Skin wounds are characterized by injury to the skin due to trauma,tearing,cuts,or *** such injuries are common to all human groups,they may at times represent a serious socioeconomic ***,increasing numbers of studies have focused on the role of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-derived extracellular vesicles(EVs)in skin wound *** a cell-free therapy,MSC-derived EVs have shown significant application potential in the field of wound repair as a more stable and safer option than conventional cell *** based on MSC-derived EVs can significantly promote the repair of damaged substructures,including the regeneration of vessels,nerves,and hair *** addition,MSC-derived EVs can inhibit scar formation by affecting angiogenesis-related and antifibrotic pathways in promoting macrophage polarization,wound angiogenesis,cell proliferation,and cell migration,and by inhibiting excessive extracellular matrix ***,these structures can serve as a scaffold for components used in wound repair,and they can be developed into bioengineered EVs to support trauma *** the formulation of standardized culture,isolation,purification,and drug delivery strategies,exploration of the detailed mechanism of EVs will allow them to be used as clinical treatments for wound *** conclusion,MSCderived EV-based therapies have important application prospects in wound *** we provide a comprehensive overview of their current status,application potential,and associated drawbacks.

Brain-derived extracellular vesicles participate in interorgan communication after traumatic brain injury by transporting pathogens to initiate secondary ***-related proteins encapsulated in brain-derived extracellular vesicles can cross the blood‒brain barrier to reach distal *** proteins initiate inflammatory dysfunction,such as neurogenic heterotopic *** recurrent condition is highly debilitating to patients because of its relatively unknown pathogenesis and the lack of effective prophylactic intervention ***,a rat model of neurogenic heterotopic ossification induced by combined traumatic brain injury and achillotenotomy was developed to address these two *** examination of the injured tendon revealed the coexistence of ectopic calcification and fibroblast *** relationships among brain-derived extracellular vesicles,fibroblast pyroptosis and ectopic calcification were further investigated in vitro and in *** injection of the pyroptosis inhibitor Ac-YVAD-cmk reversed the development of neurogenic heterotopic ossification in *** present work highlights the role of brain-derived extracellular vesicles in the pathogenesis of neurogenic heterotopic ossification and offers a potential strategy for preventing neurogenic heterotopic ossification after traumatic brain injury.

Co and postseismic fault slip models of the 2022 M_(W)6.7 Menyuan earthquake reveal conjugated faulting tectonics at the central section of the Lenglongling fault

The 2022 M_(W)6.7 Menyuan earthquake ruptured the western end of the Tianzhu seismic gap,providing an opportunity to study the regional seismogenic characteristics and seismic *** we use interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)and seismic data to study the mainshock rupture,early afterslip and the second largest aftershock of the 2022 Menyuan earthquake *** modeling results show that the mainshock ruptured the Lenglongling fault and the Tuolaishan fault with a maximum slip of~3 *** postseismic transient deformation occurred at the center of the Lenglongling *** afterslip modeling reveals that the majority of afterslip occurred in the deeper part of the Lenglongling fault.A high-angle conjugated faulting event is found at the middle section of the Lenglongling *** use the stress inversion to investigate the possible triggering mechanism of the conjugated rupture *** results indicate the maximum principal stress direction is in~222°,forming a~22°angle between the conjugated fault of second largest aftershock and the *** calculated normal stress changes indicate the region is within a pull-apart stress field,which favors such a conjugated rupturing *** study will help understand the rupture behavior of such kind of conjugated fault in other regions.

Increased long-distance and homo-trans interactions related to H3K27me3 in Arabidopsis hybrids

In plants,the genome structure of hybrids changes compared with their parents,but the effects of these changes in hybrids remain *** reciprocal crosses between Col×C24 and C24×Col in Arabidopsis using high-throughput chromosome conformation capture assay(Hi-C)analysis,we found that hybrid three-dimensional(3D)chromatin organization had more long-distance interactions relative to parents,and this was mainly located in promoter regions and enriched in genes with heterosis-related *** interactions between euchromatin and heterochromatin were increased,and the compartment strength decreased in *** compartment domain(CD)boundaries,the distal interactions were more in hybrids than their *** the hybrids of CURLY LEAF(clf)mutants clfCol×clfC24and clfC24×clfCol,the heterosis phenotype was damaged,and the long-distance interactions in hybrids were fewer than in their parents with lower ***-seq data revealed higher levels of H3K27me3 in the region adjacent to the CD boundary and the same interactional homo-trans sites in the wild-type(WT)hybrids,which may have led to more long-distance *** addition,the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)located in the boundaries of CDs and loop regions changed obviously in WT,and the functional enrichment for DEGs was different between WT and clf in the longdistance interactions and loop *** findings may therefore propose a new epigenetic explanation of heterosis in the Arabidopsis hybrids and provide new insights into crop breeding and yield increase.

世界性是人类存在和发展的基本属性,也是反映人类存在与发展情状的文学的基本属性。世界性是以民族性为存在、表现形态的,所以,民族性是世界性分析的立足点、出发点。物叙述是人类最古老、形象的叙述形态,具有另一个大脑、另一只眼睛的独特功能。打开物叙事的新视域,将开辟一个叙事时代,就像电脑、手机、机器人叙述着一个特别的时代一样。中国物叙事文学具有不可分离的包融态、天人合一的物道思维、物人转化性、空间性、灵活性、感悟性和神秘性等鲜明的民族特征,同时在表现人类情感、人类相同历史阶段认识、人生重大问题的哲学思考和人类美感诸方面,表现出不可抗拒的世界性。放眼世界未来,需发掘中国叙事文学的人类普适性内涵,加强中外文学的互补和翻译传播,以推进中国物叙事文学接受场域的世界性延展。

Since the emergence of graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, and black phosphorus, two-dimensional materials have attracted significant attention and have driven the development of fundamental physics and optoelectronic devices. Objective Little is known about the association between whole-blood nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))levels and nabothian *** study aimed to assess the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian cysts in healthy Chinese *** Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian *** The mean age was 43.0±11.5 years,and the mean level of NAD^(+)was 31.3±5.3μmol/*** cysts occurred in 184(27.7%)participants,with single and multiple cysts in 100(15.0%)and84(12.6%)participants,*** total nabothian cyst prevalence gradually decreased from37.4%to 21.6%from Q1 to Q4 of NAD^(+)and the prevalence of single and multiple nabothian cysts also decreased across the NAD^(+)*** compared with the highest NAD^(+)quartile(≥34.4μmol/L),the adjusted odds ratios with 95%confidence interval of the NAD^(+)Q1 was 1.89(1.14–3.14)for total nabothian *** risk of total and single nabothian cysts linearly decreased with increasing NAD^(+)levels,while the risk of multiple nabothian cysts decreased more rapidly at NAD^(+)levels of 28.0 to35.0μmol/***:Low NAD^(+)levels were associated with an increased risk of total and multiple nabothian cysts.

The fabrication of light-weight,highly impact-resistant,and energy-absorbent materials is urgently demanded in many facets of the society from body armor to aerospace engineering,especially under an extreme *** nanotubes(CNTs),one of the strongest and toughest materials ever found,also have good conductivity,chemical stability,and thermal stability,etc,making them a competitive candidate as building blocks to help achieve the above *** this work,a kind of CNT network was prepared by using chlorosulfonic acid(CSA)to release the internal stress of super-aligned carbon nanotube films(SA-CNTF)and dendritic polyamide amine(PAMAM)to further introduce multiple hydrogen bonds and interlocking *** fabricated bioinspired carbon nanotube network films(PAMAM@C-CNTF)have a high toughness of 45.97 MJ/m3,showing an increase of 420%compared to neat *** importantly,the anti-impact performance of the films(e.g.,with a maximum specific energy absorption of 1.40 MJ/kg under 80-100 m/s projectile impact)is superior to that of conventional protective materials from steel and Kevlar fiber,and also exceeds that of any other reported carbon-based *** hierarchical energy dissipation mechanism was further revealed through experiment and *** functions including intelligent heating/anti-icing,ultraviolet protection,as well as electromagnetic interference shielding properties make these network films have great potential in practical multi-protection applications,especially under an extreme environment.

未来产业是塑造新质生产力的关键方面,其发展高度依赖颠覆性技术创新突破;我国目前的基础研究与科技创新能力不显强健,核心症结在于未能从哲学根源出发把握本质规律。本文基于现象学本质还原与先验还原的分析方法,针对颠覆性技术创新瓶颈内涵的复杂哲学问题进行理论诊断,溯源技术哲学、科学哲学的脉络谱系,厘清现代技术与科学研究之间的辩证关系,将技术创新问题投影至本源时空间范畴。研究发现,传统动力学时空观坚持身心二元的哲学思想,将时空间视为超越任何参考系的绝对抽象概念,忽视身体与实践活动发挥的关键作用。为此,集成现代科学与时空现象学理论,推动“数据表征、知识流动、具身耦联”的时空间重构;响应未来产业战略需求与科学逻辑框架,建立“技性科学、智能科学、具身科学”的未来科学研究范式演进架构;融入系统科学思想方法,构建“工程应用、智能集成、具身协同”的颠覆性技术创新系统。进一步地,基于“哲学–科学–技术–产业”的四元现象结构、“新质–新知”工程创新战略,提出增强发展组织能力、建立和健全服务保障机制、提高企业技术创新能力等应对建议。

针对覆盖信息系统属性约简问题,提出基于集覆盖理论的覆盖信息系统属性约简方法。首先,构造覆盖信息系统的相关矩阵,通过相关矩阵诱导出覆盖信息系统的集覆盖模型,并探讨了覆盖信息系统与其诱导的集覆盖模型之间的联系,发现集覆盖模型的一个极小覆盖恰是原覆盖信息系统的一个属性约简集,从而可以将求解覆盖信息系统的属性约简问题转化为求解对应集覆盖模型的极小集覆盖问题。其次,利用集覆盖启发式算法(set covering heuristic algorithm,SCHA)在解决集覆盖问题上具有更高的精度和更好的性能,给出了基于SCHA的覆盖信息系统属性约简的求解步骤及算法。最后,通过实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
