Constructing the efficacious and applicable bifunctional electrocatalysts and establishing out the mechanisms of organic electro-oxidation by replacing anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER) are critical to the development of electrochemicallydriven technologies for efficient hydrogen production and avoid CO_(2) emission. Herein, the hetero-nanocrystals between monodispersed Pt(~ 2 nm) and Ni_(3)S_(2)(~ 9.6 nm) are constructed as active electrocatalysts through interfacial electronic modulation, which exhibit superior bi-functional activities for methanol selective oxidation and H_(2) generation. The experimental and theoretical studies reveal that the asymmetrical charge distribution at Pt–Ni_(3)S_(2) could be modulated by the electronic interaction at the interface of dual-monodispersed heterojunctions, which thus promote the adsorption/desorption of the chemical intermediates at the interface. As a result, the selective conversion from CH_(3)OH to formate is accomplished at very low potentials(1.45 V) to attain 100 m A cm^(-2) with high electronic utilization rate(~ 98%) and without CO_(2) emission. Meanwhile, the Pt–Ni_(3)S_(2) can simultaneously exhibit a broad potential window with outstanding stability and large current densities for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) at the cathode. Further, the excellent bi-functional performance is also indicated in the coupled methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)//HER reactor by only requiring a cell voltage of 1.60 V to achieve a current density of 50 m A cm^(-2) with good reusability.

Tin-based perovskite solar cells(TPSCs)have received great attention due to their eco-friendly properties and high theoretical ***,the fast crystallization feature of tin-based perovskites leads to poor film quality and limits the corresponding device ***,a chlorofullerene,C_(60)Cl_(6),with six chlorine attached to the C_(60)cage,is applied to modulate the crystallization process and passivate grain boundary defects of the perovskite *** chemical interactions between C_(60)Cl_(6)and perovskite components retard the transforming process of precursors to perovskite crystals and obtain a high-quality tin-based perovskite *** is also revealed that the C_(60)Cl_(6)located at the surfaces and grain boundaries can not only passivate the defects but also offer a role in suturing grain boundaries to suppress the detrimental effects of water and oxygen on perovskite films,especially the oxidation of Sn^(2+)to Sn^(4+).As a result,the C_(60)Cl_(6)-based device yields a remarkably improved device efficiency from 10.03%to 13.30%with enhanced *** work provides a new strategy to regulate the film quality and stability of TPSCs using functional fullerene materials.

The influence of different types of roots on the soil is complex and still remains *** in-situ extrusion tests were conducted on two types of root systems,namely fibrous and tap root system,for three plants,Eleusine indica,Potentilla anserine,and Artemisia argyi,according to the classification in Botany,and the thrust-displacement curves and failure patterns of different samples were analysed by comparison to fill the aforementioned *** reveal that the roots can reduce the characteristics of soil brittleness and enhance its capability to resist large deformation,and different root types contribute different effects to the strain-hardening behavior of the root-soil *** contribution of the fibrous root system to strength is limited,whilst the tap root system substantially enhances strength and *** of failure patterns show that fibrous and tap root systems affect soil solidification and surface cracking ***,the effect of the tap root system depends on the composition of lateral and tap roots:long and rich lateral roots are effective for resisting the creation of cracks,but thick tap roots with few and thin lateral roots may lead to several surface cracks.

BACKGROUND Synaptotagmins(SYTs)are a family of 17 membrane transporters that function as calcium ion sensors during the release of Ca2+-dependent neurotransmitters and ***,few studies have reported whether members of the SYT family play a role in glucose uptake in diabetic retinopathy(DR)through Ca2+/glucose transporter-1(GLUT1)and the possible regulatory mechanism of *** To elucidate the role of the SYT family in the regulation of glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells and explore its potential as a therapeutic target for the clinical management of *** DR was induced by streptozotocin in C57BL/6J mice and by high glucose medium in human retinal pigment epithelial cells(ARPE-19).Bioinformatics analysis,reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,flow cytometry,ELISA,HE staining,and TUNEL staining were used for *** Six differentially expressed proteins(SYT2,SYT3,SYT4,SYT7,SYT11,and SYT13)were found between the DR and control groups,and SYT4 was highly *** induces SYT4 overexpression,manipulates Ca2+influx to induce GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,promotes abnormal expression of the glucose transporter GLUT1 and excessive glucose uptake,induces ARPE-19 cell apoptosis,and promotes DR *** deficiency inhibits the proteasomal degradation of SYT4 in DR,resulting in SYT4 accumulation and enhanced GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,and these effects were blocked by oe-Parkin ***,dysregulation of the myelin transcription factor 1(Myt1)-induced transcription of SYT4 in DR further activated the SYT4-mediated stimulus-secretion coupling process,and this process was inhibited in the oe-MYT1-treated *** Our study reveals the key role of SYT4 in regulating glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells during the pathogenesis of DR and the underlying mechanism and suggests potential therapeutic targets for clinical DR.

The neutron-induced total cross sections of natural lead have been measured in a wide energy range(0.3 eV-20 MeV)on the back-streaming white neutron beamline(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron *** energy was determined by the neutron total cross-section spectrometer using the time-of-flight technique.A fast multi-cell fission chamber was used as the neutron detector,and a 10-mm-thick high-purity natural lead sample was employed for the neutron transmission *** on-beam background was determined using Co,In,Ag,and Cd *** excitation function of ^(nat)Pb(n,tot)reaction below 20 MeV was calculated using the TALYS-1.96 nuclear-reaction modeling *** present results were compared with previous results,the evaluated data available in the five major evaluated nuclear data libraries(i.e.,ENDF/B-VIII.0,JEFF-3.3,JENDL-5,CENDL-3.2,and BROND-3.1),and the theoretical calculation *** agreement was found between the new results and those of previous experiments and with the theoretical curves in the corresponding *** measurement obtained the neutron total cross section of natural lead with good accuracy over a wide energy range and added experimental data in the resonance energy *** provides more reliable experimental data for nuclear engineering design and nuclear data evaluation of lead.

目的比较全内关节镜下Broström-Gould术和Broström术治疗慢性踝关节外侧旋转不稳定(CLRAI)的临床效果。方法本研究为回顾性队列研究。回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月徐州市中心医院骨科收治的106例CLRAI患者的临床及影像学资料。男性55例,女性51例,年龄(32.6±8.2)岁(范围:16~50岁)。患者均采用全内关节镜下治疗,按照韧带修复方式不同,分为Broström-Gould术组(54例)和Broström术组(52例)。术后3、6、12个月采用踝关节内翻应力试验和踝关节前抽屉试验检查踝关节稳定情况,并观察患者步态。采用美国足踝外科协会踝与后足评分(AOFAS-AH)和Karlsson踝关节功能评分(KAFS)评价踝关节功能;采用Tegner评分评估患者运动水平;采用足与踝关节预后评分(FAOS)(包含症状、疼痛、日常活动、运动、生活质量5项评分)评估患者日常活动能力。数据比较采用独立样本t检验、重复测量方差分析、LSD-t多重比较、χ^(2)检验或Mann-Whitney U检验。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,切口均一期愈合,未出现感染,神经、血管损伤等并发症。术后3、6、12个月所有患者获得随访,踝关节内翻应力试验和踝关节前抽屉试验检查结果均为阴性,患者均恢复正常步态,无踝关节机械性不稳定及功能性不稳定,无患者接受翻修手术。重复测量方差分析结果显示,Broström-Gould术组和Broström术组患者术后AOFAS-AH、Tegner、KAFS、FAOS评分均较术前明显提高(P值均<0.01)。两组患者Tegner评分和FAOS中的运动评分,组间变化趋势的差异有统计学意义(F=18.839,P<0.01;F=8.169,P=0.005)。LSD-t多重比较发现术后3、6、12个月随访时,Broström-Gould组的Tegner评分[3个月:(3.7±0.5)分比(3.3±0.5)分,LSD-t=-3.980,P<0.01;6个月:(4.4±0.6)分比(3.8±0.7)分,LSD-t=-4.792,P<0.01;12个月:(5.8±0.9)分比(5.1±1.0)分,LSD-t=-3.889,P<0.01]和FAOS中的运动评分[3个月:(82.5±3.7)分比(79.3±3.8)分,LSD-t=-4.316,P<0.01;6个月:(88.5±4.9)分比(85.7±3.8)分,LSD-t=-3.312,P=0.001;12个月:(90.1±4.3)分比(88.2±5.1)分,LSD-t=-2.112,P=0.037]均高于Broström组,差异均有统计学意义。结论全内关节镜下Broström-Gould术和Broström术治疗CLRAI可在一定程度上恢复踝关节的稳定性,提高踝关节功能,但前者在患者运动功能恢复时间和运动能力恢复程度方面可能优于前者。

To improve the GNSS receiver’s accuracy,continuity,and stability in measuring the height of agricultural implements,this study proposed a variable-parameter Kalman filter(VPKF)algorithm based on GNSS and accelerometer to estimate the height of the implements *** VPKF was verified,and its accuracy was evaluated by parallel rail platform and field *** the parallel rail test results,when the GNSS receiver was in real-time kinematic(RTK)positioning and the time delay of differential correction data(TDDCD)was less than or equal to 4 s,the root mean square error(RMSE)of the VPKF estimation was 9.82 *** RMSE of the GNSS measurement was 18.85 *** the GNSS receiver lost differential correction data within 28 s,the absolute error of VPKF was less than 30 mm,and the RMSE was 16.93 *** field test results showed that when the GNSS receiver was in RTK positioning and the TDDCD was less than or equal to 4 s,the RMSE of VPKF estimation was 13.43 mm,and the GNSS measurement was 14.56 *** the GNSS receiver lost differential correction data within 28 s,the RMSE of the VPKF estimate was 15.22 *** results show that VPKF can optimally estimate implement height with better ***,the VPKF can obtain a more accurate,continuous,and stable height of the implement,and increase the application scenarios of the GNSS receiver to measure the implement height.

Novel damage constitutive models and new quantitative identification method for stress thresholds of rocks under uniaxial compression

Four key stress thresholds exist in the compression process of rocks, i. e., crack closure stress (σcc), crack initiation stress (σci), crack damage stress (σcd) and compressive strength (σc). The quantitative identifications of the first three stress thresholds are of great significance for characterizing the microcrack growth and damage evolution of rocks under compression. In this paper, a new method based on damage constitutive model is proposed to quantitatively measure the stress thresholds of rocks. Firstly, two different damage constitutive models were constructed based on acoustic emission (AE) counts and Weibull distribution function considering the compaction stages of the rock and the bearing capacity of the damage element. Then, the accumulative AE counts method (ACLM), AE count rate method (CRM) and constitutive model method (CMM) were introduced to determine the stress thresholds of rocks. Finally, the stress thresholds of 9 different rocks were identified by ACLM, CRM, and CMM. The results show that the theoretical stress - strain curves obtained from the two damage constitutive models are in good agreement with that of the experimental data, and the differences between the two damage constitutive models mainly come from the evolutionary differences of the damage variables. The results of the stress thresholds identified by the CMM are in good agreement with those identified by the AE methods, i.e., ACLM and CRM. Therefore, the proposed CMM can be used to determine the stress thresholds of rocks.

Coronary restenosis is an important cause of poor long-term prognosis in patients with coronary heart ***,we show that lysine methyltransferase SMYD2 expression in the nucleus is significantly elevated in serum-and PDGF-BB-induced vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs),and in tissues of carotid artery injury-induced neointimal ***2 overexpression in VSMCs(Smyd2-vTg)facilitates,but treatment with its specific inhibitor LLY-507 or SMYD2 knockdown significantly inhibits VSMC phenotypic switching and carotid artery injury-induced neointima formation in *** sequencing revealed that SMYD2 knockdown represses the expression of serum response factor(SRF)target genes and that SRF overexpression largely reverses the inhibitory effect of SMYD2 knockdown on VSMC ***3 directly interacts with and deacetylates SRF,which enhances SRF transcriptional activity in ***,SMYD2 promotes HDAC3 expression via tri-methylation of H3K36 at its ***966,a specific inhibitor of HDAC3,not only counteracts the pro-proliferation effect of SMYD2 overexpression on VSMCs,but also inhibits carotid artery injury-induced neointima formation in ***3 partially abolishes the inhibitory effect of SMYD2 knockdown on VSMC proliferation in a deacetylase activity-dependent *** results reveal that the SMYD2-HDAC3-SRF axis constitutes a novel and critical epigenetic mechanism that regulates VSMC phenotypic switching and neointimal hyperplasia.
