In this study,we explore the causes and performance outcomes of switching costs in the context of new product development(NPD)from both the supplier and customer perspectives,and discuss the role that switching costs play as moderators and mediators in the relationship between social capital and NPD *** on data from 214 Chinese manufacturers,we employ the structural equation model to test our conceptual model and *** results indicate that relationship quality and customer involvement positively and negatively affect switching costs,respectively,and that switching costs negatively affect NPD *** costs mediate and moderate the relationship between social capital and NPD ***,switching costs significantly and positively moderate the relationship between relationship quality and NPD *** the other hand,switching costs insignificantly and negatively moderate the relationship between customer involvement and NPD *** theoretical and managerial implications of the findings are discussed.

Fine-tuning of the electron-deficient unit in A-DA1D-A typed small-molecule acceptors (SMAs) plays a crucial role in developing efficient SMAs for organic solar cells (OSCs).Here,we developed a SMA based on benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline,designated as QW1,as well as three SMAs based on 1-methylindoline-2,3-dione,identified as QW2,QW3,and *** with QW2,QW1 displays slightly blue-shifted absorption spectra and a lower LUMO energy level due to the stronger electron-withdrawing capability of BTQx in contrast to *** the other hand,the introduction of a bromine atom in QW3 and QW4 causes a blue shift in absorption and a reduction in the LUMO energy level compared to *** functional theory analysis reveals that QW1 exhibits the best molecular planarity,which endows QW1 with larger electron mobility and tighter molecular ***,PM6:QW1 device affords a better efficiency of 15.63% than those of the devices based on QW2 (14.25%),QW3 (13.21%) and QW4 (15.03%).Moreover,the QW4-based device yields the highest open-circuit voltage of 0.933 V,and the PM6:L8-BO:QW4 ternary device realizes a PCE of 19.03%.Overall,our work demonstrates that regulation of electron-deficient central units is an effective strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of the resulting A-DA1D-A SMAs.

Aqueous alkaline zinc batteries(AZBs)exhibit great potential due to their high capacity,high safety and low ***,despite these advantages,the lack of high stability and high utilization rate makes the search for high-performance cathode materials a great ***,an amorphous nickel boride/rGO(NixB/rG O)complex structure was *** a result of abundant unsaturated active sites and synergistic electronic effects,amorphous NixB exhibits excellent energy storage *** well as having high electrical conductivity,rGO avoids aggregation of NixB nanoparticles,ensuring that NixB/rGO electrodes have a high energy storage *** structure has a strong adhesion between NixB and rGO,which protects its stable structure and extends its *** importantly,the NixB/rGO//Zn full battery shows remarkable capacity(228.4 m Ah/g at 2 A/g),extraordinary cycle durability(93.7%retained after1000 cycles)and strong energy density 399.7 Wh/kg,when coupled with NixB/rGO *** work will also shed light on other nickel-zinc batteries in order to achieve super durability and capacity.

Background Grasslands in drylands are increasingly influenced by human activities and climate change, leading to alterations in albedo and radiative energy balance among others. Surface biophysical properties and their interactions change greatly following disturbances. However, our understanding of these processes and their climatic impacts remains limited. In this study, we used multi-year observations from satellites and eddy-covariance towers to investigate the response of albedo to variables closely associated with human disturbances, including vegetation greenness（EVI） and surface soil volumetric water content（VWC）, as well as snow cover and clearness index（Ta） for their potential *** EVI and VWC during the growing season were the primary factors influencing albedo. EVI and VWC were negatively correlated with albedo, with VWC's total direct and indirect impacts being slightly smaller than those of EVI. During the non-growing season, snow cover was the most influential factor on albedo. VWC and Ta negatively affected albedo throughout the year. We estimated the impact of variations in EVI and VWC on climate to be in the range of 0.004 to 0.113 kg CO2m-2yr-1in *** This study indicates the significant impacts of climate change and human disturbances on vulnerable grassland ecosystems from the perspective of altered albedo. Changes in vegetation greenness and soil properties induced by climate change and human activities may have a substantial impact on albedo, which in turn feedback on climate change, indicating that future climate policies should take this factor into consideration.

BACKGROUND Robotic surgery(RS)is gaining popularity;however,evidence for abdominoperineal resection(APR)of rectal cancer(RC)is *** To compare the efficacy of RS and laparoscopic surgery(LS)in APR for *** We retrospectively identified patients with RC who underwent APR by RS or LS from April 2016 to June *** regarding short-term surgical outcomes were compared between the two *** reduce the effect of potential confounding factors,propensity score matching was used,with a 1:1 ratio between the RS and LS groups.A meta-analysis of seven trials was performed to compare the efficacy of robotic and laparoscopic APR for RC *** Of 133 patients,after propensity score matching,there were 42 patients in each *** postoperative complication rate was significantly lower in the RS group(17/42,40.5%)than in the LS group(27/42,64.3%)(P=0.029).There wasno significant difference in operative time(P=0.564),intraoperative transfusion(P=0.314),reoperation rate(P=0.314),lymph nodes harvested(P=0.309),or circumferential resection margin(CRM)positive rate(P=0.314)between the two *** meta-analysis showed patients in the RS group had fewer positive CRMs(P=0.04),lesser estimated blood loss(Plications(P=0.002)than patients in the LS *** Our study shows that RS is a safe and effective approach for APR in RC and offers better short-term outcomes than LS.

Objective This study aimed to examine the role of long non-coding RNA PCED1B antisense RNA 1(PCED1B-AS1)in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods A total of 62 pairs of HCC tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues were obtained from 62 HCC *** interactions of PCED1B-AS1 and microRNA-34a(miR-34a)were detected by dual luciferase activity assay and RNA pull-down *** RNA expression levels of PCED1B-AS1,miR-34a and CD44 were detected by RT-qPCR,and the protein expression level of CD44 was determined by Western *** cell proliferation was detected by cell proliferation assay,and the cell invasion and migration by transwell invasion *** HCC tumor growth after PCED1B-AS1 was downregulated was determined by in vivo animal *** PCED1B-AS1 was highly expressed in HCC tissues,which was associated with poor survival of HCC ***,PCED1B-AS1 interacted with miR-34a in HCC cells,but they did not regulate the expression of each ***,PCED1B-AS1 increased the expression level of CD44,which was targeted by *** cell proliferation and invasion assay revealed that miR-34a inhibited the proliferation and invasion of HCC in vitro,while CD44 exhibited the opposite ***,PCED1B-AS1 suppressed the role of ***,the knockdown of PCED1B-AS1 repressed the HCC tumor growth in nude mice in *** PCED1B-AS1 may play an oncogenic role by regulating the miR-34a/CD44 axis in HCC.
