High-temperature treatment is key to the preparation of zeolite ***,the effects of hightemperature treatment on the property and performance of HZSM-5 zeolites were studied in this work.X-Ray diffraction,N2physisorption,27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance(MAS NMR),and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia results indicated that the hightemperature treatment at 650℃ hardly affected the inherent crystal and texture of HZSM-5zeolites but facilitated the conversion of framework Al to extra-framework Al,reducing the acid site and enhancing the acid ***,the high-temperature treatment improved the performance of HZSM-5 zeolites in n-heptane catalytic cracking,promoting the conversion and light olefins yield while inhibiting coke *** on the kinetic and mechanism analysis,the improvement of HZSM-5 performance caused by high-temperature treatment has been attributed to the formation of extra-framework Al,which enhanced the acid strength,facilitated the bimolecular reaction,and promoted the entropy change to overcome a higher energy barrier in n-heptane catalytic cracking.

Understanding the nonlinear relationship between hydrological response and key factors and the cause behind this relationship is vital for water resource management and earth system *** this study,we undertook several steps to explore the ***,we partitioned runoff response change(RRC)into multiple components associated with climate and catchment properties,and examined the spatial patterns and smoothness indicated by the Moran's Index of RRC across the contiguous United States(CONUS).Subsequently,we employed a machine learning model to predict RRC using catchment attribute predictors encompassing climate,topography,hydrology,soil,land use/cover,and ***,we identified the primary factors influencing RRC and quantified how these key factors control RRC by employing the accumulated local effect,which allows for the representation of not only dominant but also secondary ***,we explored the relationship between ecoregion patterns,climate gradients,and the distribution of RRC across *** findings indicate that:(1)RRC demonstrating significant connections between catchments tends to be well predicted by catchment attributes in space;(2)climate,hydrology,and topography emerge as the top three key attributes nonlinearly influencing the RRC patterns,with their second-order effects determining the heterogeneous patterns of RRC;and(3)local Moran's I signifies a collaborative relationship between the patterns of RRC and their spatial smoothness,climate space,and ecoregions.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil(GLSO) on the tumor growth and survival of H22 tumor-bearing mice treated with cyclophosphamide(CTX), and explore the underlying ***: Allograft H22 hepatocellular carcinoma mouse model was applied to investigate the effect of GLSO on the tumor growth and survival of animals, and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to analyze the life span. Plasma biochemical examination was used to determine the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST), urea(UREA) and creatinine(CRE). Western blot analysis was performed to detect Programmed Death-1(PD-1), Programmed Death Ligand 1(PD-L1), Janus Kinase 2(JAK2),phosphorylated Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3(p-STAT3), and Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3(STAT3) expression. RESULTS: GLSO increased the anti-tumor effect of CTX and prolonged the survival of H22 tumor-bearing mice treated with CTX. Meanwhile, GLSO increased the thymus index and showed no obvious toxicity to liver functions of animals. GLSO also decreased the level of UREA in H22 tumor-bearing mice treated with CTX. Furthermore, GLSO could inhibit the expression of PD-1 in spleen, which was independent of JAK2 expression and STAT3 phosphorylation. However, GLSO did not affect the expression of PD-L1, JAK2, and p-STAT3 in tumor tissue. CONCLUSION: GLSO could strengthen the anti-tumor effect of CTX and prolong the life span of H22 tumorbearing mice, while the underlying mechanism might be relevant to the amelioration effect of thymus function and inhibition of PD-1 expression in spleen. Furthermore, these findings implied the promising role of GLSO in combination with CTX to extend the survival of patients in clinical chemotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.

We present a novel approach for generating stable three-dimensional (3D) spatiotemporal solitons (SSs) within a rotating Bose-Einstein condensate, incorporating spin-orbit coupling (SOC), a weakly anharmonic potential and cold Rydberg atoms. This intricate system facilitates the emergence of quasi-stable 3D SSs with topological charges |m| <= 3 in two spinor components, potentially exhibiting diverse spatial configurations. Our findings reveal that the Rydberg long-range interaction, spin-orbit coupling, and rotational angular frequency exert significant influence on the domains of existence and stability of these solitons. Notably, the Rydberg interaction contributes to a reduction in the norm of topological solitons, while the SOC plays a key role in stabilizing the SSs with finite topological charges. This research of SSs exhibits potential applications in precision measurement, quantum information processing, and other advanced technologies.

The emerging of single-atom catalysts（SACs） offers a great opportunity for the development of advanced energy storage and conversion devices due to their excellent activity and durability, but the actual mass production of high-loading SACs is still challenging. Herein, a facile and green boron acid（H3BO3）-assisted pyrolysis strategy is put forward to synthesize SACs by only using chitosan, cobalt salt and H3BO3as precursor, and the effect of H3BO3is deeply investigated. The results show that molten boron oxide derived from H3BO3as ideal high-temperature carbonization media and blocking media play important role in the synthesis process. As a result, the acquired Co/N/B tri-doped porous carbon framework（Co–N–B–C） not only presents hierarchical porous structure, large specific surface area and abundant carbon edges but also possesses high-loading single Co atom（4.2 wt.%）, thus giving rise to outstanding oxygen catalytic performance. When employed as a catalyst for air cathode in Zn-air batteries, the resultant Co–N–B–C catalyst shows remarkable power density and long-term stability. Clearly, our work gains deep insight into the role of H3BO3and provides a new avenue to synthesis of high-performance SACs.
