As a new addition to lightweight composite structures,the sandwich cylindrical shell with a metallic wire mesh core has emerged as a promising solution for thermodynamic performance analysis at elevated *** intricate interwoven cellular formations within the metallic wire mesh pose difficulties for thermo-mechanical modeling and property ***,the constitutive models employed to characterize hysteresis phenomena were presented,comprising isotropic elasticity,Bergstrom-Boyce model,Ogden hyper-elasticity,and parameter identification through mechanical examinations at varying ***,the finite element modeling of cylindrical shell structures was determined for modal and steady-state dynamic ***,the experimental procedures were carried out,including the preparation of the sandwich cylindrical shell and the dynamic testing *** first-order natural frequency of the cylindrical shell structure is close to the resonance frequency of the dynamic test results,with a maximum error of 6.5%,demonstrating the accuracy of the simulation *** compared to the solid-core cylindrical shell,the average insertion loss of the sandwich cylindrical shell structure within the frequency range of 10–1000 Hz at room temperature is up to 11.09 ***,at elevated temperatures,the average insertion loss of the sandwich cylindrical shell decreases but fluctuates as the temperature changes.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of processing parameters and subsequent heat treatments on the microstructures and bonding strengths of Ti-6Al-4V/AA1050 laminations formed via a non-equal channel lateral co-extrusion *** microstructural evolution and growth mechanism in the diffusion layer were discussed further to optimize the bonding quality by appropriately adjusting process *** electron microscopes(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize interfacial diffusion *** shear test was used to determine the mechanical properties of the interfacial diffusion *** experimental results indicate that it is possible to co-extrusion Ti-6Al-4V/AA1050 compound profiles using non-equal channel lateral *** heat treatment processes affect the thickness of the diffusion *** the temperature and time of heat treatment increase,the thickness of the reaction layers increases ***,the shear strength of the Ti-6Al-4V/AA1050 composite interface is proportional to the diffusion layer *** is observed that a medium interface thickness results in superior mechanical performance when compared to neither a greater nor a lesser interface *** characterization of all heat treatments reveals that the only intermetallic compound observed in the diffusion layers is TiAl_(3).Due to the inter-diffusion of Ti and Al atoms,the TiAl_(3) layer grows primarily at AA1050/TiAl_(3) interfaces.

Citrinsorbicillin A(1),a novel homotrimeric sorbicillinoid,along with two new monomers citrinsor-bicillins B(2)and C(3),were isolated from the Coptis chinensis endophyte Trichoderma citrinoviride HT-9 by liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC-MS)-guided strategy.1 was the first trimeric-example from terrestrial fungi,which possessed a unique carbon skeleton with two bicyclo[2.2.2]octanedione ring connected through an enolated carbon forming by[4+2]*** structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and X-ray diffraction.1 exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against human colon cancer HT29 cells,and it induced significant cell cycle arrest by reducing the protein expression of cyclin D1.

Cell migration through anisotropic microenvironment is critical to a wide variety of physiological and pathological ***,adequate analytical tools to derive motile parameters to characterize the anisotropic migration are ***,we proposed a method to obtain the four motile parameters of migration cells based on the anisotropic persistent random walk model which is described by two persistence times and two migration speeds at perpendicular *** key process is to calculate the velocity power spectra of cell migration along intrinsically perpendicular directions respectively,then to apply maximum likelihood estimation to derive the motile parameters from the power spectra fitting with double exponential *** simulation results show that the averaged persistence times and the corrected migration speeds can be good estimations for motile parameters of cell migration.

Mid-high latitude Northern Asia is one of the most vulnerable and sensitive areas to global warming,but relatively less studied *** used an ensemble of a regional climate model(RegCM4)projections to assess future changes in surface air temperature,precipitation and Köppen-Trewartha(K-T)climate types in Northern Asia under the 1.5-4℃global warming ***4 is driven by five CMIP5 global models over an East Asia domain at a grid spacing of 25 *** of the present day(1986-2005)simulations shows that the ensembles of RegCM4(ensR)and driving GCMs(ensG)reproduce the major characters of the observed temperature,precipitation and K-T climate zones reasonably *** and more realistic spatial detail is found in RegCM4 compared to the driving GCMs.A general warming and overall increases in precipitation are projected over the region,with these changes being more pronounced at higher warming *** projected warming by ensR shows different spatial patterns,and is in general lower,compared to ensG in most months of the year,while the percentage increases of precipitation are maximum during the cold *** future changes in K-T climate zones are characterized by a substantial expansion of Dc(temperature oceanic)and retreat of Ec(sub-arctic continental)over the region,reaching∼20%under the 4℃warming *** most notable change in climate types in ensR is found over Japan(∼60%),followed by Southern Siberia,Mongolia,and the Korean Peninsula(∼40%).The largest change in the K-T climate types is found when increasing from 2 to 3℃.The results will help to better assess the impacts of climate change and in implementation of appropriate adaptation measures over the region.

Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)has a promising future in the field of energy harvesting and self-powered sensing due to their simplicity in structure,low cost,and efficient energy harvesting from the surrounding *** output electrical performance of TENG can be improved by doping the friction material with functional materials and modifying the surface of the friction ***,the current method of adding functional materials to friction materials is costly and wasteful,and the method of modifying the surface structure of friction materials is cumbersome and not easy to *** this work,we present a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)-MXene/gelatin triboelectric nanogenerator(PMMG-TENG)based on petal surface-microstructures,which has the advantages of low cost,simple preparation,high output performance,and ecological *** doping 0.03 wt.%of MXene in PDMS,the output electrical performance of TENG can be significantly improved,with an output current increase of up to 139.7%.Four different petals are used as natural molds to prepare *** results show that PMMG-TENG with peony petal surface microstructure has the best electrical performance,and the output current increase of up to 228.17%compared with PMMG-TENG without *** PMMG-TENG with peony petal surface-microstructure exhibits excellent electrical performance,demonstrating a maximum open-circuit voltage of 417.39 V and a maximum short-circuit current of 12.01μA at a size of 3 cm×3 cm,and a maximum power density of 170μW/cm^(2) at a load resistance of 107Ω.The PMMG-TENG’s output performance after 10,000 cycles is consistent with the initial state,highlighting excellent output *** PMMG-TENG can easily light up at least 100 light emitting diodes(LEDs).(operating voltage 3V.)Gelatin film exhibits excellent degradation performance,with complete degradation time of only 150 s in water at a constant temperature of 75℃.PMMG-TENG not only shows excellent performance in

The mechanisms underlying sex determination and differentiation have long intrigued researchers in the fields of development and evolutionary *** roughskin sculpin(Trachidermus fasciatus Heckel),displaying sexual dimorphism,provides an ideal model for studying the ***,both genetic and genomic information concerning sex determination and differentiation,such as gonadal transcriptome data in roughskin sculpin,are ***,we present the first gonadal transcriptomes of roughskin sculpin and identify sex-related *** identified 8531 differentially expressed genes(DEGs),among them 4065 were upregulated in the ovary and 4466 upregulated in the *** sex-related gene ontology(GO)terms were enriched in ovary-biased genes,including“binding of sperm to zona pellucida”,“egg coat formation”,“positive regulation of acrosome reaction”,“cell division”,and“cell cycle”,while the GO terms such as“spermatogenesis”,“sperm axoneme assembly”,“cilium assembly”,“cilium movement”,and“cilium movement involved in cell motility”were enriched in testis-biased ***,six KEGG pathways were significantly enriched in the ovary,whereas only one was enriched in the *** these DEGs,40 sex-related genes were identified,which including 26 testis-biased genes(such as Dmrtb 1,Gsdf,Sox 9 b,Wnt 4 b,Tcp 11 l 2,and Efhb),and 14 ovary-biased genes(such as Cyp 19 a 1 a,Foxh 1,Foxr 1,Gdf 3,Hsd 17 b 12,and Igf 2 bp 3).This gonadal transcript dataset would broaden our understanding of sex determination and differentiation mechanisms in roughskin sculpin,expand the genomic database,support future studies on sex-related gene functions,and facilitate molecular biology research into roughskin sculpin.

Inter-provincial carbon compensation is an important means for a country to realize regional environmental protection and achieve coordinated regional development and realize the carbon neutral *** is easier to realize inter-provincial carbon compensation compared with the national *** on the multi-regional input-output model and the input-output data of 30 provinces in China,this study measured the carbon transfer in,carbon transfer out and net carbon transfer of each province,and based on the undesirable slacks-based measurement model under the common frontier,the provinces were given the shadow price of carbon emission in line with the situation of the local economic development,resource endowment,and industrial structure,and based on which,the amount of carbon compensation of each province was *** results show that:China's provinces and regions have a larger share of trade-implied carbon emissions;the net carbon transfer in areas mainly concentrated in the traditional energy provinces,which provide industrial products for other regions and undertake the transfer of carbon emissions,and become the main carbon compensation recipient areas;the net carbon transfer out is mainly concentrated in the economically developed and densely populated areas such as Beijing-Tianjin region and the eastern and southern coasts,which satisfy the end-consumption by purchasing a large number of industrial products and generate a large amount of carbon *** out;becoming the main carbon offset payment *** on the results of this study,it is proposed to improve the national provincial carbon offset mechanism and implement a differentiated and synergistic carbon emission reduction cooperation *** research program of this study can provide a reference for the development of inter-regional carbon offset programs.

From germline genome to highly fragmented somatic genome:genome-wide DNA rearrangement during the sexual process in ciliated protists

Genomes are incredibly dynamic within diverse eukaryotes and programmed genome rearrangements(PGR)play important roles in generating genomic ***,genomes and chromosomes in metazoans are usually large in size which prevents our understanding of the origin and evolution of *** expand our knowledge of genomic diversity and the evolutionary origin of complex genome rearrangements,we focus on ciliated protists(ciliates).Ciliates are single-celled eukaryotes with highly fragmented somatic chromosomes and massively scrambled germline *** in ciliates occurs extensively by removing massive amounts of repetitive and selfish DNA elements found in the silent germline genome dur-ing development of the somatic *** report the partial germline genomes of two spirotrich ciliate species,namely Strombidium *** and Halteria grandinella,along with the most compact and highly fragmented somatic genome for *** provide the first insights into the genome rearrangements of these two species and compare these features with those of other *** analyses reveal:(1)DNA sequence loss through evolution and during PGR in *** has combined to produce the most compact and efficient nanochromosomes observed to date;(2)the compact,transcriptome-like somatic genome in both species results from extensive removal of a relatively large number of shorter germline-specific DNA sequences;(3)long chromosome breakage site motifs are duplicated and retained in the somatic genome,revealing a complex model of chromosome fragmentation in spirotrichs;(4)gene scrambling and alternative pro-cessing are found throughout the core spirotrichs,offering unique opportunities to increase genetic diversity and regulation in this group.
