本源》等文本的艺术之思,实乃对艺术存在与人的本质关联难题之思,而这又是通过对艺术家在艺术活动中的地位与作用的重新清理来实施的。他强调艺术家在艺术创造活动中的“通道”作用及其虚怀以待的创作态度、隐身而退的出场方式以及接受和汲取的出场特征。海德格尔的这种艺术创造观在其后期逐渐发展为真理发生存在论意义上的人的诗意生存思想。此思想与马克思的感性实践存在论思想,在诸多方面构成了相异又互补、对立又统一的深层对话关系。

An Sb delta doping layer in silicon is grown at the temperature of 300℃ by silicon molecular beam epitaxy and characterized by the small angle x-ray reflectivity measurement using synchrotron radiation *** oscillations of the reflectivity caused by dopant Sb at Q as large as 14.5 are *** of this curve as a whole shows that the total amount of dopant Sb is 0.15 monolayer and is restricted to two atomic *** extremely narrow Sb delta doping structure without Sb segregation is thus obtained at the growth temperature of 300℃ as verified by the experiment.
