Hydrazine is extremely toxic and causes severe harm to human ***,a novel fluorescent probe 4-oxo-2-styryl-4H-chromen-3-yl thiophene-2-carboxylate(FHT)was synthesized for detecting hydrazine by using natural cinnamaldehyde as starting *** probe exhibited significantly enhanced fluorescence response towards hydrazine over various common metal ions,anions,and amine *** detection limit of probe FHT for hydrazine was as low as 0.14μmol·L^(-1),significantly lower than that of the threshold value of 0.312μmoi·L^(-1),imposed by the Environmental Protection ***,the proposed probe was able to detect hydrazine within wide pH(5-10)and linear detection ranges(0-110μmol·L^(-1)).This probe was employed for determining trace hydrazine in different environmental water *** probe FHT-loaded filter paper strips werea able to conveniently detect hydrazine of low concentration through distinct naked-eye and fluorescent color ***,the probe FHT with low cytotoxicitywas successfullyapplied to visualize hydrazine in living Hela cells and zebrafish.

目的探讨理中活血通脉汤治疗半阴半阳证糖尿病足截趾清创术后患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月-2022年1月期间于首都医科大学附属北京中医医院疮疡血管外科住院治疗的半阴半阳证糖尿病足截趾清创术后的患者90例作为研究对象。按照2∶1的比例随机分为对照组30例和治疗组60例。治疗组给予理中活血通脉汤口服,对照组给予活血通脉汤口服,两组均给以常规控制基础病、清创等治疗,均外用紫色疽疮纱条换药,1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个月,共2个疗程。观察比较两组患者治疗前后糖尿病足截趾清创术后创面面积、创面缩小率、创面证候积分、创面证候积分减少率、实验室指标[血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、前白蛋白(Prealbumin,PA)和纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)]、胃肠功能指标(胃残余量、肠内营养达标时间和急性胃肠损伤超声检查评分的变化)及临床疗效、用药安全性。结果治疗后两组患者创面面积较治疗前减小,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后治疗组临床总有效率85.00%(51/60)高于对照组57.14%(16/28),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者各项判断安全性化验指标基本都在正常范围内,无明显不良事件发生。结论理中活血通脉汤可有效改善半阴半阳证糖尿病足截趾清创术后患者的胃肠道功能,提高患者整体营养水平,降低患者局部炎症状态,具有良好的临床疗效。

A flexible and stable power supply is essential to the rapid development of wearable electronic *** this work,a transparent,flexible,temperature-stable and ionogel electrode-based self-healing triboelectric nanogenerator(IS-TENG)was *** ionogel with excellent stretchability(1,012%),high ionic conductivity(0.3 S·m^(−1))and high-temperature stability(temperature range of−77 to 250℃)was used as the electrode of the *** IS-TENG exhibited excellent transparency(92.1%)and *** output performance did not decrease when placed in a 60℃oven for 48 *** addition,the IS-TENG behaved like a stable output in the range of−20 to 60℃.More importantly,the IS-TENG could also achieve self-healing of electrical performance at temperatures between−20 and 60℃and its output can be restored to its original state after *** the single-electrode IS-TENG with an area of 3 cm×3 cm was conducted under the working frequency of 1.5 Hz,the output values for open-circuit voltage,short-circuit current,short-circuit transferred charge,and maximum peak power density were 189 V,6.2μA,57 nC,and 2.17 W·m^(−2),*** IS-TENG enables to harvest biomechanical energy,and drive electronic ***,the application of IS-TENGs as self-driven sensors for detecting human behavior was also demonstrated,showing good application prospects in the field of wearable power technology and self-driven sensing.

Chiral pollutants often pose significant differential environmental health *** this study,the biotransformation of chiral dinotefuran(DIN)and its enantioselective metabolic toxicity mechanisms have been systemically ***,reversedphase chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry was developed to quantify the content of DIN R/S chiral enantiomer with pg level sensitivity,revealing a lower elimination rate constant(K_(e))of S-DIN(0.730 h^(-1))than R-DIN(0.746 h^(-1)).Secondly,the interaction mechanism between DIN metabolism and important endogenous bioactive molecules,such as aldehyde oxidase(AOX)and neurotransmitters,was *** DIN nitro-group was converted into a guanidine group by the reducing site of nearby flavin adenine dinucleotide(FAD)in AOX with the preferred higher affinity of ***,the endogenous tryptophan(Trp)aldehyde metabolic intermediate,5-hydroxyindoleacetaldehyde(5-HIAL),provides a persistent electron donor for DIN reduction via the oxidation-catalyzed site in AOX,resulting in remarkable up-regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters such as serotonin and ***,the higher level of neurotransmitters further mediated dysregulation of oxylipin homeostasis via the serotonergic pathway,where S-DIN exhibited more pronounced liver lipid damage and environmental health risk with the accumulated lipid biomarkers,oxidized triglyceride(OxTG)and oxidized sphingomyelin(OxSM).This study elucidates the AOX-mediated enantioselectivity metabolic pathway of DIN,providing a new analytical method for chiral pollutants and paves the way for their health risk assessments.

The separator is of great significance to alleviate the shuttle effect and dendrite growth of lithium-sulfur ***,most of the current commercial separators cannot meet these requirements *** this work,a dense metal-organic-framework(MOF)modification layer is in-situ prepared by the assistant of polydopamine on the polypropylene *** to the unique structure and synergistic effect of polydopamine(PDA)and zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8),the functional separator can not only trap the polysulfides effectively but also promote the transport of lithium *** a result,the battery assembled with the functional separator exhibits excellent cycle *** capacity remains 711 mAh·g^(−1)after 500 cycles at 2 C,and the capacity decay rate is as low as 0.013%per *** symmetrical battery is cycled for 1,000 h at 2 mA·cm^(−2)(2 mAh·cm^(−2))with the plating/stripping overpotential of 20 *** the same time,the modification separator shows a higher lithium ion transference number(0.88),better thermal stability and electrolyte wettability than the unmodified separator.

Traditional asphalt concrete(AC)and stone matrix asphalt(SMA),which are used as thin asphalt overlays,are common maintenance strategies to enhancing ride quality,skid resistance,and ***,several studies have used a novel asphalt mixture known as a high-friction thin overlay(HFTO)to improve surface ***,it remains uncertain whether the laboratory properties of HFTO differ significantly from those of conventional *** study aims to evaluate the laboratory properties of HFTO mixtures and compare them with those of AC and *** mixtures with nominal maximum size of 9.5 mm were produced in the laboratory,and performance tests were conducted,including wheel tracking test,low temperature flexural creep test,moisture susceptibility test,Cantabro Abrasion Test,Marshall Test,sand patch test,British pendulum test,and indoor tire-rollingdown *** results showed that the HFTO exhibited a lower tire/pavement noise than the AC and ***,HFTO had superior high-temperature stability,larger macro texture,and higher skid resistance in comparison to those of AC,but lower than those of ***,HFTO mixtures may be considered a suitable replacement for traditional AC mixtures in regions where skid resistance and noise reduction are concerns.

Impact of short-term organic amendments incorporation on soil structure and hydrology in semiarid agricultural lands

Soil structure plays an important role in edaphic conditions and the environment. In this study, we investigated the effects of organic amendment on soil structure and hydraulic properties. A corn field in a semiarid land was separately amended with sheep manure compost at five different rates (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 t/ha) and corn stover (6 t/ha) in combination with two decomposing agents. The soil structure of different amended soils was analyzed from the aggregate and pore domain perspectives. The internal pore structure of the soil was visualized through X-ray computed tomography and quantified using a pore-network model. Soil aggregate-size distribution and stability, saturated hydraulic conductivity, and water-retention curves were measured by sampling or in situ. The gas permeability and diffusivity of different amended soils were simulated based on the extracted pore networks. The aggregate stability of the amended soils was improved compared with the control, that is, the mean weight diameter increased and the percentage of aggregate destruction decreased. The stability of soil aggregates varied non-monotonically with the application rate of compost and decreased after treatment with corn stover and decomposing agents. The pore-network parameters including air-filled porosity, pore radius, throat length, and coordinate number increased for the amended soils compared with the control. The mean pore size increased with increasing compost incorporation rate. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of the compost-amended soils was higher than that of the control but varied quadratically with the application rate. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of soil treated with corn stover and decomposing agents was clearly higher than that without the agent and the control. The interoception maintains proper physiological conditions and metabolic homeostasis by releasing regulatory signals after perceving changes in the internal state of the *** its various forms,skeletal interoception specifically regulates the metabolic homeostasis of ***(OA)is a complex joint disorder involving cartilage,subchondral bone,and *** subchondral bone undergoes continuous remodeling to adapt to dynamic joint *** findings highlight that skeletal interoception mediated by aberrant mechanical loads contributes to pathological remodeling of the subchondral bone,resulting in subchondral bone sclerosis in *** skeletal interoception is also a potential mechanism for chronic synovial inflammation in *** this review,we offer a general overview of interoception,specifically skeletal interoception,subchondral bone microenviroment and the aberrant subchondral *** also discuss the role of skeletal interoception in abnormal subchondral bone remodeling and synovial inflammation in OA,as well as the potential prospects and challenges in exploring novel OA therapies that target skeletal interoception.
