Androgen receptor(AR)mutation is closely associated with prostate cancer(PCa)and is one of the mechanisms of resistance to PCa therapies such as AR *** sequencing technologies like next-generation sequencing(NGS)contributes to the high-throughput and precise detection of AR mutations carried by PCa patients,the lack of interpretations of these clinical genetic variants has still been a roadblock for PCa-targeted precision ***,we established a designer yeast reporter assay to simulate natural androgen receptor(AR)selection using AR *** HIS3 gene transactivation was associated with the ligand-induced recruitment of steroid receptor coactivator-1(SRC-1)by AR mutants,where yeast growth in histidine-free medium was determined as the *** assay is applicable to determine a wide range of clinical AR mutants including those with loss of function relating to androgen insensitivity syndrome(AIS),and those associated with PCa conferring resistance to AR antagonists such as enzalutamide(ENZ),bicalutamide(BIC),and cyproterone acetate(CPA).One clinical AR mutant previously reported to confer ENZ-resistance,F877L,was found to confer partial resistance to CPA as well using designer *** simple and efficient assay can enable precise one-pot screening of AR mutants,providing a reference for tailored medicine.

By vertical boundary conditions, a spectral expansion of horizontal tide wave velocity is done in vertical direction in terms of a complete basis functions selected properly, hence a relation between tide levels and spectral components is found theoretically under condition of ignoring the horizontal friction stress and nonlinear effect. And a relation between bottom friction of tide current, which satisfies the viscous condition on sea bottom, and tide levels is determined. The relation is different from the relation of the traditional parameterizing of bottom friction. Moreover integration of the continuity equation and momentum equations is carried out in the vertical direction using zero flux condition on solid boundaries and inputting condition on open boundaries, and then a boundary value problem of elliptic form on the tide levels is constructed.

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is difficult to diagnose with poor therapeutic effect,high recurrence rate and has a low survival *** survival of patients with HCC is closely related to the stage of *** present,no specific serolo-gical indicator or method to predict HCC,early diagnosis of HCC remains a challenge,especially in China,where the situation is more *** To identify risk factors associated with HCC and establish a risk prediction model based on clinical characteristics and liver-related *** The clinical data of patients in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from 2016 to 2020 were collected,using a retrospective study *** results of needle biopsy or surgical pathology were used as the grouping criteria for the experimental group and the control group in this *** on the time of admission,the cases were divided into training cohort(n=1739)and validation cohort(n=467).Using HCC as a dependent variable,the research indicators were incorporated into logistic univariate and multivariate *** HCC risk prediction model,which was called NSMC-HCC model,was then established in training cohort and verified in validation *** Logistic univariate analysis showed that,gender,age,alpha-fetoprotein,and protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-II,gamma-glutamyl transferase,aspartate aminotransferase and hepatitis B surface antigen were risk factors for HCC,alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin and total bile acid were protective factors for *** the cut-off value of the NSMC-HCC model joint prediction was 0.22,the area under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)of NSMC-HCC model in HCC diagnosis was 0.960,with sensitivity 94.40%and specificity 95.35%in training cohort,and AUC was 0.966,with sensitivity 90.00%and specificity 94.20%in validation *** early-stage HCC diagnosis,the AUC of NSMC-HCC model was 0.946,with sensitivity 85.93%and specificity 93.

目的通过数据挖掘研究中医药治疗帕金森病的用药规律。方法收集近5年治疗帕金森病的方剂,建立治疗帕金森病中药库,并通过相关平台与软件分析药物频次、性味归经、药物关联规则等。结果共纳入方剂74首,中药170味。高频药物功效以滋阴养血为主。总药物的四气分析结果以温为主,其次为寒、平;五味结果以甘、苦、辛为主;归经呈肝脾肾心肺排列。关联规则分析得到白芍-钩藤、白芍-何首乌等药对。结论帕金森病以治疗肝肾阴虚为主,重用滋补肝肾之药,并配伍补气养血药等共治震颤症状。

Autologous grafts of double-strut fibular cortical bone plate to treat the fractures and defects of distal femur： a case report and review of literature

We reported a 23-year-old man who was involved in a high-speed motorcycle accident. He sustained a closed fracture at the right distal femur. The primary fracture happened on February 2008. He underwent open reduction and internal fixation with cloverleaf plate. And one hundred days after the surgery, the proximal screws were pulled-out, but the bone union was not achieved. Treatment consisted of exchanging the cloverleaf plate with a locking compression plate and using an auto-iliac bone graft to fill the nonunion gap. In July 2009, the patient had a sharp pain in the right lower limb. The X-ray revealed that the plate implanted last year was broken, causing a nonunion at the fracture site. Immediately the plate and screws were removed and an intramedullary nail was inserted reversely from the distal femur as well as a 7 cm long bone from the right fibula was extracted and longitudinally split into two pieces to construct cortical bone plates. Then we placed them laterally and medially to fracture site, drilled two holes respectively, and fastened them with suture. We carried on auto-iliac bone grafting with the nonunion bone grafts. The follow-up at 15 months after operation showed that the treatment was successful, X-ray confirmed that there was no rotation and no angular or short deformity. We briefly reviewed the literature regarding such an unusual presentation and discussed in details the possible etiology and the advantages of autologous double-strut fibular grafts to cope with such an intractable situation.

Dielectrics used for energy storage are highly desired for power electronics and pulse power applications and the polymer capacitors are the main commercial ones *** development of flexible electronics and wearable devices require the relative materials being ***,high temperature resistance is also desired because of the rising demand for high power devices and large electricity under elevated *** polymer dielectrics for polymer capacitors are flexible but with relatively low working temperature normally less than 100℃.Therefore,fabricating a dielectric material to satisfy the flexibility and high working temperature simultaneously is still a great *** we propose one solution by demonstrating a hand-exfoliated fluorophlogopite film with micrometer scale *** which,the mica film with a thickness of around 10μm(Mica-10)exhibits the inorganic-like temperature stability even polymer-like *** 25℃to 200℃,Mica-10 has an energy density of around 11.27 J/cm^(3)with a variation within 2%,accompanied by a charge-discharge efficiency of around 95%at an electric field of 500 MV/***,the thin thickness makes Mica-10 flexible,enabling its excellent flexibility and *** work revives the traditional material,mica,providing a way for high-temperature energy storage applications.

Dynamic mechanical behavior, microstructure evolution, and restoration mechanism of a β‐Ti alloy during hot compression deformation

Metastable β titanium alloys are promising materials for lightweight and energy‐efficient applications due to their high strength and low ***-mechanical processing(TMP)is one of the most effective ways to improve the mechanical properties of such *** paper describes a systematic TMP investigation on a new metastableβtitanium alloy,including its dynamic mechanical behavior,and microstructure evolution,via isothermal compression tests and electron back‐scattered diffraction *** results show that the compression stress increases with an increase in the strain rate and a decrease in the *** yielding,the compression stress-strain pattern shows flow‐softening behavior at a low temperature and a high strain rate,while sustaining a steady flow state at a high temperature and a low strain *** temperature‐rise effect contributes to a large degree of flow softening at high strain *** the correction for temperature rise,the stress-strain constitutive relationships are established,showing that the compression behavior varies in different phase *** on the microstructure characterizations,it is found that the dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization dominate the hot deformations inβphase region and at low strain rates,while the deformation band as an additional product is found inα+βphase region and at high strain *** results contribute to a better understanding of the TMP for the considered alloy and may also represent a useful database forβ‐Ti alloy applications in lightweight mechanical systems.
