Efficient and stable photocathodes with versatility are of significance in photoassisted lithium-ion batteries(PLIBs),while there is always a request on fast carrier transport in electrochemical active *** work proposes a general approach of creating bulk heterojunction to boost the carrier mobility of photocathodes by simply laser assisted embedding of plasmonic *** employed in PLIBs,it was found effective for synchronously enhanced photocharge separation and transport in light charging ***,experimental photon spectroscopy,finite difference time domain method simulation and theoretical analyses demonstrate that the improved carrier dynamics are driven by the plasmonic-induced hot electron injection from metal to TiO_(2),as well as the enhanced conductivity in TiO2 matrix due to the formation of oxygen vacancies after Schottky *** from these merits,several benchmark values in performance of TiO2-based photocathode applied in PLIBs are set,including the capacity of 276 mAh g^(−1) at 0.2 A g^(−1) under illumination,photoconversion efficiency of 1.276%at 3 A g^(−1),less capacity and Columbic efficiency loss even through 200 *** results exemplify the potential of the bulk heterojunction strategy in developing highly efficient and stable photoassisted energy storage systems.

Pyrrolobenzoxazines are a rare terpene-amino acid family of natural products with potent biological ***,we reported the full biosynthetic pathway of paeciloxazine(1),a typical pyrrolobenzoxazine,with significant insecticidal *** on heterologous expression,chemical complement experiment,and in vitro biochemical assays,we demonstrated the sesquiterpene portion of 1 derived from discontinuously oxidations of amorphdiene,in which P450 monooxygenase PaxH catalyzed a cascade of hydroxylation and epoxidation,while two flavin dependent monooxygenases are involved in the transformation of the esterified tryptophan into a pyrrolobenzoxazine ***,a total of 15 compounds were generated through heterologous expression,of which 13,17 and 20 showed potential antiepileptic *** study fully elucidated the biosynthetic pathway of paeciloxazine(1)and showed the diversity and complexity of constructing natural products by organisms.

Dissolved organic matter characteristics linked to bacterial community succession and nitrogen removal performance in woodchip bioreactors

Woodchip bioreactors are an eco-friendly technology for removing nitrogen(N)***,there needs to be more clarity regarding the dissolved organicmatter(DOM)characteristics and bacterial community succession mechanisms and their association with the N removal performance of *** laboratory woodchip bioreactors were continuously operated for 360 days under three influent N level treatments,and the results showed that the average removal rate of TN was 45.80 g N/(m3·day)when the influent N level was 100 mg N/L,which was better than 10 mg N/L and 50 mg N/*** succession of bacterial communities in response to influent N levels and DOM characteristics was an important driver of TN removal *** to high N levels enriched a copiotroph bacterial module(Module 1)detected by network analysis,including Phenylobacterium,Xanthobacteraceae,Burkholderiaceae,Pseudomonas,and Magnetospirillaceae,carrying N-cycle related genes for denitrification and ammonia assimilation by the rapid consumption of *** a process can increase carbon limitation to stimulate local organic carbon decomposition to enrich oligotrophswith fewer N-cycle potentials(Module 2).Together,this study reveals that the compositional change ofDOMand bacterial community succession are closely related to N removal performance,providing an ecological basis for developing techniques for N-rich effluent treatment.

Least Square Estimation for Multiple Functional Linear Model with Autoregressive Errors

As an extension of linear regression in functional data analysis, functional linear regression has been studied by many researchers and applied in various fields. However, in many cases, data is collected sequentially over time, for example the financial series, so it is necessary to consider the autocorrelated structure of errors in functional regression background. To this end, this paper considers a multiple functional linear model with autoregressive errors. Based on the functional principal component analysis, we apply the least square procedure to estimate the functional coefficients and autoregression coefficients. Under some regular conditions, we establish the asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators. A simulation study is conducted to investigate the finite sample performance of our estimators. A real example on China's weather data is applied to illustrate the validity of our model.

Chattering-Free Fault-Tolerant Cluster Control and Fault Direction Identification for HIL UAV Swarm With Pre-Specified Performance

In this paper, the problem of pre-specified performance fault-tolerant cluster consensus control and fault direction identification is solved for the human-in-the-loop(HIL) swarm unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) in the presence of possible nonidentical and unknown direction faults(NUDFs) in the yaw *** control strategy begins with the design of a pre-specified performance event-triggered observer for each individual *** observers estimate the outputs of the human controlled UAVs, and simultaneously achieve the distributed design of actual control signals as well as cluster consensus of the observer *** is worth mentioning that these observers require neither the high-order derivatives of the human controlled UAVs' output nor a priori knowledge of the initial conditions. The fault-tolerant controller realizes the pre-specified performance output regulation through error transformation and the Nussbaum function. It should be pointed out that there are no chattering caused by the jump of the Nussbaum function when a reverse fault occurs. In addition, to provide a basis for further solving the problem of physical malfunctions, a fault direction identification algorithm is proposed to accurately identify whether a reverse fault has occurred. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control and fault direction identification strategies when the reverse faults occur.

An Improved YOLOv7 Tiny Algorithm for Vehicle and Pedestrian Detection with Occlusion in Autonomous Driving

Future transportation is advancing in the direction of intelligent transportation systems, where an essential part is vehicle and pedestrian detection. Due to the complex urban traffic environment, vehicles and pedestrians in road monitoring have different forms of occlusion problems, resulting in the missed detection of objects. We design an improved you only look once version 7(YOLOv7) tiny algorithm for vehicle and pedestrian detection under occlusion, with the following four main improvements. In order to locate the object more accurately, 1 × 1 convolution and identity connection are added to the 3 × 3 convolution, and convolution reparameterization is used to enhance the inference speed of the network model. In view of the complex road background and more interference, the coordinate attention was added to the connection part of backbone and neck to enhance the network's capacity to detect the object and lessen interference from other targets. At the same time, before being sent to the detection head, global attention mechanism is added to improve the accuracy of model detection by capturing three-dimensional features. Considering the issue of imbalanced training samples, we propose focal complete intersection over union(CIOU) loss instead of CIOU loss to become the bounding box regression loss, so that the regression process attention to high-quality anchor boxes. Experiments show that the improved YOLOv7 tiny algorithm achieves 82.2% map@ 0.5 in pattern analysis, statistical modelling and computational learning visual object classes dataset, which is 2.8% higher than before the improvement. The performance of map @ 0.5:0.95 is 5.2% better than the previous improvement. The proposed improved algorithm can availably to detect partial occlusion objects.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modification levels and the expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to the development of neurological diseases. Furthermore, the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent effects on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise from the time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, the diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to the involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the affected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models further underscore the complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory. Transition metal sulfides have great potential as anode mterials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical specific ***,the inferior intrinsic conductivity and large volume variation during sodiation-desodiation processes seriously affect its high-rate and long-cyde performance,unbeneficial for the application as fast-charging and long-cycling SIBs ***,the three-dimensional porous Cu_(1.81)S/nitrogen-doped carbon frameworks(Cu_(1.81)S/NC)are synthesized by the simple and facile sol-gel and annealing processes,which can accommodate the volumetric expansion of Cu_(1.81)S nanoparticles and accelerate the transmission of ions and electrons during Na^(+)insertion/extraction processes,exhibiting the excellent rate capability(250.6 mA·g^(-1)at 20.0 A·g^(-1))and outstanding cycling stability(70% capacity retention for 6000 cycles at 10.0 A·g^(-1))for ***,the Na-ion full cells coupled with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C cathode also demonstrate the satisfactory reversible specific capacity of 330.5 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0 A·g^(-1)and long-cycle performance with the 86.9% capacity retention at 2.0 A·g^(-1)after 750 *** work proposes a promising way for the conversionbased metal sulfides for the applications as fast-charging sodium-ion battery anode.
