The Mw 6.8 Adassil earthquake that occurred in the Hig. Atlas on September 8,2023,was a catastrophic event that provided a rare opportunity to study the mechanics of deep crustal *** research aimed to decipher the rupture characteristics of the Adassil earthquake by analyzing.teleseismic waveform data in conjunction with interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)observations from both ascending.and descending.*** analysis revealed a reverse fault mechanism with a centroid depth of approximately 28 km,exceeding.the typical rang. for crustal *** result sug.ests the presence of cooler temperatures in the lower crust,which facilitates the accumulation of tectonic *** earthquake exhibited a steep reverse mechanism,dipping.at 70°,accompanied by minor strike-slip *** the g.otectonic framework of the Hig. Atlas,known for its volcanic leg.cy and resulting.thermal irreg.larities,we investig.ted the potential contributions of these factors to the initiation of the Adassil *** seismicity within the lower crust,away from plate boundaries,calls for extensive research to elucidate its implications for reg.onal seismic hazard *** finding. hig.lig.t the critical importance of studying.and preparing.for sig.ificant seismic events in similar g.olog.cal setting.,which would provide valuable insig.ts into reg.onal seismic hazard assessments and g.odynamic paradig.s.

Backg.ound The aim of this study was to characterize the variable phenotypes and outcomes associated with the methylmalonic aciduria and homocystinuria type C protein g.ne(MMACHC)c.482g.A mutation in 195 Chinese cases with CblC *** We carried out a national,retrospective multicenter study of 195 Chinese patients with CblC disease attributable to the MMACHC c.482g.A variant either in a homozyg.us or compound heterozyg.us *** control g.oup consisted of 200 patients diag.osed with CblC disease who did not possess the c.482g.A *** features,including.disease onset,symptoms,biochemical metabolites,g.ne mutation,and follow-up outcomes were reviewed and analyzed in *** median follow-up period spanned 3 years and 8 months,with a rang. of 1 year and 2 months to 12 years and 10 *** Among.195 patients carrying.the c.482g.A variant,125(64.1%)cases were diag.osed by newborn screening.NBS),60(30.8%)cases were detected due to disease onset,and 10(5.1%)cases were identified from sibling.*** hundred and seventeen(93.6%)individuals who were diag.osed by NBS,and nine patients who came from sibling.diag.oses remained asymptomatic in this *** 69 symptomatic patients of the c.482g.A g.oup,more patients presented with later onset,and the top six common clinical symptoms at disease onset were developmental delay(59.4%),lower limb weakness and poor exercise tolerance(50.7%),cog.itive decline(37.7%),g.it instability and abnormal posture(36.2%),seizures(26.1%),and psychiatric and behavioral disturbances(24.6%).In the 159 symptomatic patients lacking.c.482g.A variants,the most frequently observed clinical manifestations at disease onset included developmental delay(81.8%),letharg. and feeding.difficulty(62.9%),lower limb weakness and poor exercise tolerance(54.7%),prolong.d neonatal jaundice(51.6%),vomiting.47.2%),and seizures(32.7%).Before treatment,the levels of blood propionylcarnitine,propionylcarnitine/acetylcarnitine ratio

目的探究人牙槽窝肉芽组织的细胞组成与异质性并构建单细胞图谱,解析肉芽组织在炎性微环境下通过自然转归的潜在结局。方法纳入2022年9月至2023年8月就诊于第四军医大学口腔医院颌面外科,因中、重度牙周炎行牙拔除术并拟行延期位点保存... 详细信息

目的探究人牙槽窝肉芽组织的细胞组成与异质性并构建单细胞图谱,解析肉芽组织在炎性微环境下通过自然转归的潜在结局。方法纳入2022年9月至2023年8月就诊于第四军医大学口腔医院颌面外科,因中、重度牙周炎行牙拔除术并拟行延期位点保存术或自体牙移植术的患者12例,收集其牙槽窝肉芽组织,分别用HE染色和单细胞转录组测序技术(ScRNA-seq)观察不同类型肉芽组织细胞构成、组织形态学变化,获得特定微环境下的炎性牙槽窝肉芽组织细胞序列差异,构建出人牙槽窝不同类型肉芽组织的单细胞图谱,并探索炎性肉芽组织转归过程中细胞类型分布及关键基因变化的时空规律。结果HE染色显示,牙槽窝炎性肉芽组织中含有大量炎性细胞浸润,保留炎性肉芽组织待自然转归3周后,其组织学形态与修复性肉芽组织愈合形态基本一致。ScRNA-seq共捕获肉芽组织细胞20448个,基因表达定量检测分析炎性肉芽组织、自然转归性肉芽组织及修复性肉芽组织基因总数分别为33835、36058、34719个。肉芽组织在单细胞水平被注释为血管内皮细胞、间充质干细胞、成纤维细胞等10个细胞亚群。炎性肉芽组织与自然转归性肉芽组织在细胞组成占比存在差异。拟时序分析展示了肉芽组织中免疫反应与血管新生参与组织转归愈合的两种主要结局。参与炎症调控和免疫反应的基因胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白5(Ig.p5)、锌指蛋白(Zfp36)和热休克蛋白(Hspa1b),以及参与细胞外基质分泌及血管、纤维形成的相关基因组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子3(Timp3)、骨膜蛋白(Postn)和g.白信号调节因子5(Rg.5)在两种肉芽组织中的表达存在显著差异。结论炎性肉芽组织在细胞组成占比、基因表达、生物学功能等方面与自然转归性肉芽组织存在异质性,不刮除牙槽窝炎性肉芽组织待其自然转归后在组织学及单细胞水平展现出与修复性肉芽组织相似的细胞结构组成,并通过免疫反应及组织重塑调节炎症反应及愈合过程。

To g.arantee the blue skies for the 2022 Winter Olympics held in Beijing.and Zhang.iakou from February 4 to 20,Beijing.and its surrounding.areas adopted a series of emission control *** provides an opportunity to determine the impacts of larg.-scale temporary control measures on the air quality in Beijing.during.this special ***,we applied the WRF-CMAQ model to quantify the contributions of emission reduction measures and meteorolog.cal *** show that meteorolog.cal conditions in 2022 decreased PM_(2.5)in Beijing.by 6.9 and 11.8μg.m^(3)relative to 2021 under the scenarios with and without emission reductions,*** emission reduction measures implemented in Beijing.and seven neig.boring.provinces resulted in an averag. decrease of 13.0μg.m^(3)(-41.2%)in PM_(2.5)in *** the entire period,local emission reductions contributed more to g.od air quality in Beijing.than nonlocal emission *** the emission reduction scenario,local,controlled reg.ons,other reg.ons,and boundary conditions contributed 47.7%,42.0%,5.3%,and 5.0%to the PM_(2.5)concentrations in Beijing.*** results indicate that during.the cleaning.period with the air masses from the northwest,the abatements of PM_(2.5)were mainly caused by local emission ***,during.the potential pollution period with the air masses from the east-northeast and west-southwest,the abatements of PM_(2.5)were caused by both local and nonlocal emission reductions almost *** implies that reg.onal coordinated prevention and control strateg.es need to be arrang.d scientifically and rationally when heavy pollution events are forecasted.
