Background:To investigate the pharmacological effects of Fangshi Jiangtang decoction(FSJT)on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)model rats and explore its mechanism of action from the perspective of mitochondrial ***:Sixty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups after one week of adaptive feeding:Control group,T2DM model group,metformin group(0.2 g/kg by gavage),and FSJT low,medium,and high dose groups(9.5,19,38 g/kg by gavage).Except for the Control group,the other five groups were given a high-fat *** treatment lasted for 8 weeks,and blood glucose levels were measured *** weeks later,blood samples were collected from the rats,and serum was separated for the determination of HbA1c,oral glucose tolerance test,and homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance *** pancreas of the rats was collected,weighed,and *** same part of the pancreas was used for *** were used to detect triglycerides,total cholesterol,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,malondialdehyde,glutathione peroxidase,and superoxide dismutase in pancreatic tissue to assess the effects of FSJT on inflammation and oxidative stress in T2DM *** blot analysis was performed to detect the expression of VDAC1,TOM20,COXⅣ,PINK1,Parkin,beclin1,light chain 3,and selective autophagy adaptor protein P62 to evaluate the effects of FSJT on mitochondrial autophagy in T2DM model ***:Compared with the T2DM model group,FSJT intervention significantly reduced blood glucose,HbA1c,oral glucose tolerance test,and homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance index in T2DM model rats,alleviated pancreatic tissue lesions,reduced levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and malondialdehyde,increased glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities,downregulated the expression of VDAC1,TOM20,COXⅣ,and P62 proteins,and upregulated the expression of PINK1,

新时代开展面向“四网融合”的大型铁路枢纽规划是落实交通强国铁路先行规划纲要的重要工作。在解读“四网融合”内涵并剖析其对铁路枢纽规划的内在要求基础上,针对枢纽总图研究范围、枢纽总图格局、客运系统布局及分工、生产力布局、高速铁路及城际铁路引入、既有铁路资源利用等重点问题开展研究,并结合案例进行分析:在“为铁路服务”的基础上应强化“以人民为中心”“为城市服务”的规划理念;总图研究范围应逐步拓展至都市圈;总图格局应当推进“客内货外”“互联互通”;客运系统应“多点布局”,加强与国土空间规划、综合交通规划的耦合,客运站分工应“多点到发”“兼顾高普”“分向把口”;生产力布局应考虑不同层次网络资源共享;高速铁路、城际铁路应尽量实现“进城”;充分利用枢纽内铁路资源,研究利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车。

Encoding system plays a significant role in quantum key distribution(QKD).However,the security and performance of QKD systems can be compromised by encoding misalignment due to the inevitable defects in realistic *** alleviate the influence of misalignments,a method exploiting statistics from mismatched basis is proposed to enable uncharacterized sources to generate secure keys in *** this work,we propose a scheme on four-intensity decoy-state quantum key distribution with uncharacterized heralded single-photon *** only requires the source states are prepared in a two-dimensional Hilbert space,and can thus reduce the complexity of practical ***,we carry out corresponding numerical simulations and demonstrate that our present four-intensity decoy-state scheme can achieve a much higher key rate compared than a three-intensity decoy-state method,and meantime it can obtain a longer transmission distance compared than the one using weak coherent sources.

信息系统在进行知识的挖掘和管理时,需要处理各种形式的数据,流数据便是其中之一.流数据具有数据规模大、产生速度快且蕴含的知识具有较强时效性等特点,因而发展支持实时处理应用的流计算技术对于信息系统的知识管理十分重要.流计算系统可以追溯到29世纪90年代,至今已经经历了长足的发展.然而,当前多样化的知识管理需求和新一代的硬件架构为流计算系统带来了全新的挑战和机遇,催生出了一系列流计算领域的技术研究.首先介绍流计算系统的基本需求以及发展脉络,再按照编程接口、执行计划、资源调度和故障容错4个层次分别分析流计算系统领域的相关技术;最后,展望流计算技术在未来可能的研究方向和发展趋势.

Hot air sintering technology is used to improve the quality and production efficiency of sintered ***,the current thick layer condition highlights the disadvantage of the low oxygen potential of the hot air sintering ***,it is considered to use oxygen enrichment sintering to improve the environment of hot air *** sintering,hot air sintering,and oxygen-rich hot air sintering were compared through sintering cup experiments,and the influence of hot air and oxygen-rich hot air on sintering indexes was *** air reduced the vertical sintering velocity,while improved the yield and tumbler ***-rich hot air sintering contributed to improving the vertical sintering velocity while ensuring the quality of sintered ore,thus comprehensively improving production *** the action of hot air,the highest temperature of the sintering layer increased and the high-temperature holding time was *** oxygen enrichment,the combustion efficiency of fuels in the upper layer of materials was promoted,which optimized heat distribution in the middle and lower layers of materials and increased the content of calcium ferrite in the sintered ore,thus strengthening the sintering process.

基于半导体变形微腔的定向激射效应,在各向同性薄膜中制备变形微腔,将为多功能、高集成光子有源芯片提供新的解决方案.利用二维波动光学理论,以Z切向掺饵铌酸锂薄膜蚶线形微盘中的TE20,1模式为例,分析了不同变形因子ε微盘的模式分布、品质因子Q、定向激射效果D以及庞加莱截面图.理论模拟结果显示,微盘变形过程中微盘周长与谐振波长的比值近似为一定值.当ε大于0.24时,微盘具有较好的单向激射性,Q值大于10^(5);当ε变形因子大于0.4时,庞加莱截面图几乎被混沌海区域占据,Q值低于10^(3).因此,薄膜蚶线形微盘变形因子ε在0.24—0.4之间时,微盘不仅具有高的品质因子(Q值为10^(3)—10^(5)),激射方向性也较高(D值为6.45—8.32).
