Objective:To investigate the effect of Huangqin Decoction(HQD)on nuclear factor erythroid 2 related-factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase(HO-1)signaling pathway by inducing the colitis-associated carcinogenesis(CAC)model mice with azoxymethane(AOM)/dextran sodium sulfate(DSS).Methods:The chemical components of HQD were analyzed by liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)to determine the molecular constituents of *** 48 C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 6 groups by a random number table,including control,model(AOM/DSS),mesalazine(MS),low-,medium-,and high-dose HQD(HQD-L,HQD-M,and HQD-H)groups,8 mice in each *** for the control group,the mice in the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with AOM(10 mg/kg)and administrated with 2.5%DSS orally for 1 week every two weeks(totally 3 rounds of DSS)to construct a colitis-associated carcinogenesis mouse *** mice in the HQD-L,HQD-M and HQD-H groups were given HQD by gavage at doses of 2.925,5.85,and 11.7 g/kg,respectively;the mice in the MS group was given a suspension of MS at a dose of 0.043 g/kg(totally 11 weeks).The serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** mRNA and protein expression levels of Nrf2,HO-1,and inhibitory keLCH like ECH-related protein 1(keap1)in colon tissue were detected by quantitative real-time PCR,immunohistochemistry,and Westem blot,***:LC-Q-TOF-MS/MS analysis revealed that the chemical constituents of HQD include baicalin,paeoniflorin,and glycyrrhizic *** to the control group,significantly higher MDA levels and lower SOD levels were observed in the model group(Pkeap1 increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,serum MDA level was decreased and SOD level was increased in the HQD-M,HQD-H and MS groups(P<0.05).Higher expressions of

The endochondral ossification of hindlimb is essential to a bird’s ability to stand,walk and *** hindlimb is ossified in the embryos before hatching in precocial ***,the molecular mechanisms of hindlimb ossification in birds is still ***,we tried to examine the process of hindlimb ossification and its molecular regulation by using an animal model—Japanese Quail(Coturnix japonica).We selected four critical stages(Embryo Day:E6,E8,E12 and E16) of skeletal development of embryonic quails for hindlimb skeleton staining to show the process of endochondral ossification and to examine the molecular regulation of endochondral osteogenesis by RNA-Seq *** results showed that ossification became increased with embryonic development and most hindlimb was ossified before ***-Seq analysis revealed that various signaling pathways were involved with endochondral ossification with thyroid hormone signaling and WNT signaling pathway particularly ***,the expression levels of 42 genes were continuously upregulated and 14 genes were continuously downregulated from E6 to *** present study might provide new insights into complex molecular mechanisms in regulation of endochondral ossification.

Interactive holography offers unmatched levels of immersion and user engagement in the field of future *** of the substantial progress has been made in dynamic meta-holography,the realization of real-time,highly smooth interactive holography remains a significant challenge due to the computational and display frame rate *** this study,we introduced a dynamic interactive bitwise meta-holography with ultra-high computational and display frame *** our knowledge,this is the first reported practical dynamic interactive metasurface holographic *** spa-tially divided the metasurface device into multiple distinct channels,each projecting a reconstructed *** switching states of these channels were mapped to bitwise operations on a set of bit values,which avoids complex holo-gram computations,enabling an ultra-high computational frame *** approach achieves a computational frame rate of 800 kHz and a display frame rate of 23 kHz on a low-power Raspberry Pi computational *** to this methodology,we demonstrated an interactive dynamic holographic Tetris game system that allows interactive gameplay,color display,and on-the-fly hologram *** technology presents an inspiration for advanced dynamic meta-holography,which is promising for a broad range of applications including advanced human-computer interaction,real-time 3D visualization,and next-generation virtual and augmented reality systems.

Stability assessment of tree ring growth of Pinus armandii Franch in response to climate change based on slope directions at the Lubanling in the Funiu Mountains,China

Global warming will affect growth strategies and how trees will *** compare the response of tree radial growth to climate warming in different slope directions,samples of Pinus armandii Franch were collected and treering chronologies developed on northern and western slopes from the Lubanling in the Funiu *** analyses showed that two chronologies were mainly limited by temperatures in the previous June–August and the combination of temperatures and moisture in the current May–*** difference of the climate response to slopes was small but not *** growth of the LBL01 site on the northern slope was affected by the combined maximum and minimum temperatures,while that of the LBL02 site was affected by maximum *** regards to moisture,radial growth of the trees on the north slope was influenced by the relative humidity in the current May–July,while on the western slope,it was affected by the relative humidity in the previous June–August,the current May–July and the precipitation in the current May–*** the change in climate,the effects of the main limiting factors on growth on different slopes were visible to a certain extent,but the differences in response of trees on different slopes gradually decreased,which might be caused by factors such as different slope directions and the change in diurnal temperature *** results may provide information for forest protection and ecological construction in this region,and a scientific reference for future climate reconstruction.

As a nonmetallic charge carrier,ammonium ion(NH_(4)^(+))has garnered significant attention in the construction of aqueous batteries due to its advantages of low molar mass,small hydration size and rapid diffusion in aqueous *** are a kind of potential electro-active materials for aqueous NH_(4)^(+)***,traditional polymer electrodes are typically created by covering the bulky collectors with excessive additives,which could lead to low volume capacity and unsatisfactory ***,a nanoparticle-like polyimide(PI)was synthesized and then combined with MXene nanosheets to synergistically construct an additive-free and self-standing PI@MXene composite ***,the redox-active PI nanoparticles are enclosed between conductive MXene flakes to create a 3D lamination-like network that promotes electron transmission,while theπ-πinteractions existing between PI and MXene contribute to the enhanced structural integrity and stability within the composite *** such,it delivers superior aqueous NH_(4)^(+)storage behaviors in terms of a notable specific capacity of 110.7 mA·h·cm^(–3) and a long lifespan with only 0.0064%drop each ***,in-situ Raman and UV–Vis examinations provide evidence of reversible and stable redox mechanism of the PI@MXene composite electrode during NH_(4)^(+)uptake/removal,highlighting its significance in the area of electrochemical energy storage.
