在“时”(新冠疫情前/后)-“空”(共建/非共建“一带一路”国家)视角下,本研究考察地理和文化距离对海外主流媒体中医报道的影响。通过对8597篇各国主流报刊的中医新闻文本进行隐喻和情感分析发现:各国对中医的态度较为中立,相较于非共建国家,共建国家情感倾向更正面,相较于疫情后,疫情前中医情感倾向更积极。对共建国家而言,地理和文化距离均不影响情感倾向,共建国家认可中医的医生身份及其医疗能力,将其纳入日常生活之中。对非共建国家来说,地理和文化距离均正向影响对中医的情感倾向,中医在疫情后期逐渐成为一种补充性方案,“距离产生美”在欧美国家得到一定程度的印证。研究结果为中医海外精准传播提供理论支撑和实践指导。

中华体育精神是中华民族在长期体育实践中形成和积淀的优秀精神文化,为实现体育强国和中华民族伟大复兴提供价值引领。运用文献资料调研和逻辑分析研究方法,以列斐伏尔的空间生产理论为理论框架,以北京2022年冬奥会为研究对象,从空间实践、空间表征和表征的空间3个维度,分析北京2022年冬奥会空间生产与中华体育精神传承创新的关系。北京2022年冬奥会空间生产既是北京2022年冬奥会空间的物质化、概念化和感性化的过程,又是北京2022年冬奥会空间的生产者和消费者互动、协商的过程。北京2022年冬奥会空间生产与中华体育精神有着密切关系,既是中华体育精神的具体体现、有效传播和创新发展,又助力实现体育强国和中华民族伟大复兴。

随着人工智能技术的进步,“避风港原则”已难以有效应对体育领域的数据信息侵权问题.该文提出应对数据侵权或信息侵权的保障策略——深层坞原理,通过与产业链各环节主体的深度对接,实施对受侵权数据或信息的“下潜”保护,有效遏制或降低侵权损害,其内在逻辑和设计思路也适应未来智能化发展的需求.深层坞原理在当前数字化发展产业链中,既能在前端激发智能化生产活力,又能在后端强化监管制度和机制建设,提高侵权成本、协调数字体育用户与数据实际控制者权力失衡问题.在未来强人工智能发展阶段,深层坞原理也将随之演进,利用未来智能对未来智能机器进行管理,展现其未来发展潜力.

Ammonia is one of the most important chemical raw materials in both manufacture and life of human.Traditionally Haber-Bosch method for ammonia synthesis involves high temperature and high pressure conditions,leading to significant energy consumption and environmental pollution.Non-thermal plasma(NTP) is a promising alternative approach to ammonia synthesis at low temperature and atmospheric pressure.In this study,the synergistic effect of nanosecond pulsed dielectric barrier discharge(np-DBD) and Ni-MOF-74 catalyst was investigated in ammonia synthesis by utilizing nitrogen and hydrogen as feedstock.The results demonstrated that the plasma catalytic-synthesis process parameters play a crucial role in the synthesis process of ammonia.The highest ammonia synthesis rate of 5145.16 μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1)with an energy efficiency of 1.27 g·kWh^(-1)was observed in the presence of the Ni-MOF-74 catalyst,which was3.7 times higher than that without Ni-MOF-74 catalyst.The synergistic effect of Ni-MOF-74catalyst and nanosecond pulsed plasma was explored by in-situ plasma discharge diagnostics.

Vaccines have proven effective in protecting populations against COVID-19,including the recombinant COVID-19 vaccine(Sf9 cells),the first approved recombinant protein vaccine in China.In this positive-controlled trial with 85 adult participants(Sf9 cells group:n=44;CoronaVac group:n=41),we evaluated the safety,immunogenicity,and protective effectiveness of a heterologous boost with the Sf9 cells vaccine in adults who had been vaccinated with the inactivated vaccine,and found a post-booster adverse events rate of 20.45%in the Sf9 cells group and 31.71%in the CoronaVac group(p=0.279),within 28 days after booster injection.Neither group reported any severe adverse events.Following the Sf9 cells vaccine booster,the geometric mean titer(GMT)of binding antibodies to the receptor-binding domain of prototype SARS-CoV-2 on day 28 post-booster was significantly higher than that induced by the CoronaVac vaccine booster(100,683.37 vs.9,451.69,p<0.001).In the Sf9 cells group,GMTs of neutralizing antibodies against pseudo SARS-CoV-2 viruses(prototype and diverse variants of concern[VOCs])increased by 22.23–75.93 folds from baseline to day 28 post-booster,while the CoronaVac group showed increases of only 3.29–10.70 folds.Similarly,neutralizing antibodies against live SARS-CoV-2 viruses(prototype and diverse VOCs)increased by 68.18–192.67 folds on day 14 post-booster compared with the baseline level,significantly greater than the CoronaVac group(19.67–37.67 folds).A more robust Th1 cellular response was observed with the Sf9 cells booster on day 14 post-booster(mean IFN-γ+spot-forming cells per 2×105 peripheral blood mononuclear cells:26.66 vs.13.59).Protective effectiveness against symptomatic COVID-19 was approximately twice as high in the Sf9 cells group compared to the CoronaVac group(68.18%vs.36.59%,p=0.004).Our study findings support the high protective effectiveness of heterologous boosting with the recombinant COVID-19 vaccine(Sf9 cells)against symptomatic COVID-19 of diverse SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern,while causing

Disturbance of macrophage-associated lipid metabolism plays a key role in atherosclerosis.Crosstalk between autophagy deficiency and inflammation response in foam cells(FCs) through epigenetic regulation is still poorly understood. Here, we demonstrate that in macrophages, oxidized lowdensity lipoprotein(ox-LDL) leads to abnormal crosstalk between autophagy and inflammation,thereby causing aberrant lipid metabolism mediated through a dysfunctional transcription factor EB (TFEB)-P300-bromodomain-containing protein 4(BRD4) axis. ox-LDL led to macrophage autophagy deficiency along with TFEB cytoplasmic accumulation and increased reactive oxygen species generation. This activated P300 promoted BRD4 binding on the promoter regions of inflammatory genes, consequently contributing to inflammation with atherogenesis. Particularly, ox-LDL activated BRD4-dependent super-enhancer associated with liquid-liquid phase separation(LLPS) on the regulatory regions of inflammatory genes. Curcumin(Cur) prominently restored FCs autophagy by promoting TFEB nuclear translocation, optimizing lipid catabolism, and reducing inflammation. The consequences of P300 and BRD4 on super-enhancer formation and inflammatory response in FCs could be prevented by Cur. Furthermore, the anti-atherogenesis effect of Cur was inhibited by macrophage-specific Brd4 overexpression or Tfeb knock-out in Apoe knock-out mice via bone marrow transplantation. The findings identify a novel TFEB-P300-BRD4 axis and establish a new epigenetic paradigm by which Cur regulates autophagy, inhibits inflammation, and decreases lipid content.

A Wheeled Wall-Climbing Robot with Bio-Inspired Spine Mechanisms

This paper presents a wheeled wall-climbing robot with the ability to climb concrete, brick walls using circular arrays of miniature spines located around the wheel. The robot consists of two driving wheels and a flexible tail, just like letter “T”, so it is called Tbot. The simple and effective structure of Tbot enables it to be steerable and to transition from horizontal to vertical surfaces rapidly and stably. Inspired by the structure and mechanics of the tarsal chain in the Serica orientalis Motschulsky, a compliant spine mechanism was developed. With the bio-inspired compliant spine mechanism, the climbing performance of Tbot was improved. It could climb on 100° （10° past vertical） brick walls at a speed of 10 cm·s^-1. A mechanical model is also presented to analyze the forces acting on spine during a climbing cycle as well as load share between multi-spines. The simu- lation and experiment results show that the mechanical model is suitable and useful in the optimum design of Tbot.

A photothermal reservoir for highly efficient solar steam generation without bulk water

A solid photothermal reservoir is designed to implement solar-steam generation in the absence of bulk water.The photothermal reservoir is composed of a water absorbing core encapsulated by a photothermal reduced graphene oxide based aerogel sheet which absorbs light and converts it into heat thus evaporating the stored water.The photothermal reservoir is able to store 6.5 times its own weight in water,which is sufficient for one day solar evaporation,thus no external water supplement is required.During solar-steam generation,since no bulk water is involved,the photothermal reservoir minimizes heat conduction loss,and maximizes both of the exposed evaporation surface area and net energy gain from the environment,leading to an energy efficiency beyond the theoretical limit.An extremely high water evaporation rate of 4.0 kg m-2 h-1(normalized to projection area)is achieved in laboratory studies over a cylinder photothermal reservoir with a diameter of 5.2 cm and a height of 15 cm under 1.0 sun irradiation.Practical evaluation of the photothermal reservoir outdoors as part of a desalination device demonstrates a similar evaporation rate where the salinity of the clean water produced is lower than 24 ppb.Thus the photothermal reservoir shows great potential for real world applications in portable solarthermal desalination.

To the Editor:Transthoracic needle aspiration(TTNA)and bronchoscopy have been the preferred methods for the sampling of pulmonary nodules suspected of lung cancer.However,despite having a higher diagnostic accuracy,TTNA has been associated with a high rate of pneumothorax.Moreover,conventional bronchoscopy with a low rate of pneumothorax has exhibited a low diagnostic yield for peripheral pulmonary nodules,particularly for nodules<2 cm in size or those without a bronchus leading directly to them.Thus,Herth et al[1]developed a novel bronchoscopy technique called bronchoscopic transparenchymal nodule access(BTPNA)under the guidance of Archimedes Virtual Bronchoscopic Navigation(VBN)System for the purpose of accessing pulmonary nodules using a transparenchymal approach without relying on the airway to approach the lesion.Here,we systematically reviewed evidence regarding BTPNA to provide general guidance on the safe implementation and development of this novel approach.
