Photonic hyper-parallel quantum gates play a critical role in high-capacity quantum communication and fast quantum ***,based on photon scattering in onedimensional(1D)waveguides,we present some heralded schemes for constructing four-qubit hyper-controlled-not(hyper-CNOT)gates in two-photon *** qubits are encoded on both the polarization and spatial-mode degrees of freedoms(DOFs)of the photons,which can simplify the quantum circuit and reduce the quantum resource *** our schemes,the faulty scattering events between photons and emitters caused by system imperfections can be filtered out and *** is,our protocols for hyper-CNOT gates work in a heralded *** calculations show that,with great progress in the emitter-waveguide systems,our photonic hyper-CNOT gates may be experimentally feasible.

The factors affecting the electrooxidation of hydroxypivalaldehyde（HPAL） in an undivided cell were studied by using cyclic voltammetry（CV）, linear scan voltammetry（ LSV）, and potentiostatic electrolysis. The electrocatalytic activity and stability of a PbO2 electrode in sulfuric acid, acetic acid, and phosphoric acid were studied. The selectivity and the current efficiency for producing hydroxypivalic acid were explored with different supporting electrolytes, concentrations of HPAL, and pH values. The results show that higher selectivity and current efficiency for producing hydroxypivalic acid can be achieved when sulfuric acid with a high concentration is used as the supporting electrolyte and the selectivity and the current efficiency can reach 80% and 60%. resvectively.

Dedifferentiated orbital liposarcoma: a case report

AIM: To report the abnormal type of the orbital liposarcoma-dedifferentiated subtype in a patient. METHODS: A case report. RESULTS: A 23 years old Chinese woman with a recurrence of right-sided proptosis was evaluated. Ocular examination revealed proptosis of the right eye with chemosis, hyperemia and limitation of eye movements. Magnetic resonance imaging scanning showed an irregular shaped tumor in the right orbit. The tumor resection was done with a clinical diagnosis of malignant tumor. Histopathological findings revealed the diagnosis of dedifferentiated liposarcoma. CONCLUSION: The rare occurrence of this tumour should be kept in mind while dealing with orbital tumours.

·AIM:To analyze the differences in immune indicators and prognosis between Ig G4-positive and negative lacrimal gland benign lymphoepithelial lesion(LGBLEL).·METHODS:This was a single-center retrospective clinical study including 105 cases of Ig G4-positive LGBLEL and 41 cases of Ig G4-negative *** information,related indicators of peripheral venous blood samples using immunoscattering turbidimetry,treatment(partial surgical excision and glucocorticoid therapy)and prognosis(recurrence and death)were *** curves for recurrence were created using the Kaplan-Meier *** analysis and multivariate regression analysis were used to analyze prognostic factors.·RESULTS:The mean age was 50.10±14.23y and 44.76±11.43y(P=0.033)in Ig G4-positive and negative group *** serum C3 and C4 was lower in Ig G4-positive group(P=0.005,P=0.002),while the serum Ig G and Ig G2 was higher in Ig G4-positive group(P=0.000 and P=0.008).Twenty-one cases had recurrence in Ig G4-positive group and 3 cases recurrence in Ig G4-negative *** 5-year recurrence-free cumulative percentages of Ig G4-positive group was 81.85%,and 83.46%in the Ig G-negative group(P=0.216).The history of preoperative glucocorticoid therapy,serum C4,Ig G1 and Ig G2 were the factors affecting recurrence in Ig G4-positive group,while serum C4,and Ig G1 were the factors affecting recurrence of LGBLEL.·CONCLUSION:Serum C4 and Ig G1 are the factors affecting recurrence of LGBLEL,while the Ig G4 does not affect recurrence of LGBLEL.

Changes in protein abundance and reversible protein phosphorylation(RPP)play important roles in regulating hypometabolism but have never been documented in overwintering frogs at high *** test the hypothesis that protein abundance and phosphorylation change in response to winter hibernation,we conducted a comprehensive and quantitative proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis of the liver of the Xizang plateau frog,Nanorana parkeri,living on the Qinghai-Xizang *** total,5170 proteins and 5695 phosphorylation sites in 1938 proteins were *** on proteomic analysis,674 differentially expressed proteins(438 up-regulated,236 down-regulated)were screened in hibernating *** versus summer *** enrichment analysis revealed that higher expressed proteins in winter were significantly enriched in immune-related signaling pathways,whereas lower expressed proteins were mainly involved in metabolic processes.A total of 4251 modified sites(4147 up-regulated,104 down-regulated)belonging to 1638 phosphoproteins(1555 up-regulated,83 down-regulated)were significantly changed in the *** hibernation,RPP regulated a diverse array of proteins involved in multiple functions,including metabolic enzymatic activity,ion transport,protein turnover,signal transduction,and alternative *** changes contribute to enhancing protection,suppressing energy-consuming processes,and inducing metabolic ***,the activities of phosphofructokinase,glutamate dehydrogenase,and ATPase were all significantly lower in winter compared to *** conclusion,our results support the hypothesis and demonstrate the importance of RPP as a regulatory mechanism when animals transition into a hypometabolic state.

Background:The global pandemic coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a major public health problem and presents an unprecedented ***,no specific drugs were currently *** study aimed to evaluate the comparative efficacy and safety of pharmacological interventions in patients with ***:Medline,Embase,the Cochrane Library,and *** were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)in patients infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)/***-effects network metaanalysis within the Bayesian framework was performed,followed by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation system assessing the quality of *** primary outcome of interest includes mortality,cure,viral negative conversion,and overall adverse events(OAEs).Odds ratio(OR)with 95%confidence interval(CI)was calculated as the measure of effect ***:Sixty-six RCTs with 19,095 patients were included,involving standard of care(SOC),eight different antiviral agents,six different antibiotics,high and low dose chloroquine(CQ_HD,CQ_LD),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),corticosteroids(COR),and other *** with SOC,a significant reduction of mortality was observed for TCM(OR=0.34,95%CI:0.20–0.56,moderate quality)and COR(OR=0.84,95%CI:0.75–0.96,low quality)with improved cure rate(OR=2.16,95%CI:1.60–2.91,low quality for TCM;OR=1.17,95%CI:1.05–1.30,low quality for COR).However,an increased risk of mortality was found for CQ_HD ***(OR=3.20,95%CI:1.18–8.73,low quality).TCM was associated with decreased risk of OAE(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.38–0.70,very low quality)but CQ_HD(OR=2.51,95%CI:1.20–5.24)and interferons(IFN)(OR=2.69,95%CI:1.02–7.08)*** with very low quality were associated with an increased ***:COR and TCM may reduce mortality and increase cure rate with no increased risk of OAEs compared with standard ***_HD might increase the risk of ***,IFN,and o
