星系的形态与星系的形成和演化息息相关,其形态学分类是星系天文学后续研究的重要一环.当前海量天文观测数据的出现使得天文数据自动分析方法越来越得到重视,针对此问题,利用先进的深度学习骨干网络EfficientNetV2,分析不同的注意力机制类型和使用节点对网络性能的影响,构建了一种命名为EfficientNetV2-S-Triplet7(即在EfficientNetV2-S stage7的1×1卷积层后加入Triplet模块)的改进算法模型来实现星系形态学的自动分类.使用第二期星系动物园(Galaxy Zoo 2,GZ2)中超过24万张的测光图像作为初始数据进行实验测试.在对数据进行预处理时采取了尺寸抖动、翻转、色彩畸变等图像增强手段来解决图像数量的不平衡问题.在同一系列经典和前沿的深度学习算法模型AlexNet、ResNet-34、MobileNetV2、RegNet进行对比实验后,得出EfficientNetV2-S-Triplet7算法在分类准确率、查全率和F1分数等指标上具有最好的测试结果.在9375张测试图像中的3项指标值分别可达到89.03%、90.21%、89.93%,查准率达到89.69%,在其他模型中排在第3位.该结果表明将EfficientNetV2-S-Triplet7算法应用于大规模星系数据的形态学分类任务中有很好的效果.

Users’interests are often diverse and multi-grained,with their underlying intents even more *** captur-ing users’interests and uncovering the relationships between diverse interests are key to news ***,diversity is an important metric for evaluating news recommendation algorithms,as users tend to reject excessive homogeneous information in their recommendation ***,recommendation models themselves lack diversity awareness,making it challenging to achieve a good balance between the accuracy and diversity of news *** this paper,we propose a news recommendation algorithm that achieves good performance in both accuracy and *** most existing works that solely optimize accuracy or employ more features to meet diversity,the proposed algorithm leverages the diversity-aware capability of the ***,we introduce an augmented user model to fully capture user intent and the behavioral guidance they might undergo as a ***,we focus on the relationship between the original clicked news and the augmented clicked ***,we propose an effective adversarial training method for diversity(AT4D),which is a pluggable component that can enhance both the accuracy and diversity of news recommendation *** experiments on real-world datasets confirm the efficacy of the proposed algorithm in improving both the accuracy and diversity of news recommendations.

A new kind of comblike copolymer film composed of acrylic acid-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate copolymer（AA-PEGMA copolymer） was successfully synthesized to immobilize hemoglobin（Hb）. FTIR, UV-Vis and CD spectra suggest that Hb kept its original structure in the AA-PEGMA copolymer film without denaturation. A pair of well-defined, quasi-reversible cyclic voltammetric peaks at around –270 mV vs. saturated calomel electrode（SCE） for the Hb Fe（III）/Fe（II） redox couple was observed on the film-modified electrode in phos phate buffer solution（PBS, pH=7.0）. The formal potential of Hb/AA-PEGMA copolymer film-modified electrode is linearly dependent on solution pH with a slope of –46.3 mV/pH, illustrating that one-proton transfer was accompa nied with each electron transfer. Furthermore, the modified electrode displayed electrocatalytic response to the reduc tion of H2O2 with a linear range of 3.5―126 μmol/L and a detection limit of 1.17 μmol/L. In conclusion, the AA-PEGMA copolymer film was proved to be an excellent matrix for the immobilization and electrochemistry of proteins.

Environmental Effects of Groundwater Development in Xuzhou City, China

Xuzhou City is located in the most northwestern portion of Jiangsu Province, P. R. China. Karst groundwater in the Ordovician and Cambrian Limestone aquifers is the main source of water supply. There are 527 wells in urban areas to exploit the karst groundwater, yielding up to 35 000 m^3 per day. After 1978, urbanization and industrialization of Xuzhou City have continued at a greatly accelerated pace; the population increased from 670 700 （1978） to 1 645 500 （2002）, its GDP from 0.71 × 10^9 $ to 42.7× 10^9 $ and the urban area from 184 km^2 to 1,038 km^2 （built-up city area from 41.3 km^2 to 81.9 km^2）. The volume of karst groundwater withdrawal increased yearly before the operation of a supply plant of surface water in 1992, from 3.85x 10^7 m^3（1978） to 1.34× 10^8 m^3 （1991） and now maintained at 0.1× 10^9 m^3 （2002）. Intensive overexploitation of karst groundwater has caused a continuous descending of the piezometric level and the area of the depression cone increases year after year. These changes have increased the vulnerability of the karst groundwater system and have induced environmental problems such as depletion of water resources, water quality deterioration, groundwater contamination and karst collapse. The largest buried depth of karst groundwater is up to 100 m in the dry season in some areas, while 66 exhausted wells have been abandoned. A change in the thickness of the unsaturated zone due to the drawdown of the piezometric level has caused a change of the chemical environment which has an impact on the physical state and major chemical compositions in groundwater. The contents of Ca^2＋, Mg^2＋, NO3^-, SO4^2- and C1^- in karst groundwater has increased significantly, total hardness （CaCO3 content） rises annually in most pumping wells and exceeds the Standard of Drinking Water of P.R. The thermal decomposition behavior of composite modified double-base（CMDB） propellant containing cyclotrimethylene trinitramine（RDX） was studied via a Calvet microcalorimeter at five different heating rates. The activation energy（E） and the pre-exponential factor（A） of two obvious exothermic processes were obtained by Kissinger＇s method and Ozawa＇s method. The entropy of activation（△S^≠）, the enthalpy of activation（△H^≠）, and the free energy of activation（△G^≠） of the first stage were calculated. To evaluate the thermal hazard of the RDX-CMDB propellant, the critical temperature of thermal explosion（Tb）, the self acceleration decomposition temperature（Tsgox）, the adiabatic decomposition temperature increment（ATad） and the time-to-explosion of adiabatic system（t） were presented as 145.3 ℃, 138.15 ℃, 1634 K and 583.71 s（n=0） and 586.28 s（n=1）, respectively.

AIM: To analyze the difference of intestinal microbial community diversity between healthy and (S. enteritidis) orally infected ***: Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus (ERIC)-PCR was applied to analyze the intestinal microbial community diversity and dynamic change including duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum and rectum from healthy ducklings and 7-day-old ducklings after oral infection with S. enteritidis at different time ***: The intestinal microbial community of the control healthy ducklings was steady and the ERIC-PCR band numbers of the control healthy ducklings were the least with rectum and were the most with caecum. ERIC-PCR bands of orally inoculated ducklings did not obviously change until 24 h after inoculation (p.i.). The numbers of the ERIC-PCR bands gradually decreased from 24 h to 72 h p.i., and then, with the development of disease, the band numbers gradually increased until 6 d p.i. The prominent bacteria changed because of S. enteritidis infection and the DNAstar of staple of ERIC-PCR showed that aerobe and facultative aerobe (Escherichia coli, Shigella, Salmonella) became preponderant bacilli in the intestine of orally infected ducklings with ***: This study has provided significant data to clarify the intestinal microbial community diversity and dynamic change of healthy and S. enteritidis orally infected ducklings, and valuable insight into the pathogenesis of S. enteritidis infection in both human and animals.
