Background：In China,tracheobronchial foreign body （TFB） aspiration,a major cause of emergency episode and accident death in children,remains a challenge for anesthetic ***,we share our experience and discuss the anesthetic consideration and management of patients with TFB ***：This was a single-institution retrospective study in children with an inhaled foreign body between 1991 and 2010 that focused on the complications following rigid bronchoscopy （RB）.Data including the clinical characteristics of patients and TFB,anesthetic method,and postoperative severe complications were analyzed by different ***：During the 20-year study period,the charts of 3149 patients who underwent RB for suspected inhaled TFB were *** were 2079 male and 1070 female patients （1.94：1）.A nut （84％） was the most commonly inhaled *** study revealed a 9％（n =284） overall rate of severe postoperative complications related to severe hypoxemia,laryngeal edema,complete laryngospasm,pneumothorax,total segmental atelectasis,and death with incidences of 3.2％,0.9％,1.3％,0.3％,0.3％,and 0.1％,*** rates of preoperative airway impairment,negative findings of TFB,and adverse postoperative events have been on the rise in the past 5 ***：The survey results confirmed that hypoxemia remains the most common postoperative complication in different *** controlled ventilation and spontaneous ventilation were effective during the RB extraction of the foreign body at our hospital in the modern technique *** active respiratory symptom was commonly seen in the groups with negative findings.

A novel oxadiazole-based copolymer has been successfully synthesized through the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling polycondensation method. The copolymer P is soluble in common organic solvents. Its structure has characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, gel permeation chromatagraphy （GPC）, UV-vis absorbance （Abs） and photoluniminescence （PL） spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry （CV）. Investigation of its optical properties revealed that it is yellow emitting material, and the electrochemical analysis showed that P was well suited poly （2,5-dioctyloxy-p-phenylenevinylene）（PDOCPV） for photovoltaic devices, so the copolymer P is able to act as an electron acceptor in combination with PDOCPVas the electron donor to quench photoluminescence of the copolymer in the blend, indicative of the efficient photoinduced electron transfer from the PDOCPV to the P.

Association between Ambient Air Pollution and Hospital Emergency Admissions for Respiratory and Cardiovascular Diseases in Beijing: a Time Series Study

Objective To investigate the association between ambient air pollution and hospital emergency admissions in Beijing. Methods In this study, a semi-parametric generalized additive model （GAM） was used to evaluate the specific influences of air pollutants （PM10, SO2, and NO2） on hospital emergency admissions with different lag structures from 2009 to 2011, the sex and age specific influences of air pollution and the modifying effect of seasons on air pollution to analyze the possible interaction. Results It was found that a 10μg/m3 increase in concentration of PMlo at lag 03 day, SO2 and NO2 at lag 0 day were associated with an increase of 0.88%, 0.76%, and 1.82% respectively in overall emergency admissions. A 10 lag/m3 increase in concentration of PM10, SO2 and NO2 at lag 5 day were associated with an increase of 1.39%, 1.56%, and 1.18% respectively in cardiovascular disease emergency admissions. For lag 02, a 10 μg/m3 increase in concentration of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were associated with 1.72%, 1.34%, and 2.57% increases respectively in respiratory disease emergency admissions. Conclusion This study further confirmed that short-term exposure to ambient air pollution was associated with increased risk of hospital emergency admissions in Beijing.

The conversion of perhydropolysilazane(PHPS)to silica at low temperature is beneficial for its application on thermally vulnerable *** this work,it is demonstrated that(3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(APTES)has high catalytic efficiency for the low temperature conversion of PHPS and the catalytic mechanism of APTES was *** influence of temperatu re and humidity on the catalytic conversion process was investigated,and it was found that PHPS can be rapidly converted to silica in 10 min at 80℃with relative humidity of 90%.The achieved silica is mainly composed of SiNO_(3)/SiO_(3)OH and SiO_(4)structure with O/Si of 1.74 and N content of 1%.As an approach to prepare inorganic coating,the low-temperature conversion method achieves a silica coating with low volume shrinkage of 0.86%,low roughness of R_(a)=0.293 nm,high nanoindentation hardness of 3.62 GPa and modulus of 30.06 GPa,which exhibits high potentials as protective coating for va rious materials even those vulnerable to high temperature.

Cloning and Characterization of a Putative CTR1 Gene from Wheat

CTR1 is a key negative regulator in ethylene signal transduction. A salt-induced CTR1 like gene （TaCTR1） was cloned from wheat, its expression under abiotic stresses, subcellular localization and the effect of overexpression of TaCTR1 on salt tolerance in tobacco was studied. A putative CTR1 gene was cloned and characterized from wheat via rapid amplification of cDNA ends （RACE） and RT-PCR. TaCTR1 expression under stresses was analyzed using semi-quantitative RT-PCR and the effect of overexpression of TaCTR1 on salt tolerance was conducted in tobacco. The full-length cDNA of TaCTR1 is 2 635 bp which codes for a polypeptide of 759 amino acids. There is a conserved serine/threonine protein kinase domain at the carboxyl terminus containing an ATP-binding site. Southern blot analysis revealed that TaCTR1 consisted of a gene family in wheat. The amino acid homologies of CTR1 among different organisms share higher similarities. Expression analysis revealed that TaCTR1 was induced by NaC1 and drought stress but inhibited by ABA treatment. Transient expression of TaCTR1-GFP in the onion epidermal cells indicated that TaCTR1 was probably targeted to the plasma membrane. Overexpression of TaCTR1 decreased salt tolerance in transgenic tobacco （Nicotiana tabacum L.） plants compared with the control. To our knowledge, TaCTR1 is the first CTR1 gene cloned in wheat and may be involved in various abiotic stresses. Overexpression of TaCTR1 decreased the salt tolerance in tobacco suggested that TaCTR1 may act as a negative regulator of salt stress in plants.

The significant advantage of the quantum homomorphic encryption scheme is to ensure the perfect security of quantum private *** this paper,a novel secure multiparty quantum homomorphic encryption scheme is proposed,which can complete arbitrary quantum computation on the private data of multiple clients without decryption by an almost dishonest ***,each client obtains a secure encryption key through the measurement device independent quantum key distribution protocol and encrypts the private data by using the encryption operator and ***,with the help of the almost dishonest server,the non-maximally entangled states are preshared between the client and the server to correct errors in the homomorphic evaluation of T gates,so as to realize universal quantum circuit evaluation on encrypted ***,from the perspective of the application scenario of secure multi-party computation,this work is based on the probabilistic quantum homomorphic encryption scheme,allowing multiple parties to delegate the server to perform the secure homomorphic *** operation and the permission to access the data performed by the client and the server are clearly pointed ***,a concrete security analysis shows that the proposed multiparty quantum homomorphic encryption scheme can securely resist outside and inside attacks.

Background:Infections still represent the main factors influencing morbidity and mortality following liver *** study aimed to evaluate the incidence and risk factors for infection and survival after liver ***:We retrospectively examined medical records in 210 liver recipients who underwent liver transplantation between April 2015 and October 2017 in our *** manifestations and results of pathogen detection test were used to define *** analyzed the prevalence,risk factors and prognosis of patients with ***:The median follow-up was 214 days;the incidence of infection after liver transplantation was 46.7%(n=98)which included pneumonia(43.4%),biliary tract infection(21.9%),peritonitis(21.4%)and bloodstream infection(7.6%).Among the pathogens in pneumonia,the most frequently isolated was Acinetobacter baumanii(23.5%)and Klebsiella pneumoniae(21.2%).Model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)score(OR=1.083,95%CI:1.045–1.123;Pliary complication(OR=4.725,95%CI:1.119–19.947;P=0.035)and duration of drainage tube(OR=1.040,95%CI:1.007–1.074;P=0.017)were independent risk factors for posttransplant ***-cause mortality was 11.0%(n=23).The prognostic factors for postoperative infection in liver recipients were prior-transplant infection,especially pneumonia within 2 weeks before ***-Meier curves of survival showed that recipients within 2 weeks prior infection had a significantly lower cumulative survival rate compared with those without infection(65.2%vs.90.0%;hazard ratio:4.480;Plication with impaired renal function and MELD score after 7 days of transplantation was an independent prognostic factor for postoperative infection in liver transplant recipients.
