Synthesis, Structure Characterization, and Cu^(2+) Recognition of 3-{[3-(Phenylsulfonamido)benzoyl]methylidene}-3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-2(1H)-one

Aryl diketo acid derivatives are one of the most promising HIV-1 integrase（IN） inhibitors. With a view to substitute the critical diketo acid pharmacophore with the diketo benzimidazole unit, the coupling reaction of compound 4 with o-phenylenediamine was carried out. However, the reaction product, compound 5, was confirmed to be 3-{ [ 3- （phenylsulfonamido） benzoyl] methylidene t -3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-2 （1H） -one rather than the 2-benzimidazole derivative by using X-ray diffraction. Owing to its low solubility in water, the evaluation of the anti-HIV IN activity of the synthesized compound 5 could not be carried out. Consequently, the ion-binding properties of compound 5 in the absence of HIV-1 IN were investigated with UV-Vis spectroscopy in organic solvents. The results show that such a compound can selectively recognize Cu^2＋.

Al/Ni reactive multilayer foil(RMF)possesses excellent comprehensive properties as a promising substitute for traditional Cu bridge.A theoretical resistivity model of Al/Ni RMF was developed to guide the optimization of ***/Ni RMF with different bilayer thicknesses and bridge dimensions were prepared by MEMS technology and electrical explosion tests were carried *** to physical and chemical reactions in bridge,the electrical explosion process was divided into 5 stages:heating of condensed bridge,vaporization and diffusion of Al layers,intermetallic combination reaction,intrinsic explosion,ionization of metal gases,which are obviously shown in measured voltage *** of interface and grain boundary scattering on the resistivity of film metal were *** on variations of substance and state,the resistivity was developed as a function of temperature at each *** explosion curves were calculated by this model at different bilayer thicknesses,bridge dimensions and capacitor voltages,which showed an excellent agreement with experimental ones.

Verticillin A inhibits colon cancer cell migration and invasion by targeting c-Met

Migration and distribution characteristics of soil heavy metal(loid)s at a lead smelting site

Heavy metal(loid)s contamination is a constant issue at smelting *** is essential to investigate the spatial distribution and migration characteristics of heavy metal(loid)s in the soil for environmental management and remediation strategies of non-ferrous smelting *** this study,203 soil samples from 57 sites were collected in a typical lead smelting *** findings demonstrated that there were significant Pb,Zn,Cd,and As contamination in soil *** spatial distribution of heavy metal(loid)s showed strong spatial heterogeneity,the contaminated soil areas of Pb,As,Cd,and Zn were 99.5%,98.9%,85.3%,and 72.4%,***,Cd,and As contamination of the soil reached a depth of 5 m,which migrated from the surface to deep soil *** leaching contents of Zn,Pb,and As decreased obviously in 3-4 m soil layer,but the leaching content of Cd was still high,which indicated the high migration of *** the increase of depth,the proportion of acid soluble fraction of heavy metal(loid)s decreased,and the residual fraction *** acid soluble fraction of Cd accounted for a higher proportion,and As mainly existed in reducible and residual fractions in *** to the calculation of the migration factor,the migration of heavy metal(loid)s in soils were ordered as Cd>Zn>Pb>*** outcomes are advantageous for risk reduction and site remediation for non-ferrous metal smelting sites.

Three new Cu(Ⅱ)-Ln(Ⅲ) heterometallic coordination polymers constructed from quinolinic acid and nicotinic acid: Synthesis, structures, and magnetic properties

Three new Cu（Ⅱ）-Ln（Ⅲ） heterometallic coordination polymers based on two N-heterocyclic carboxylic ligands, {[LnCu（li）2（L2）（H2O）2]· mH20},, （Ln = La（1）, Nd（2）, Gd（3）, m = 2 （for 1）, 1 （for 2, 3）, H2L1 = quinolinic acid, HE2 = nico- tinic acid）, have been synthesized and characterized. 1 has a two-dimensional （2D） layer structure with a Schlifli symbol of （44.62）, while complexes 2 and 3 are isostructural and have three-dimensional （3D） structures with a Schlafli symbol of （3.4.5）2（32.***.52.6]4.***.83.9）（32.63.7） of 3-nodal net. Magnetic investigations suggest that antiferromagnetic coupling exists be- tween NdIn and Cun in 2, while weak ferromagnetic coupling between GdⅢ and CuⅡ in 3. The difference of magnetic properties between 2 and 3 has been discussed.

Geochemical fractionation and potential release behaviour of heavy metals in lead–zinc smelting soils

The lack of understanding of heavy metal speciation and solubility control mechanisms in smelting soils limits the effective pollution *** this study smelting soils were investigated by an advanced mineralogical analysis(AMICS),leaching tests and thermodynamic *** aims were to identify the partitioning and release behaviour of Pb,Zn,Cd and *** integration of multiple techniques was necessary and displayed coherent *** addition to the residual fraction,Pb and Zn were predominantly associated with reducible fractions,and As primarily existed as the crystalline iron oxide-bound *** quantitative analysis further confirmed that Fe oxyhydroxides were the common dominant phase for As,Cd,Pb and *** addition,a metal arsenate(paulmooreite)was an important mineral host for Pb and *** pH-stat leaching indicted that the release of Pb,Zn and Cd increased towards low pH values while release of As increased towards high p H *** separate leaching schemes were associated with the geochemical behaviour under the control of minerals and were confirmed by thermodynamic *** calculations suggested that the formation of arsenate minerals(schultenite,mimetite and koritnigite)and the binding to Fe oxyhydroxides synchronously controlled the release of Pb,Zn,Cd and *** results emphasized the governing role of Fe oxyhydroxides and secondary insoluble minerals in natural attenuation of heavy metals,which provides a novelty strategy for the stabilization of multi-metals in smelting sites.

Nested Saturated Control of Uncertain Complex Cascade Systems Using Mixed Saturation Levels

This study addresses the problem of global asymptotic stability for uncertain complex cascade systems composed of multiple integrator systems and non-strict feedforward nonlinear systems. To tackle the complexity inherent in such structures, a novel nested saturated control design is proposed that incorporates both constant saturation levels and state-dependent saturation levels. Specifically, a modified differentiable saturation function is proposed to facilitate the saturation reduction analysis of the uncertain complex cascade systems under the presence of mixed saturation levels. In addition, the design of modified differentiable saturation function will help to construct a hierarchical global convergence strategy to improve the robustness of control design scheme. Through calculation of relevant inequalities, time derivative of boundary surface and simple Lyapunov function,saturation reduction analysis and convergence analysis are carried out, and then a set of explicit parameter conditions are provided to ensure global asymptotic stability in the closed-loop systems. Finally, a simplified system of the mechanical model is presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

As an increasingly used alternative to perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA),hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid(HFPO-TA)has been widely detected in global water ***,little is known regarding its toxic effects on cardiovascular ***,zebrafish embryos were treated with egg water containing 0,60,120,or 240 mg/L *** showed that HFPO-TA treatment led to a significant reduction in both larval survival percentage and heart ***,HFPO-TA exposure caused severe pericardial edema and elongation of the sinus venous to bulbus arteriosus distance(SV-BA)in Tg(myl7:GFP)transgenic larvae,disrupting the expression of genes involved in heart development and thus causing abnormal heart *** sprouting angiogenesis was observed in the 120 and 240 mg/L exposed Tg(fli:GFP)transgenic ***-TA treatment also impacted the mRNA levels of genes involved in the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)pathway and embryonic vascular ***-TA exposure significantly decreased erythrocyte number in Tg(gata1:DsRed)transgenic embryos and influenced gene expression associated with the heme metabolism ***-TA also induced oxidative stress and altered the transcriptional levels of genes related to cell cycle and apoptosis,inhibiting cell proliferation while promoting ***,HFPO-TA exposure may induce abnormal development of the cardiovascular and hematopoietic systems in zebrafish embryos,suggesting it may not be a suitable or safe alternative for PFOA.

ERβ-activated liNC01018 promotes endometriosis development by regulating the CDC25C/CDK1/CyclinB1 pathway
