Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH) was suspended to contain the spread of COVID-19,while Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) saw a tremendousflight *** of a major international airport is extremely rare and thus represents a unique opportunity to straightforwardly observe the impact of airport emissions on local air *** this study,a series of statistical tools were applied to analyze the variations in air pollutant levels in the vicinity of WUH and *** results of bivariate polar plots show that airport SHA and WUH are a major source of nitrogen ***,NO_(2)and NO diminished by 55.8%,44.1%,76.9%,and 40.4%,33.3% and 59.4% during the COVID-19 lockdown compared to those in the same period of 2018 and 2019,under a reduction in aircraft activities by 58.6%and61.4%.The concentration of NO_(2),SO_(2)and PM_(2.5)decreased by 77.3%,8.2%,29.5%,right after the closure of airport WUH on 23 January *** average concentrations of NO,NO_(2)and NOxscatter plots at downwind of SHA after the lockdown were 78.0%,47.9%,57.4%and 62.3%,34.8%,41.8%lower than those during the same period in 2018 and ***,a significant increase in O_(3)levels by 50.0% and 25.9%at WUH and SHA was observed,*** results evidently show decreased nitrogen oxides concentrations in the airport vicinity due to reduced aircraft activities,while amplified O_(3)pollution due to a lower titration by NO under strong reduction in NOxemissions.

目的:探讨纤维蛋白原(FIB)与特发性膜性肾病(IMN)患者肾小管萎缩/间质纤维化(TA/IF)之间的关系及预测价值。方法:本研究纳入2018年9月至2023年12月在湖北医药学院附属太和医院肾病内科经肾活检证实的171例IMN患者,收集肾活检时的各项临床参数。根据肾穿刺活检前的FIB水平将患者分为正常FIB组(FIB≤4 g/L)和高FIB组(FIB>4 g/L)。根据TA/IF的程度,患者分为T1组(无/轻度,n=67)、T2组(中度,n=56)、T3组(重度,n=48)。通过有序Logistic回归对TA/IF程度的影响因素进行分析。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析FIB对TA/IF程度的预测价值。结果:与正常FIB组相比,高FIB组中、重度TA/IF的比例明显较高;T2和T3组患者的临床表现更差。年龄、FIB、TG是影响IMN患者TA/IF程度的独立危险因素;FIB对中重度TA/IF预测价值较好。结论:合理控制FIB水平可能减少IMN患者中重度TA/IF发生的风险。

In the summer of 2022,an unprecedented and long-lasting high temperature swept central-eastern China,causing significant societal ***,the sub-seasonal characteristics,causes and predictability of this extreme high temperature event are not well *** on the locations,intensities and causes of the high temperature,we divided it into three stages:early(13 June-3 July),sustained(4-28 July),and enhancement(29 July-30 August)*** high temperature during the early stage mainly occurred in north-central China with an anomaly of 2.5℃compared with climatology(1981-2010),while the last two stages occurred in the middle and lower Yangtze River Basin with anomalies of 2.8 and 3.8℃*** high temperature during the three stages were all regulated by the strengthening and westward extension of the western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH)but involved different physical *** the early stage,it was mainly caused by the anticyclones over the Mongolia and Northwest Pacific and enhanced by the minor impact of *** the sustained stage it was influenced by relatively more stronger WPSH and South Asia high(SAH)and the relatively minor impact of the anticyclone over the north-western South *** the enhancement stage,the high temperature was mainly caused by a combination of the record-breaking WPSH and SAH and the strong European blocking ***,the exceptionally powerful WPSH was well correlated with the sea surface temperature gradient induced by the developing La Niñ*** ECMWF and NCEP models reasonably predicted the location and intensity of the high temperature in the early stage,but poorly predicted that in the sustained and enhancement stages partly because of the failure prediction of the WPSH's enhancement and westward *** ECMWF model's more accurate prediction of the WPSH may contribute to its better forecasting of the heatwaves.

鲁索替尼是一种选择性靶向Janus激酶(JAK)的小分子抑制剂,可在JAK1、JAK2结构域与催化位点上的三磷酸腺苷竞争性结合,从而抑制JAK活化和信号转导及转录激活蛋白(STAT)磷酸化,阻止JAK-STAT信号通路的表达。口服鲁索替尼对骨髓纤维化和真性红细胞增多症展现出良好的疗效。外用的鲁索替尼乳膏是美国FDA批准的首个非节段型白癜风家庭治疗药物,目前虽尚未在我国上市,但已于2023年8月落地国内医疗先行区,有望成为白癜风治疗的新突破。鲁索替尼乳膏还被多项临床案例证明对特应性皮炎、斑秃等具有显著疗效,具有较大的应用前景。

The effects of temperature-gradient-induced damage of zirconia metering nozzles were investigated through analysis of the phase composition and microstructure of nozzle samples. The analysis was carried out using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy after the samples were subjected to a heat treatment based on the temperatures of the affected, transition, and original layers of zirconia metering nozzles during the continuous casting of steel. The results showed that, after heat treatment at 1540, 1410, or 1300A degrees C for a dwell time of 5 h, the monoclinic zirconia phase was gradually stabilized with increasing heat-treatment temperature. Moreover, a transformation to the cubic zirconia phase occurred, accompanied by grain growth, which illustrates that the temperature gradient in zirconia metering nozzles affects the mineral composition and microstructure of the nozzles and accelerates damage, thereby deteriorating the quality and service life of the nozzles.

Hexavalent chromium[Cr(Ⅵ)]causes serious harm to the environment due to its high toxicity,solubility,and ***(Fh)are the main adsorbent and trapping agent of Cr(Ⅵ)in soils and aquifers,and they usually coexist with silicate(Si),forming Si-containing ferrihydrite(Si-Fh)***,the mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ)retention by Si-Fh mixtures is poorly *** this study,the behaviors and mechanisms of Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption onto Si-Fh with different Si/Fe molar ratios was *** electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and other techniques were used to characterize Si-Fh and Cr(Ⅵ)-loading of *** results show that specific surface area of Si-Fh increases gradually with increasing Si/Fe ratios,but Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption on Si-Fh decreases with increasing Si/Fe *** is because with an increase in Si/Fe molar ratio,the point of zero charge of Si-Fh gradually decreases and electrostatic repulsion between Si-Fh and Cr(Ⅵ)***,the complexation of Cr(Ⅵ)is enhanced due to the increase in adsorbed hydroxyl(A-OH-)on Si-Fh with increasing Si/Fe molar ratio,which partly counteracts the effect of the electrostatic ***,the increase in the electrostatic repulsion has a greater impact on adsorption than the additional complexation with *** functional theory calculation further supports this observation,showing the increases in electron variation of bonding atoms and reaction energies of inner spherical complexes with the increase in Si/Fe ratio.

Various land use and land cover(LULC)products have been produced over the past decade with the development of remote sensing *** the differences in LULC classification schemes,there is a lack of research on assessing the accuracy of their application to croplands in a unified ***,this study evaluated the spatial and area accuracies of cropland classification for four commonly used global LULC products(i.e.,MCD12Q1V6,GlobCover2009,FROM-GLC and GlobeLand30)based on the harmonised FAO criterion,and quantified the relationships between four factors(i.e.,slope,elevation,field size and crop system)and cropland classification *** validation results indicated that MCD12Q1 and GlobeLand30 performed well in cropland classification regarding spatial consistency,with overall accuracies of 94.90 and 93.52%,*** FROMGLC showed the worst performance,with an overall accuracy of 83.17%.Overlaying the cropland generated by the four global LULC products,we found the proportions of complete agreement and disagreement were 15.51 and 44.72% for the cropland classification,*** consistency was mainly observed in the Northeast China Plain,the huang-huai-Hai Plain and the northern part of the Middle-lower Yangtze Plain,*** contrast,low consistency was detected primarily on the eastern edge of the northern and semiarid region,the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and southern *** size was the most important factor for mapping *** area accuracy,compared with China Statistical Yearbook data at the provincial scale,the accuracies of different products in descending order were:GlobeLand30,FROM-GLC,MCD12Q1,and *** cropland classification schemes mainly caused large area deviations among the four products,and they also resulted in the different ranks of spatial accuracy and area accuracy among the four *** results can provide valuable suggestions for selecting cropland products at the national or provinc

目的探索乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)基因型I长期进化特征。方法从广西隆安研究队列中选取已明确感染基因型I的HBsAg无症状携带者作为研究对象,检测其血清HBV标志物和病毒载量。使用酚氯仿法提取HBV DNA,采用巢式PCR扩增HBV全基因组,进行克隆测序,运用BioEdit、Mega等软件对测序结果进行生物信息学分析。结果共纳入9名研究对象,获得279条全长基因序列。系统进化树分析结果显示,22.2%(2/9)的研究对象HBV基因型发生了转换,从基因型I1转换成基因型C1。2004年所有研究对象HBV毒株均发生X基因核心基因启动子(BCP)双突变(nt1762A→T/1764 G→A);88.9%(8/9)的研究对象HBV毒株发生PreC基因nt1896(G→A)终止密码突变。多数研究对象发生免疫逃避突变和耐药突变,共检出18种免疫逃逸突变和6种多重耐药突变。研究对象GD056、XW511、GA135、XX55、CZ647、TX119、WX058和YF201携带的毒株免疫逃逸突变率分别为:69.6%、7.5%、96.7%、94.4%、11.8%、4.7%、100.0%和100.0%;研究对象GA135、XW511、WX058、XX55、YF201、CZ647和TX119携带的毒株耐药突变率分别为:6.7%、2.5%、3.8%、50.0%、4.5%、2.9%和4.7%。66.7%、55.6%和44.4%的研究对象2004年和/或2022年携带的HBV毒株分别在PreS/S基因、X基因和PreC/C基因受到正向选择压力,所有研究对象携带的HBV毒株在P基因以负向选择压力占主导。结论在自然感染进程中,HBV基因型I可以发生基因型转换,基因型I在一些常见的临床相关热点突变上突变率较高,部分毒株可出现免疫逃避突变和耐药突变,HBV基因组各个开放读码框所受的选择压力不相同。
