Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease characterized by a broad spectrum of clinical manifestations.Although great progress has been made in understanding the contribution of genetic and environmental factors in SLE pathogenesis,as there are over 20,000 published studies evaluating related cellular dysfunction,111 the exact mechanisms that underline this process are still unknown.Over the past 10 years,novel insights have mainly originated from genome-wide association(GWAS)and gene expression studies.

To the Editor:Rosai-Dorfman disease(RDD),also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy,is a rare non-Langerhans cell histiocytic proliferative disorder.RDD is characterized by bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy accompanied by extranodal involvement,with the skin being the most commonly affected organ.[1]Cutaneous RDD(CRDD),affecting only the skin without systemic symptoms,is even rarer.[2]Herein,we report the dermoscopic and reflectance confocal miscroscopy(RCM)findings in a patient with CRDD.

Coagulation–ultrafiltration(C–UF) is widely used for surface water treatment. With the removal of pollutants, the characteristics of organic matter change and affect the final treatment efficiency and the development of membrane fouling. In this study, we built a dynamic C–UF set-up to carry out the treatment of micro-polluted surface water, to investigate the characteristics of dissolved organic matter from different units. The influences of poly aluminum chloride and poly dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(PDMDAAC) on removal efficiency and membrane fouling were also investigated. Results showed that the dosage of PDMDAAC evidently increased the UV254 and dissolved organic carbon removal efficiencies,and thereby alleviated membrane fouling in the C–UF process. Most hydrophobic bases(HoB)and hydrophobic neutral fractions could be removed by coagulation. Similarly, UF was good at removing HoB compared to hydrophilic substances(HiS) and hydrophobic acid(HoA)fractions. HiS and HoA fractions with low molecule weight accumulated on the surface of the membrane, causing the increase of transmembrane pressure(TMP). Membrane fouling was mainly caused by a removable cake layer, and mechanical cleaning was an efficient way to decrease the TMP.

Acid soils are widespread and limit global plant production.Aluminum(Al)/manganese(Mn)toxicity and phosphorus(P)deficiency are the major limiting factors affecting plant growth and productivity on acid soils.Plants,however,have evolved various strategies to adapt to these stresses.These strategies include using both external and internal mechanisms to adapt to Al toxicity,regulating Mn uptake,translocation,and distribution to avoid Mn toxicity,and orchestrating a set of P transport mechanisms to efficiently take up P from the soil.Here,we review the current state of knowledge about the molecular mechanisms of plant adaptation to these constraints in acid soils,focusing on the roles of transporters involved in Al/Mn tolerance and P efficiency.Gene manipulation combined with other biotechnology will contribute to the development of novel strategies to improve plant adaptation to acid soils.The molecular mechanisms of plant coadaptation to multiple stresses in acid soils are largely unknown and require further investigation.

电子商务发展极大拓展了消费者购物范围,而跨境电商则更大程度上突破了消费空间性限制。跨境电商流程更长,不确定性因素更多,消费者决策更为谨慎,而其中核心依托就是已购消费者展示的在线评论。当代人对婴儿奶粉的购买非常谨慎,数据显示消费者购买的奶粉品牌多是进口奶粉。下文着重讲述电子商务的发展对进口奶粉的信息反馈,从而更好迎合消费者的购买需求,有利于中国奶粉产品的销量增加。本文聚焦基于平台评论的跨境电商消费者行为研究,在总结已有研究成果的基础上提出跨境电商平台在线评论能基于多元路径对消费决策产生影响,引入可信度感知以验证其是否有中介作用,设计量表获取数据并进行对应检验,按照因子分析框架进行模型检验,通过样本数据检验得到在线评论可以显著影响消费者决策,其作用维度包括评论数量、评论极性等,同时可信度感知存在中介效应特征,验证了可信度感知的中介作用,同时实证分析得到评论数量、评论质量、评论正向极性、评论可靠性均对消费者购买决策存在显著的正向影响。根据分析结论本文提出了在线评论机制与管理优化、提升消费者可信度感知等对策建议。

In this paper,a scheme of dual-Doppler radar wind analysis based on a three-dimensional variational method is proposed and performed in two steps.First,the horizontal wind field is simultaneously recovered through minimizing a cost function defined as a radial observation term with the standard conjugate gradient method,avoiding a weighting parameter specification step.Compared with conventional dual-Doppler wind synthesis approaches,this variational method minimizes errors caused by interpolation from radar observation to analysis grid in the iterative solution process,which is one of the main sources of errors.Then,through the accelerated Liebmann method,the vertical velocity is further reestimated as an extra step by solving the Poisson equation with impermeable conditions imposed at the ground and near the tropopause.The Poisson equation defined by the second derivative of the vertical velocity is derived from the mass continuity equation.Compared with the method proposed by O’Brien,this method is less sensitive to the uncertainty of the boundary conditions and has better stability and reliability.Furthermore,the method proposed in this paper is applied to Doppler radar observation of a squall line process.It is shown that the retrieved vertical wind profile agrees well with the vertical profile obtained with the velocity–azimuth display(VAD)method,and the retrieved radial velocity as well as the analyzed positive and negative velocity centers and horizontal wind shear of the squall line are in accord with radar observations.There is a good correspondence between the divergence field of the derived wind field and the vertical velocity.And,the horizontal and vertical circulations within and around the squall line,as well as strong updrafts,the associated downdrafts,and associated rear inflow of the bow echo,are analyzed well.It is worth mentioning that the variational method in this paper can be applied to simultaneously synthesize the three-dimensional wind field from multiple-Doppler radar observations.

Theoretical and Experimental Analysis of Heat Transfer and Condensation in Micro-Ribbed Tubes

The thermal transmission coefficient for a micro-ribbed tube has been determined using theoretical relationships and the outcomes of such calculations have been compared with experiments conducted using a R1234yf refrigerant undergoing condensation.In particular four theoretical single-phase flow and three multi-phase flow models have been used in this regard.The experimental results show that:the Oliver et al.criterion equation overestimates the experimental results as its accuracy is significantly affected by the specific conditions realized inside micro-fin tubes;the Miyara et al.criterion equation prediction error is less than 15%;the Cavallini et al.approach gives the highest prediction accuracy;the Goto et al.model overestimates the test data.Such results are critically discussed and some indications for the improvement of such models are provided.

The geometric phase has the intrinsic property of being resistant to some types of local noises as it only depends on global properties of the evolution path. Meanwhile, the non-Abelian geometric phase is in the matrix form, and thus can naturally be used to implement high performance quantum gates,i.e., the so-called holonomic quantum computation. This article reviews recent advances in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computation, and focuses on various optimal control approaches that can improve the gate performance, in terms of gate fidelity and robustness. Besides, we also pay special attention to its possible physical realizations and some concrete examples of experimental realizations. Finally, with all these efforts, within state-of-the-art technology, the performance of the implemented holonomic quantum gates can outperform the conventional dynamical ones, under certain conditions.

With the rapid deployment of the advanced metering infrastructure(AMI)and distribution automation(DA),selfhealing has become a key factor to enhance the resilience of distribution networks.Following a permanent fault occurrence,the distribution network operator(DNO)implements the selfhealing scheme to locate and isolate the fault and to restore power supply to out-of-service portions.As an essential component of self-healing,service restoration has attracted considerable attention.This paper mainly reviews the service restoration approaches of distribution networks,which requires communication systems.The service restoration approaches can be classified as centralized,distributed,and hierarchical approaches according to the communication architecture.In these approaches,different techniques are used to obtain service restoration solutions,including heuristic rules,expert systems,metaheuristic algorithms,graph theory,mathematical programming,and multi-agent systems.Moreover,future research areas of service restoration for distribution networks are discussed.
