The effects of axial ligand on the oxygen atom transfer(OAT)reaction from 5,10,15-tris(pentafluorophenyl)corrole((tpfc)MnVO)to dimethyl sulfide(DMS)have been investigated by density functional theory(DFT)***(Im),4-methylimidazole(4-MI)and pyridine(Py)were selected as the axial *** results revealed that the axial ligand can form coordinate bond with(tpfc)MnVO in the transition state(TS)of the OAT *** axial coordination favored charge transferring from(tpfc)MnVO to DMS,and weakened the Mn≡O bond in both singlet and triplet ***,axial coordination can reduce the energy barrier of neutral(tpfc)MnVO from 23.62 kJ·mol^-1 to less than 3 kJ·mol^-1 in the triplet state,which is significantly lower than in the singlet *** makes(tpfc)MnVO tend to direct the OAT reaction via triplet state *** the other hand,the energy barriers of[(tpfc)MnVIO]+species from disproportionation pathway increased from 1.26 to 33.95 kJ·mol^-1 in a doublet *** suggests axial ligands were conducive for direct(tpfc)MnVO OAT reaction pathway.

BACKGROUND Antisynthetase syndrome(ASS)is characterized by the presence of antisynthetase antibodies coupled with clinical findings such as fever,polymyositis-dermatomyositis and interstitial lung *** is,however,rare to observe ASS association with B cell lymphoma presenting severe pneumonia as the first clinical *** SUMMARY We evaluated a 59-year-old male patient who presented with cough with sputum,shortness of breath and fever for 13 d.A chest computed tomography radiograph revealed bilateral diffuse ground-glass infiltrates in both upper fields,left lingual lobe and right middle ***,the patient was diagnosed with severe community-acquired pneumonia and respiratory *** was empirically treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics,without *** analysis showed an ASS panel with anti-PL7 ***,electromyography evaluation demonstrated a manifestation of myogenic damage,while deltoid muscle biopsy showed irregular muscle fiber bundles especially abnormal lymphocyte *** addition,bone marrow biopsy revealed high invasive B cell ***,the patient was diagnosed with a relatively rare anti–PL7 antibody positive ASS associated with B cell *** This case highlights that rapidly progressive lung lesions and acute hypoxemic respiratory failure associated with heliotrope rash and extremely high lactate dehydrogenase level should be considered as the characteristics of non-infectious diseases,especially ASS and B cell lymphoma.

Necroptosis is a non-apoptotic programmed cell death pathway,which causes necrosislike morphologic changes and triggers inflammation in the surrounding *** evidence has demonstrated that necroptosis is involved in a number of pathological processes that lead to cardiovascular ***,the exact molecular pathways linking them remain ***,this review summarizes the necroptosis-related pathways involved in the development of various cardiovascular diseases,including atherosclerosis,cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury,cardiac hypertrophy,dilated cardiomyopathy and myocardial infarction,and may shed light on the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.

探讨ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22与IEC 61482⁃1⁃1:2019中关于防电弧纺织材料电弧防护等级测试的差异。两个标准主要在传感器工作温度、正式试验前的暴露电弧能量值裸测校准试验判定方法以及监控传感器距电弧电极中心线的半径距离设置3方面存在差异。通过相关针对性的试验,详细对比分析了3方面差异的原因,并给出了相关建议。认为:在传感器的初始工作温度和温度上限方面,ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22的设定更合理;在正式试验前的暴露电弧能量值裸测校准试验判定方法方面,IEC 61482⁃1⁃1:2019的判定方法存在不合理性,建议采用ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22中的判定方法;在监控传感器距电弧电极中心线的半径距离r_(2)的设置条件方面,ASTM F1959/F1959M⁃22对r_(2)换挡条件设置更合理,更有利于提高试验结果的准确性。

The evolution of solidified structure of S50C steel during heat treatment in compact strip production process was studied through an ultra-high-temperature confocal scanning laser *** was found that the solidified structure consisted of dendritic crystals with secondary dendrite arm spacing ranging in 32-120μm,where carbon segregation was evident,and the dendrite arms wereα-*** insignificant change was observed at a soaking temperature of 1180℃,whereas at 1300℃,the finer structure firstly disappeared,and then,the coarsening decreased,indicating that carbon tended to be ***,the microsegregation was improved at 1300℃for 15 *** phase transformation ofα-Fe→γ-Fe enhanced the carbon diffusion,and the evolution of the equivalent radius req was controlled by carbon *** diffusion coefficient of carbon(D=15μm2/s)was determined by using the inverse problem method.

目的分析增强磁共振成像(MRI)多模态参数与原发性肝癌患者肝功能分级的相关性。方法选择2020年9月—2023年9月在延安大学附属医院进行治疗的70例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,依据Child-Pugh分级将其分为A级(n=21)、B级(n=36)、C级(n=13)。比较增强MRI与手术病理分级的一致性、不同肝功能分级患者的增强MRI多模态参数,采用Spearman秩相关分析增强MRI多模态参数与原发性肝癌患者肝功能分级的相关性。结果经一致性分析证实,增强MRI与手术病理分级的准确率91.43%、灵敏度90.48%、特异度92.86%、阳性预测值95.00%、阴性预测值92.86%、Kappa值=0.824;肝功能A级患者的T1、D*及f值[(503.49±40.32)ms、(61.35±5.89)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、(28.65±3.27)%]均低于肝功能B级患者[(545.67±45.39)ms、(65.87±6.36)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、(33.26±3.82)%],T2,ADC及D值[(73.56±6.82)ms、(1.67±0.32)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、(1.47±0.19)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s]高于肝功能B级患者[(65.43±5.89)ms、(1.41±0.26)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、(1.28±0.16)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s],肝功能B级患者的T1、D*及f值均低于肝功能C级患者[(575.52±56.31)ms、(71.33±6.52)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、(36.13±4.36)%],T2,ADC及D值高于肝功能C级患者[(61.26±5.37)ms、(1.24±0.19)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s、(1.06±0.13)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s](P<0.05);相关性分析显示,T1、D*及f值与原发性肝癌患者肝功能分级呈正相关(r=0.535、0.432、0.519,P<0.05),T2、ADC及D值与原发性肝癌患者肝功能分级呈负相关(r=-0.426、-0.597、-0.524,P<0.05)。结论增强磁共振成像(MRI)多模态参数可有效判断原发性肝癌患者肝功能损害程度,临床诊治时可结合以上结果制定针对性治疗方案。

According to the hydraulic calculation principles of the orifice outflow, the discharge capacity of the columnar reversing gate under the partial opening condition was calculated and checked. Using ANSYS, a large finite element analysis software, the discharge process was simulated. The distribution rule of the velocities in the gate chamber and downstream channel was obtained. An FEM model of the columnar reversing gate was built, and the natural vibration properties of the gate were analyzed. Based on the Westergaard added mass method, the added mass caused by the fluid-structure coupling motion was taken into account, and the effects of the coupling interaction were discussed. The results show that the size of the small gates meets the demand for discharge capacity, the current in the gate chamber is quite turbulent, the trunnion and arms are obviously impacted by flow, and the effects of water on vibration characteristics are remarkable. The study provides a reference for the design and calculation of gates of the same type.

Background Targeted therapy for erectile dysfunction （ED） involves fewer screening tests and provides a variety of treatment choices for *** the advantage of targeted therapy in diagnosis and therapy for ED has been recognized,the rational mode for oriented ED therapy has not been *** study aimed to investigate targeted diagnosis and therapy for *** A total of 198 patients with ED were included in the *** intracavernosal vasoactive agent injection was given,color Doppler flow imaging was performed and penile rigidity was classified as Schramek grade 5 （10 minutes duration）,grade 4 （10 minutes duration）,grade 3 and grade 2,defining four patient groups as group Ⅴ （143 cases）,group Ⅳ （23 cases）,group Ⅲ （18 cases）,and group Ⅱ （14 cases）.Appropriate and acceptable treatment was recommended to patients according to erection *** In 198 patients with ED,the peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity,and resistance index in the cavemosal artery and dorsal artery and the flow velocity in the deep dorsal vein were not significantly different before injection （P 〉0.05）.After injection,peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity,and resistance index in the cavernosal artery were different among the four groups （P〈0.05）.Between each two groups,the difference in resistance index was significant （P 〈0.05）.The statistical differences in other indexes were not significant （P 〉0.05）.Selective targeted therapy based on erection grade by color Doppler flow imaging improved the clinical satisfaction rate to 91.91% （182/198）.Conclusions Based on the routine diagnosis of ED,blood flow indexes in the cavernosal artery are measured by color Doppler flow imaging following minimally invasive intercavernosal injection,which is combined with the Schramek grade of *** most appropriate and acceptable treatment is recommended according to the different groups,which improves the clinical satisfaction of treatment for ED and is an idea
