Given that the passive performance simulation of buildings based on typical meteorological year data and specific design schemes makes it challenging to respond to climate change and refine design requirements on time,this article established a passive performance prediction model for future buildings considering multi-dimensional variables including climate change,building design,and operational *** high thermal insulation buildings under future climates,the mild climate zone is more sensitive than the others,cooling energy demand is more sensitive than heating demand,apartments are more sensitive than office buildings,and passive survivability is more sensitive than energy performance;for buildings of the same type located in the same climate zone,thermal design solutions determine the increase rate of cooling *** potential benefits of climate warming on heating demand reduction are almost zero,but the cooling demand increases significantly,with apartments and office buildings increasing up to 22.1% and 5.0%,*** generally overheat in the future,and the increase rate of the mild zone far exceeds other zones with duration and severity being 3004.8% and 877.7%for apartments,and 884.3% and 288.9%for office buildings,respectively.

Robust Parameter Design(RPD) has been widely applied for improving quality and reliability of *** of the key drawbacks of applying RPD using Taguchi method is that the stable factors may not be independent of the adjustment factors, resulting in unsatisfactory ***, the Taguchi method cannot guarantee global optimality since the levels set in the experiment are usually discrete to ensure orthogonal *** this paper, robust solutions of the stable factors are obtained via a nonlinear model based on polynomial fitting;while the adjustment factors are obtained via interactions analysis so that they are independent of the stable *** particular, the values of the adjustment factors are determined by output offset compensation so as to achieve robustness of the design *** example on the design of an aeronautical electrical apparatus is presented to illustrate the *** results show that the proposed method can take full advantage of the nonlinearity in the response and achieve the desired outcome.

目的:基于骨髓源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)相关免疫抑制微环境,探究芍药汤防治结肠炎相关性结直肠癌(CAC)的效应机制。方法:将140只6周龄SPF级FVB雄性小鼠随机分为空白组、芍药汤未造模组(7.12 g·kg^(-1))、模型组、柳氮磺吡啶组(0.52 g·kg^(-1))、芍药汤低剂量组(3.56 g·kg^(-1))、芍药汤中剂量组(7.12 g·kg^(-1))、芍药汤高剂量组(14.24 g·kg^(-1))共7组,每组20只。空白组和芍药汤未造模组采用单次腹腔注射生理盐水(10 mg·kg^(-1)),其余5组小鼠采用单次腹腔注射氧化偶氮甲烷(AOM)(10 mg·kg^(-1)),1周后,更换含2%葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)饮用水1周,再正常饮用水2周,此为循环3次,共14周,构建CAC小鼠模型。各组于实验第14天开始每日1次灌胃2周,此后1周3次灌胃,直至实验结束。记录每周小鼠体质量,分别于实验开始的第28、98天处死部分小鼠,解剖后测量小鼠结肠长度,记录结肠重量、脾脏重量、肿瘤大小、数目;苏木素-伊红(HE)染色检测结肠肿瘤组织病理形态学;流式细胞技术检测小鼠脾脏中MDSCs、调节性T细胞(Tregs)、CD4^(+)T、CD8^(+)T、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞比例;免疫组化学检测小鼠结肠中程序性细胞死亡蛋白-1(PD-1)、程序性细胞死亡蛋白1配体1(PD-L1)、磷酸化腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(p-AMPK)、磷酸化核转录因子-κB(p-NF-κB)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达水平。结果:第14天时,与空白组比较,模型组小鼠体质量显著下降(P<0.01),第28天时,体质量下降到最低(23.39±0.95)g;第28、98天,与空白组比较,模型组小鼠结肠长度显著缩短(P<0.01),结肠指数显著升高(P<0.01),脾脏指数显著升高(P<0.01),肿瘤负荷显著增加(P<0.01);HE结果显示,模型组可见肿瘤细胞,大量炎性细胞浸润,杯状细胞消失,隐窝缺失;芍药汤各剂量组结肠黏膜损伤减轻,炎性细胞浸润减少,隐窝结构破坏减轻;与模型组比较,芍药汤各剂量组小鼠体质量升高;第98天时,芍药汤各剂量组结肠长度显著增加(P<0.01),结肠指数显著降低(P<0.01),脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.01),肿瘤负荷显著降低(P<0.01);第28、98天,芍药汤中、高剂量组小鼠脾脏中MDSCs、Tregs均显著降低(P<0.01)、CD4^(+)T、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞比例显著升高(P<0.01);芍药汤各剂量组各时间点小鼠脾脏中CD8^(+)T细胞比例均有不同程度的增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)、小鼠结肠组织中PD-1、PD-L1表达水平明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);第28、98天,芍药汤中、高剂量组小鼠结肠组织中p-AMPK阳性细胞表达显著升高(P<0.01),p-NF-κB和HIF-1α显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:芍药汤可调控MDSCs募集,调节T淋巴细胞亚群的免疫功能,从而抑制AOM/DSS诱导CAC小鼠结肠肿瘤的发生与发展,其作用机制可能与激活AMPK/NF-κB/HIF-1α通路的表达有关。

Summary of main observation and conclusion There are active debates on whether the concept of aromaticity should be exte nded bey ond carb on based organic systems. One argument against such extension is that the proposed new aromatic species are not bottleable. We present herein in-depth chemical bonding analyses of a synthetic, core-shell, intermetalloid [Pd3Sn8Bi6]^4-.cluster. The computational data unravel unprecedented five-fold (π and σ) aromaticity, in cludi ng d-orbital aromaticity. Delocalized electr on clouds in this all-metal system cover the Pd3 core, trigonal pyramid Sn4 caps, peripheral Bi6 ring, and roof-like Sn2Bi2 walls, each following the (4n+2) Huckel rule. The present finding is beyond imagination, providing a compelling example that all-metal aromaticity not only exists in bulk compounds, but also can be in multifold π/σ fashion.

BACKGROUND Duodenal cancer is one of the most common subtypes of small intestinal cancer,and distant metastasis(DM)in this type of cancer still leads to poor *** nomograms have recently been used in tumor areas,no studies have focused on the diagnostic and prognostic evaluation of DM in patients with primary duodenal *** To develop and evaluate nomograms for predicting the risk of DM and person-alized prognosis in patients with duodenal *** Data on duodenal cancer patients diagnosed between 2010 and 2019 were extracted from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results *** and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify independent risk factors for DM in patients with duodenal cancer,and univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analyses were used to determine independent prognostic factors in duodenal cancer patients with *** novel nomograms were established,and the results were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS A total of 2603 patients with duodenal cancer were included,of whom 457 cases(17.56%)had DM at the time of *** analysis revealed independent risk factors for DM in duodenal cancer patients,including gender,grade,tumor size,T stage,and N stage(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate COX analyses further identified independent prognostic factors for duodenal cancer patients with DM,including age,histological type,T stage,tumor grade,tumor size,bone metastasis,chemotherapy,and surgery(P<0.05).The accuracy of the nomograms was validated in the training set,validation set,and expanded testing set using ROC curves,calibration curves,and DCA *** results of Kaplan-Meier survival curves(P<0.001)indicated that both nomograms accurately predicted the occurrence and prognosis of DM in patients with duodenal *** The two nomograms are expected as effective tools fo

皮片修薄原位缝合治疗手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤

目的提高手掌皮肤逆行撕脱之皮片原位缝合后的成活率，减少对身体其他部位造成的继发性损伤。方法选择３９例手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤的患者，将撕脱皮片的近侧２／３修薄成真皮下血管网皮片，远侧１／３皮下脂肪保留，原位缝合，留置长残尾加压包扎。结果３９例中３５例撕脱皮片完全成活，４例皮片边缘小片坏死，修剪换药后痊愈。随访０．５ａ～６ａ，３例虎口轻微挛缩，余撕脱之皮片无挛缩，质地柔软，感觉恢复好。结论采用皮片修薄原位缝合治疗手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤，撕脱皮片成活率高，外形美观，且无继发损伤，确是一种较理想的手术方法。

土地利用变化是造成陆地生态系统碳储量变化的主要原因,研究干旱区不同土地利用类型碳储量变化的影响机制,模拟未来不同情景下土地利用和碳储量的变化,有助于为干旱区制定科学的土地利用政策从而推动该区域高质量可持续的发展.基于2000~2020年新疆土地利用数据,耦合PLUS-InVEST模型分析了2000~2020年新疆土地利用和碳储量的时空变化特征,并预测了自然发展(Z1)、经济发展(Z2)、可持续发展(Z3)、耕地保护发展(Z4)和生态保护发展情景(Z5)下的2030年新疆土地利用和碳储量变化.结果表明:①2000~2020年间,新疆碳储量总值呈现出先减少后增加的总体减少趋势,共减少4.2682×108 t,草地大量退化成未利用地是新疆碳储量减少的主要原因.②不同土地利用类型碳储量变化贡献率分析表明,耕地、林地、草地、水域和未利用地碳储量变化主要影响因素为自然因素,建设用地碳储量变化主要影响因素为人文经济因素.新疆碳储量变化的原因是自然和人文经济因素共同影响的结果.③与2020年相比,新疆2030年5种发展情景下碳储量都保持增加趋势,其中可持续发展情景(Z3)下碳储量增加值最多为66.7236×106 t,该发展情景是未来提高新疆碳储量保证经济发展最优的模式.以上研究结果可以为新疆未来国土空间规划和实现“碳中和”目标提供理论依据.

To investigate the stability and interaction mechanism of the slope-pile-footing system under surcharge effects,the finite difference method(FDM)was adopted to analyze the response laws of the stability of the reinforced slope,evolution of the critical slip surface,stress characteristic of retaining structures,deformation and failure modes of the slope foundation and building footing under surcharge parameters,including the surcharge intensity,the surcharge position,and the surcharge *** results show that surcharge parameters significantly affect the stability and the deformation characteristics of the slope-pile-footing *** speaking,with the increasing surcharge intensity and the decreasing surcharge position and width,the deformation and failure mode of the system will gradually evolve in a direction that is harmful to its *** interaction mechanism of the slope-pile-footing system is further clarified as the load transfer of the building footing,the generation of the additional stress in the slope foundation,and the adjustment of pile bending moment due to the stress ***,the safety of anti-slide piles will determine the stability of the slope foundation and building *** findings are expected to provide guidance for the comprehensive development and utilization of filled slopes after reinforcement.
