The spatial arrangement of chromosomes in the nucleus is important for gene expression and genome function both in animals and plants. The recently developed Hi-C technology is an effective method to investigate the chromosome interaction. In order to probe the function of polyploidy levels in genome packing,Arabidopsis autotetraploid was used in our study to build three-dimensional structure of the genome with Hi-C analysis. We found that tetraploidy Arabidopsis shows a similar local chromatin packing compared to the wide type,most interactions are within chromosomes. However,it also has its specific conformations: intra-arm interaction frequencies reducein coincidence with that inter-arm interactions increase. In addition,increased inter-arm interactions were mainly found within the two pericentromeric domains flanking each centromere. The interaction matrix revealed that all telomeres interact with each other with reduced interaction frequency in autotetraploidy Arabidopsis compared to that of the wide type. These data suggested that duplicated genome prefers long-range inter-arm interactions,resulting in more compact nuclei. Further,we preformed transcriptome sequencing to address the relationship between three-dimensional structure of the genome and gene transcription. Our results indicated that gene clusters found in different interaction bins were mapped to different transcription ?factory?,suggesting the correlation between chromosomal organization and gene expression.

Broadband photodetectors with self-driven functions have attracted intensive scientific interest due to their low energy consumption and high optical ***,high-performance broadband self-driven photodetectors are still a significant challenge due to the complex fabrication processes,environmental toxicity,high production costs of traditional 3D semiconductor materials and sharply raised contact resistance,severe interfacial recombination of 2D materials and 2D/3D mixed dimension ***,1D p-Te/2D n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) heterojunctions are constructed by the simple and low-cost hydrothermal method.1D p-Te/2D n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) devices are applied in photoelectrochemical(PEC)photodetectors,with their high performance attributed to the good interfacial contacts reducing interface *** device demonstrated a broad wavelength range(365–850 nm)with an Iph/Idark as high as *** R_(i),D^(*),and external quantum efficiency(EQE)values of the device were as high as 12.07 mA/W,5.87×10^(10) Jones,and 41.05%,respectively,which were significantly better than the performance of the prepared Bi_(2)Te_(3) and Te devices.A comparison of the freshly fabricated device and the device after 30 days showed that 1D p-Te/2D n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) had excellent stability with only 18.08%decay of *** is anticipated that this work will provide new emerging material for future design and preparation of a high-performance self-driven broadband photodetector.

In this paper, we present conditions under which the traffic processes in a generalized semi-Markov process with reallocation (RGSMP) are Poison processes, and givean easy-to-use criterion for the quasi-reversibility of queues which can be described byRGSMP's. By applying these results to a multiple class generalized network with generalservice time distributions, we prove that its stationary state distribution is of a productform and the traffic processes which represent the customers exiting the network arePoisson processes.

Purpose: To investigate the apoptosis induction effect of Vitamin E Succinate (VES), or combined with Pingyangensisn (PYM) on Tca8113 human tongue cancer cells and its possible mechanisms。Methods: The proliferative activity of Tca8113 cells was assessed by 1- (4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-3,5-Diphenyltetrazolium (MTT) assay。After Tca8113 cells were treated with different concentrations of VES, or combined with PYM。Apoptotic rates were analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM)。Fas monoclonal antibody was used for the blocking test。Fas expression was detected by immuocytochemistry and indirectly immunofluorescent and flow cytometry(FCM)。Results: VES exhibited a significant growth inhibitory effect and apoptosis induced effect on the Tca8113 cells in a dose and time dependent manner。Fas neutralizing antibody can significantly block the apoptosis induced by VES。After the administration of VES, the expression of Fas protein increased and the kytoplasm staining were enhanced。Proteinum quantitative analysis showed that the mean fluorescence intensity increased。When combined with the chemotherapeutic drugs PYM, the Growth inhibition ratio and Apoptotic rate increased significantly。Conclusions: VES can induce apoptosis in human tongue cancer cells, and the up regulation of Fas protein on cell surface may play an important role in this process。The combination of VES with chemotherapeutic drugs PYM had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Tca8113 human tongue cancer cells。
