Parkinson’s disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases with a complex *** formed by abnormal deposition of alpha-synuclein(αSyn)lead to synapse dysfunction of the dopamine and non-dopamine *** loss of dopaminergic neurons and concomitant alterations in non-dopaminergic function in PD constitute its primary pathological *** emission tomography(PET),as a representative molecular imaging technique,enables the non-invasive visualization,characterization,and quantification of biological processes at cellular and molecular *** synaptic function with PET would provide insights into the mechanisms underlying PD and facilitate the optimization of clinical *** this review,we focus on the synaptic dysfunction associated with theαSyn pathology of PD,summarize various related targets and radiopharmaceuticals,and discuss applications and perspectives of PET imaging of synaptic dysfunction in PD.

Background The exudative form of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is characterized by abnormal blood vessel growth,which is stimulated by vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)released from retinal pigment epithelium(RPE).The angiogenic behaviors of vascular endothelial cells in vitro depend on forkhead box protein P1(Foxp1),a transcription repressor widely expressed in human and murine tissues during *** this study,we aimed to determine whether loss of Foxp1 affects laser-induced choroidal neovascularization(CNV)in *** Eye-selective deletion of Foxp1 was obtained by crossing Foxp1flox/flox with Six3-Cre *** photocoagulation was delivered to six-to eight-week-old mice to induce *** expression of Foxp1 and Cre was determined by immunofluorescence in cryostat sections of the *** fluorescein angiography(FFA),optical coherence tomography(OCT),and B4 isolectin staining were applied to analyze the leakage,bulge height,and area of CNV lesions,***-choroid tissues were isolated for the determination of VEGF and pigment epithelium derived factor(PEDF)by Western *** Foxp1 was expressed in retinal ganglion cells,RPE,and the choroidal endothelial *** photocoagulation increased the number of Foxp1+-endothelial cells and induced ***3-Cre reduced Foxp1 expression in RPE but not the endothelium,leading to a lower level of VEGF in the ***1 knockout inhibited pathological angiogenesis and vascular leakage of the laser-induced CNV *** Foxp1 regulates the expression of VEGF in the RPE,and inhibition of Foxp1 could potentially be a novel strategy for the prevention and therapy of neovascularization related to AMD.

MTCR-CR Routing Strategy for Connection-Oriented Routing over Satellite Networks

The high-speed movement of satellites makes it not feasible to directly apply the mature routing scheme on the ground to the satellite ***-DVTR in the snapshot-based connectionoriented routing strategy is one of the representative solutions,but it still has room for improvement in terms of routing *** this paper,we propose an improved scheme for connection-oriented routing strategy named the Minimal Topology Change Routing based on Collaborative Rules(MTCR-CR).The MTCR-CR uses continuous time static topology snapshots based on satellite status to search for intersatellite link(ISL)construction solutions that meet the minimum number of topology changes to avoid route *** simulation results in Beidou-3 show that compared with DT-DVTR,MTCR-CR reduces the number of routing changes by about 92%,the number of path changes caused by routing changes is about38%,and the rerouting time is reduced by approximately 47%.At the same time,in order to show our algorithm more comprehensively,the same experimental index test was also carried out on the Globalstar satellite constellation.

Objective： To screen the preliminary phytochemical components, to investigate the acute oral toxicity, the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, and to analyze inflammatory factors on mice or rats of 70% ethanol extract of Zygopgyllurn macropodum aerial parts （ZME）. Methods： Preliminary phytochemical screening was carried out by color reaction. Acute oral toxicity was investigated by body weight, relative organ weight and other toxic signs. Acetic acid induced writhing and hot plate test were used to determine analgesic effect. Acetic acid induced vascular permeability and carrageenan induced paw edema were used to confirm anti-inflammation. Protein in pleural effu- sion, prostaglandin E2 （PGE2） and tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-a） in serum of pleuritic rats induced by carrageenan were analyzed to explore the action mechanisms. The test groups received ZME with 100, 300, 600 mg/kg, the positive control with aspirin （ASP） 200 mg/kg for mice, and ZME with 70, 210, 420 mg/kg and ASP 150 mg/kg for rats orally. The control （C） or negative control （NC） groups received 2% Tween 80 of 10 mL/kg orally. Results： ZME contain flavonoids, saponins, phenols and tannins, steroids, terpenoids, fats and oils, glycosides, carbohydrates, and reducing sugar, but no alkaloids. The lethal dose 50% （LD50） of ZME was greater than 2000 mg/kg and no toxic or deleterious effects and death during 14 d. Oral administration 300 and 600 mgJkg of ZME produced analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects significantly （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.001） vs NC. It can reduce the writhing number, prolong the heat resisting time, suppress the permeability of the capillary wall increasing, mitigate the paw edema, reduce the content of protein in pleural effusion, and reduce PGE2 and TNF-α in blood. Conclusions： ZME possessed analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities which related to inhibit the production of protein, PGE2 and TNF-α. The LD50 of ZME treated orally to mice was greater than 2000 mg/kg.

Stall in compressors can cause performance degradation and even lead to *** unacceptable consequences can be avoided by timely monitoring stall inception and taking effective *** paper focused on the rotating stall warning in a low-speed axial contra-rotating ***,the stall disturbance characteristics under different speed configurations were *** results showed that as the speed ratio(RR)increased,the stall disturbance propagation speed based on the rear rotor speed gradually ***,the standard deviation(SD)method,the cross-correlation(CC)method,and the discrete wavelet transform(DWT)method were employed to obtain the stall initiation moments of three different speed *** was found that the SD and CC methods did not achieve significant stall warning results in all three speed ***,the stall initiation moment obtained by the DWT method at RR=1.125 was one period after the stall had fully developed,which was ***,a stall warning method was developed in the present work based on the long short-term memory(LSTM)regression *** applying the LSTM model,the predicted stall initiation moments of three speed configurations were at the 557th,518th,and 333rd revolution,which were44,2,and 74 revolutions ahead of stall onset moments,***,in scenarios where a minor disturbance preceded the stall,the stall warning effect of the LSTM was greatly improved in comparison with the aforementioned three *** contrast,when the pressure fluctuation before the stall was relatively small,the differences between the stall initiation moments predicted by these four methods were not significant.

AIM:To figure out whether various atropine dosages may slow the progression of myopia in Chinese kids and teenagers and to determine the optimal atropine concentration for effectively slowing the progression of ***:A systematic search was conducted across the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,CNKI,CBM,VIP,and Wanfang database,encompassing literature on slowing progression of myopia with varying atropine concentrations from database inception to January 17,*** extraction and quality assessment were performed,and a network Meta-analysis was executed using Stata version 14.0 *** were visually represented through ***:Fourteen papers comprising 2475 cases were included;five different concentrations of atropine solution were *** network Meta-analysis,along with the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA),showed that 1%atropine(100%)>0.05%atropine(74.9%)>0.025%atropine(51.6%)>0.02%atropine(47.9%)>0.01%atropine(25.6%)>control in refraction change and 1%atropine(98.7%)>0.05%atropine(70.4%)>0.02%atropine(61.4%)>0.025%atropine(42%)>0.01%atropine(27.4%)>control in axial length(AL)***:In Chinese children and teenagers,the five various concentrations of atropine can reduce the progression of *** the network Meta-analysis showed that 1%atropine is the best one for controlling refraction and AL change,there is a high incidence of adverse effects with the use of 1%***,we suggest that 0.05%atropine is optimal for Chinese children to slow myopia progression.
