Quantum wells and superlattices are key building blocks in the semiconductor industry,normally fabricated using epitaxial growth techniques,such as vapor phase epitaxy,metalorganic chemical vapor deposition and molecular beam ***,these complicated preparation processes,as well as their high cost,limit their extensive *** is essential to develop a simple solution process for building ***,we demonstrate an ion exchange strategy for synthesizing an allinorganic superlattice cesium lead bromide/layered double hydroxides(CsPbBr_3/LDH)in *** room temperature,the perovskite ions diffuse into the interlayer of LDH and assemble into layered perovskite with various *** with traditional organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite superlattice,the all-inorganic perovskite superlattice CsPbBr_(3)/LDH has weak quantum confinement,which exhibits narrow emission line-widths of 20 nm,high quantum yields of 55%,and radiative lifetimes of several *** findings offer a new route to synthesize novel perovskite superlattices and enrich the perovskite supercrystal platform for electronics,photonics and optoelectronics devices.

Osteoarthritis(OA)treatment commonly depends on nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and opioid ***,the clinical use of opioids is controversial due to their adverse effects and addiction *** study,drawing on 24 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)with a total of 9,586 patients,thoroughly explored the various side effects associated with opioid use in OA *** results provide additional insight into the non-addictive risks of opioids and may assist clinicians in their judicious use,potentially fostering the advancement of safer treatment *** reducing the risks of misuse and addiction,public health and safety can be enhanced.

Long-chain alkenones(LCAs)have been widely used as important biomarkers in palaeoceanographic ***,the commonly used LCAs proxies are mainly based on C_(37) alkenones,and it is still lack of the studies about the distribution and in-dications of LCAs with different chain lengths other than C_(37) ***,the composition and distribution of LCAs were ana-lyzed in surface sediments from the southern Yellow Sea(SYS)and a sedimentary core(A02-C)from the central Yellow Sea(YS)mud *** results showed that C_(37),C_(38) and C_(39) alkenones were the major LCAs in surface sediments of the SYS,and the relative contents of C_(38:2)Et,C_(37:2)Me,C_(37:3)Me,C_(38:2)Me,C_(38:3)Et,C_(38:3)Me,C_(39:2)Et and C_(39:3)Et were 18.3%-59.8%,22.6%-41.2%,7.4%-23.0%,6.6%-15.4%,3.8%-13.3%,3.6%-8.7%,2.8%-6.0% and 0.7%-3.0%,*** the relationships of U_(38Me)^(K)-U_(38Et)^(K) and U_(37)^(K')-U_(38Et)^(K) indicate that LCAs are mainly derived from Emiliania huxleyi(***).High ratios of total C_(37) alkenones to total C_(38) alkenones(K_(37)/K_(38))(1-1.2)were found in the central SYS,corresponding to the relatively high abundance of ***;while low ratios of K_(37)/K_(38)(0.7-0.9)were observed at nearshore area of the SYS where Gephyrocapsa oceanica(***)has rela-tively high *** spatial distribution of K_(37)/K_(38) ratio is also consistent with that of coccolithophores nannofossil in the *** addition,K_(37)/K_(38) ratio in core A02-C varied from 0.7 to 1.1 with a gradual decreasing trend during the past 5.5 *** suggests that the relative abundance of *** decreased gradually,caused by the changes in the Yellow Sea Warm Current(YSWC)and the East Asian Winter Monsoon(EAWM)during this period.

Decomposing complex real-world tasks into simpler subtasks and devising a subtask execution plan is critical for humans to achieve effective ***,replicating this process remains challenging for AI agents and naturally raises two questions:(1)How to extract discriminative knowledge representation from priors?(2)How to develop a rational plan to decompose complex problems?To address these issues,we introduce a groundbreaking framework that incorporates two main ***,our multiple-encoder and individual-predictor regime goes beyond traditional architectures to extract nuanced task-specific dynamics from datasets,enriching the feature space for ***,we innovate in planning by introducing a top-K subtask planning tree generated through an attention mechanism,which allows for dynamic adaptability and forward-looking *** framework is empirically validated against challenging benchmarks BabyAI including multiple combinatorially rich synthetic tasks(e.g.,GoToSeq,SynthSeq,BossLevel),where it not only outperforms competitive baselines but also demonstrates superior adaptability and effectiveness incomplex task decomposition.

Recent advancements in satellite technologies and the declining cost of access to space have led to the emergence of large satellite constellations in Low Earth Orbit(LEO).However,these constellations often rely on bent-pipe architecture,resulting in high communication *** onboard inference architectures suffer from limitations in terms of low accuracy and inflexibility in the deployment and management of in-orbit *** address these challenges,we propose a cloud-native-based satellite design specifically tailored for Earth Observation tasks,enabling diverse computing *** this work,we present a case study of a satellite-ground collaborative inference system deployed in the Tiansuan constellation,demonstrating a remarkable 50%accuracy improvement and a substantial 90%data *** work sheds light on in-orbit energy,where in-orbit computing accounts for 17%of the total onboard energy *** approach represents a significant advancement of cloud-native satellite,aiming to enhance the accuracy of in-orbit computing while simultaneously reducing communication cost.

Moraines,characterized by the accumulation of rock and soil debris transported by glacial activity,present unique challenges for tunnel construction,particularly in portal sections,due to prevailing geographical and climatic conditions that facilitate freeze-thaw *** these challenges,there is a dearth of studies investigating the influence of freeze-thaw action and water content on the mechanical properties of moraines,and no research on calculating surrounding rock pressure in moraine tunnels subjected to freeze-thaw *** this study,direct shear tests under freeze-thaw cycles were conducted to examine the effects of freeze-thaw cycles and water content on the mechanical properties of frozen moraine.A comprehensive parameter K,integrating the number of freeze-thaws and water content,was introduced to model cohesion *** on Terzaghi Theory,we propose an improved algorithm for calculating surrounding rock pressure at the portal section of moraine *** a tunnel as a case study,surrounding rock pressure was calculated under various conditions to validate the Improved Algorithm's *** results show that:(1)Strength loss exhibits a linear trend with the number of freeze-thaw cycles at water content levels of 4%and 8%,while at 12%water content,previous freeze-thaw cycles induce more significant damage to the soil.(2)Moraine saturation peaks between 8%and 12%water *** repeated freeze-thaw cycles,moraine shear strength initially increases before decreasing with varying water content.(3)The internal friction angle of moraine experiences slight reductions with prolonged freeze-thaw cycles,but both freeze-thaw cycles and water content significantly influence cohesion.(4)Vertical surrounding rock pressure increases after the initial freeze-thaw cycle,particularly with higher water content,although freeze-thaw cycles have minimal effect on it.(5)Freeze-thaw cycles lead to a substantial increase in lateral surrounding rock pre

Although the dynamic instability of microtubules(MTs)is fundamental to many cellular functions,quiescent MTs with unattached free distal ends are commonly present and play important roles in various events to power cellular ***,how these free MT tips are stabilized remains poorly ***,we report that centrosome and spindle pole protein 1(CSPP1)caps and stabilizes both plus and minus ends of static ***-time imaging of laser-ablated MTs in live cells showed deposition of CSPP1 at the newly generated MT ends,whose dynamic instability was concomitantly ***,MT ends in CSPP1-overexpressing cells were hyper-stabilized,while those in CSPP1-depleted cells were much more *** CSPP1-elicited stabilization of MTs was demonstrated to be achieved by suppressing intrinsic MT catastrophe and restricting ***,CSPP1-bound MTs were resistant to mitotic centromere-associated kinesin-mediated *** findings delineate a previously uncharacterized CSPP1 activity that integrates MT end capping to orchestrate quiescent MTs.

Two-dimensional(2D) materials are at the forefront of innovation, heralding a new era for nextgeneration electronics and optoelectronics. These materials are distinguished by their unique structural characteristics: they have no hanging bonds on their surface, exhibit weakened electrostatic shielding in the Z-direction, and boast atomic thickness in their monolayers. These features have led to groundbreaking discoveries in electrical, optical, and magnetic properties, paving the way for advancements in low-power electronics, valleytronics, infrared detectors, and memory devices. Despite these promising developments,Si-based technologies continue to dominate the landscape of next-generation electronics and optoelectronics,as well as heterogeneous integration. In response to this ongoing evolution, the National Natural Science Foundation of china(NSFC) initiated a major program in 2021 dubbed “Si-compatible two-dimensional semiconductor materials and devices”. This study reviews the progress made under the NSFC Program,spotlighting its main achievements and outlining key future research directions. Additionally, it sheds light on the challenges that researchers in the 2D domain face, particularly in developing Si-compatible 2D technologies.
