Service Function Chain Deployment Algorithm Based on Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning

Aiming at the rapid growth of network services, which leads to the problems of long service request processing time and high deployment cost in the deployment of network function virtualization service function chain (SFC) under 5G networks, this paper proposes a multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient optimization algorithm for SFC deployment (MADDPG-SD). Initially, an optimization model is devised to enhance the request acceptance rate, minimizing the latency and deploying the cost SFC is constructed for the network resource-constrained case. Subsequently, we model the dynamic problem as a Markov decision process (MDP), facilitating adaptation to the evolving states of network resources. Finally, by allocating SFCs to different agents and adopting a collaborative deployment strategy, each agent aims to maximize the request acceptance rate or minimize latency and costs. These agents learn strategies from historical data of virtual network functions in SFCs to guide server node selection, and achieve approximately optimal SFC deployment strategies through a cooperative framework of centralized training and distributed execution. Experimental simulation results indicate that the proposed method, while simultaneously meeting performance requirements and resource capacity constraints, has effectively increased the acceptance rate of requests compared to the comparative algorithms, reducing the end-to-end latency by 4.942% and the deployment cost by 8.045%. 1 Introduction Entity resolution （ER）, also referred to as record linkage and entity matching [1], is a long-standing challenge, existing in various data management systems, particularly data integration and cleaning systems. As so often happens, there exist multiple data sources which store duplicate real-world en- tity information in different descriptions, incurred by mis- spellings, typos, diverse name conventions, random usage of the abbreviation or full name, ongoing changes such as in DBpedia, and so forth. The purpose of ER is to determine whether two data records describe the same real-world entity.

Effect of moxibustion on expression profile of miRNAs in Tripterygium glycoside-induced decreased ovarian reserve

OBJECTIVE:To explore the possible regulatory mechanism of microRNA(miRNA)in moxibustion treatment for decreased ovarian reserve(DOR).METHODS:The DOR model was constructed by intragastrical Tripterygium glycoside suspension administration,and moxibustion therapy was simultaneously *** morphological ovarian changes were observed by hematoxylin and eosin *** miRNA expression profile was detected by RNA sequencing,and bioinformatics analysis was *** software 3.6.1 was used to establish a regulatory network and differentially expressed miRNAs were verified by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).RESULTS:Decreased number of mature follicles,increased atresia follicles,and abnormal granulosa cell morphology were observed in the model group compared with the control *** moxibustion group demonstrated increased mature follicles,decreased atretic follicles,and significantly decreased abnormal morphology of granulosa cells compared with the model ***,RNA sequencing results manifested significantly up-regulated miRNA expressions(miR-92b-3p,miR-26-5p_R+1_1ss10TC,miR-206-3p,miR-9993b-3p_1ss6GA,miR-7857-3p_R-1,miR-219a-2-3p_1ss10GC,miR-3968-p5_1ss10AT,and PC-5p-6478_1795)and down-regulated miR-664-2-5p_R+1 in the model group,compared with the control group,and the moxibustion group reversed abnormal disorder levels of these ***,these differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly involved in the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway and nuclear factor erythropoietin-2-related factor 2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling ***,network and RT-qPCR verification revealed miR-9993b-3p_1ss6GA as the most critical ***:This experiment proved the effectiveness of moxibustion in improving the ovarian reserve of rats by regulating miRNA expression,especially miR-9993b-3p_1ss6GA.

实体解析(entity resolution,ER)是数据集成和清洗系统的关键基础问题.尽管有大量实体解析方法提出,但这些方法依赖隐式或显式的假设或采用不同的解析策略.对相同的实体解析任务进行处理后,它们的结论存在冲突,产生了大量的不一致记录对.在没有给定标记数据的情况下,进行这类记录对的消歧处理具有很大的挑战:一方面当标签数据缺失时,评估现存方法的解析效果并选出最优的不可行,另一方面尽管可选的方法是协调这些冲突结果以得到一致的标记方案,但有效且融合所有提示信息的消歧策略还有待研究.为此,提出了一种基于因子图的不一致记录对消歧方法.该方法首先对某给定的实体解析任务使用现存的实体解析技术进行实体解析,得到一致或不一致的记录对;接着,用核密度估计、匹配信息传递等方法输出与不一致记录对是否匹配相关的特征,并把这些建模为因子图的因子函数,该因子图是一个带因子权重的联合概率分布;最后基于最大似然估计方法估计出各因子的权重,并基于该分布对不一致记录对进行消歧处理.实验结果表明:在真实的数据集合,该方法有效且优于现存最好的方法.

Riverine sulfate sources and behaviors in arid environment,Northwest China:Constraints from sulfur and oxygen isotopes

The fate of riverine sulfate ion (SO_(4)^(2-)) and its environmental effects in arid environment are difficult to evaluate due to its complicated sources and strongly coupled behaviors with water cycle which is significantly modified by *** understand the sulfur cycle in aquatic systems in arid environment,the chemical and sulfur and oxygen isotopic compositions (δ^(34)S_(SO4)and δ^(18)O_(SO4)) of major rivers around the Badain Jaran Desert,northwestern China,were *** rivers had averaged SO_(4)^(2-)content at 1336μmol/L,over 10times higher than the global *** δ^(34)S_(SO4)and δ^(18)O_(SO4)values ranged from-5.3‰to+11.8‰and+1.6‰to+12.8‰,*** end-member analysis and the inverse model showed that riverine sulfate was mainly derived from evaporites dissolution (0-87%),sulfide oxidation (13%-100%) and precipitation (0-33%),indicating heterogeneity in sulfur sources and behaviors along the river drainage with the lithology variations and climate *** isotopic tools combining with hydro-chemistry compositions could be applied to reveal sulfur cycle in arid *** on the calculation,sulfide oxidation plays the primary role in the headwater and upstream in the Qilian-Mountains area,where sulfide is widely *** the proportion of evaporites dissolution contributing to riverine sulfate is much higher in downstream in a drier ***,less precipitation and higher temperature can lead to more intensive evaporation,affecting the process of sulfide oxidation and enhancing the rates of evaporites dissolution and sulfate precipitation in the basin.

Laboratory evaluation of high-friction thin overlays for pavement preservation

Traditional asphalt concrete(AC)and stone matrix asphalt(SMA),which are used as thin asphalt overlays,are common maintenance strategies to enhancing ride quality,skid resistance,and ***,several studies have used a novel asphalt mixture known as a high-friction thin overlay(HFTO)to improve surface ***,it remains uncertain whether the laboratory properties of HFTO differ significantly from those of conventional *** study aims to evaluate the laboratory properties of HFTO mixtures and compare them with those of AC and *** mixtures with nominal maximum size of 9.5 mm were produced in the laboratory,and performance tests were conducted,including wheel tracking test,low temperature flexural creep test,moisture susceptibility test,Cantabro Abrasion Test,Marshall Test,sand patch test,British pendulum test,and indoor tire-rollingdown *** results showed that the HFTO exhibited a lower tire/pavement noise than the AC and ***,HFTO had superior high-temperature stability,larger macro texture,and higher skid resistance in comparison to those of AC,but lower than those of ***,HFTO mixtures may be considered a suitable replacement for traditional AC mixtures in regions where skid resistance and noise reduction are concerns.

对中韩两国现行小学语文教材中含有传统文化相关内容的单元、所涉及的传统文化内容以及篇目进行统计分析和对比研究发现:中韩两国小学语文教材编写均有明确的传统文化传输理念,但韩国教材《国语》更突出对传统文化的践行能力培养,中国教材《语文》更强调对于知识、信息的传达,注重文化浸润。同时,在传统思想、传统生活习俗、传统艺术和物质文化遗产四个方面,韩国教材《国语》对这四部分内容的编排比较均衡,而就绝对数量而言,中国教材《语文》中融入的优秀传统文化内容远多于韩国教材《国语》。此外,韩国教材《国语》在传统文化内容的编排上非常注意与学生认知和实践发展水平相适应,这一点值得学习和借鉴。

Aldehyde oxidase mediated enantioselective metabolic health risk of dinotefuran

Chiral pollutants often pose significant differential environmental health *** this study,the biotransformation of chiral dinotefuran(DIN)and its enantioselective metabolic toxicity mechanisms have been systemically ***,reversedphase chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry was developed to quantify the content of DIN R/S chiral enantiomer with pg level sensitivity,revealing a lower elimination rate constant(K_(e))of S-DIN(0.730 h^(-1))than R-DIN(0.746 h^(-1)).Secondly,the interaction mechanism between DIN metabolism and important endogenous bioactive molecules,such as aldehyde oxidase(AOX)and neurotransmitters,was *** DIN nitro-group was converted into a guanidine group by the reducing site of nearby flavin adenine dinucleotide(FAD)in AOX with the preferred higher affinity of ***,the endogenous tryptophan(Trp)aldehyde metabolic intermediate,5-hydroxyindoleacetaldehyde(5-HIAL),provides a persistent electron donor for DIN reduction via the oxidation-catalyzed site in AOX,resulting in remarkable up-regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters such as serotonin and ***,the higher level of neurotransmitters further mediated dysregulation of oxylipin homeostasis via the serotonergic pathway,where S-DIN exhibited more pronounced liver lipid damage and environmental health risk with the accumulated lipid biomarkers,oxidized triglyceride(OxTG)and oxidized sphingomyelin(OxSM).This study elucidates the AOX-mediated enantioselectivity metabolic pathway of DIN,providing a new analytical method for chiral pollutants and paves the way for their health risk assessments.
