Localized delivery,comparing to systemic drug administration,offers a unique alternative to enhance efficacy,lower dosage,and minimize systemic tissue toxicity by releasing therapeutics locally and specifically to the site of ***,a localized drug delivery platform ("plum?pudding"structure) with controlled release and long-acting features is developed through an injectable hydrogel ("pudding") crosslinked via self-assembled triblock polymeric micelles ("plum") to help reduce renal interstitial *** strategy achieves controlled and prolonged release of model therapeutics in the kidney for up to three weeks in *** a single injection,local treatments containing either anti-inflammatory small molecule celastrol or anti-TGFb antibody effectively minimize inflammation while alleviating fibrosis via inhibiting NF-k B signaling pathway or neutralizing TGF-b1 ***,the micelle-hydrogel hybrid based localized therapy shows enhanced efficacy without local or systemic toxicity,which may represent a clinically relevant delivery platform in the management of renal interstitial fibrosis.

Because china is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been *** foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality *** pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its ***,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment *** 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound *** on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic *** consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.

[目的]为了加强城市轨道交通列车在运行过程中的被动安全性设计能力,需要研究列车碰撞动力学参数对爬车行为的影响。[方法]基于车辆-轨道耦合碰撞动力学模型、Hertz接触理论及刚体非线性连接模型,搭建了列车碰撞三维动力学仿真平台。选取速度、加速度和轮对最大抬升量作为对比参数,采用列车碰撞有限元模型来验证列车碰撞三维动力学模型的精度。基于所建立的仿真平台,选取列车结构中的部分重要参数,研究其对轮对抬升量的影响。筛选出吸能防爬装置,头车和中间车的车钩等的安装点(以下简称“安装点”)至车体质心垂向距离、车体质量、车体质心高度、二系悬挂装置垂向刚度及一系悬挂装置垂向刚度共5个敏感度较强的参数,并对其进行列车碰撞动力学敏感度分析。[结果及结论]通过列车碰撞有限元模型,验证了列车碰撞三维动力学模型的精度满足要求。列车碰撞动力学敏感度分析表明:当参数比率在0.8~1.0范围内变化时,5个敏感性参数的排序依次为二系悬挂装置垂向刚度、车体质量、车体质心高度、安装点至车体质心垂向距离、一系悬挂装置垂向刚度;当参数比率在1.0~1.2范围内变化时,上述参数的排序依次为一系悬挂装置垂向刚度、安装点至车体质心垂向距离、车体质心高度、车体质量及二系悬挂装置垂向刚度。

Fabrication of highly ordered and dense nanofibers assemblies is of key importance for high-performance and multi-functional material and device applications. In this work, we design an experimental approach in silico, where shear flow and solvent evaporation are applied to tune the alignment, overlap of nanofibers, and density of the assemblies. Microscopic dynamics of the process are probed by dissipative particle dynamics simulations, where hydrodynamic and thermal fluctuation effects are fully modeled. We find that microstructural ordering of the assembled nanofibers can be established within a specific range of the Peclet numbers and evaporation rates, while the properties of nanofibers and their interaction are crucial for the local stacking order. The underlying mechanisms are elucidated by considering the competition between hydrodynamic coupling and thermal fluctuation. Based on these understandings, a practical design of flow channels for nanofiber assembly with promising mechanical performance is outlined.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.
