Uncovering the relationship among spatial vitality,perception,and environment of urban underground space in the metro zone

With the rapid development of rail transit,effectively developing urban underground space(UUS)in the metro zone has become an important approach to expanding urban ***,UUS is currently facing problems,such as an uneven distribution or even loss of vitality,which restricts the utilization efficiency of the ***,we established a UUS environmental assessment system based on the‘‘comfort-aesthetic-function-traffic-structure”using space syntax,instrumental measurement,and questionnaire *** constructing a partial-least-square structural equation model,the internal relationships between the UUS environment and corresponding space vitality and space perception under different study areas,namely the underground transportation-oriented space(transportation space for short)and the underground commercial-oriented space(commercial space for short),were studied in detail throughout the working *** indicate the following:(1)the UUS in the metro zone environment influences spatial *** vitality distribution of transportation space is significantly affected by the spatial traffic and *** vitality distribution of commercial space is significantly affected by the spatial function and traffic.(2)The environment of UUSs in the metro zone influences users’s *** perception of transportation space is significantly affected by aesthetics and *** perception of commercial space is significantly affected by aesthetic,comfort,and spatial functions.(3)The user’s perception affects vitality,and the effect is more significant in commercial *** study provides an in-depth understanding of the relationship between the complex environment and its spatial vitality as well as the spatial perception of the UUS in metro *** research results provide a novel approach and theoretical basis for the development and application of UUS vitality in various cities.

目的系统评价慢性病患儿的灵性需求,为制订慢性病患儿的灵性照护方案提供参考。方法检索中英文数据库包括万方数据库、中国知网、维普、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed,纳入关于慢性病患儿灵性需求的质性研究,检索时间从建库至2023年9月,文献质量评价采用2017版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行整理。结果共纳入8篇文献,提炼出35个研究结果,归纳出9个类别,形成4个整合结果,分别是灵性照护的理解;与自身、他人、环境建立联系;维护个人信仰;灵性满足的困境。结论灵性照护对慢性病患儿产生积极影响,医护人员应帮助患儿探索自身灵性,满足患儿与自身、他人、环境建立联系的需求,尊重和支持患儿的个人信仰,帮助患儿摆脱灵性困境。

Active shim coils design for Halbach magnet based on inverse boundary element method

With advantages of small volume,high field strength,and compact stray field,the Halbach array magnet is of great potential in desktop NMR ***,field inhomogeneity poses a main obstacle to its *** shimming is necessary for improving the field *** active shim coil design method for cylindrical Halbach magnet based on inverse boundary element method(iBEM)is introduced in this *** coils targeting 1st~3rd and Z4/Z5/Z6 spherical harmonic(SH)terms were designed with constraints of field accuracy,resistance,inductance,and current *** loops and symmetric property influence were discussed to further improve the performance of high-order shim ***,with the prototype of the shim coils constructed,field pattern and SH transformation proved that the coils designed could fit the target SH distribution,though contamination from low-order components existed in highorder terms.A practical shimming experiment on the Halbach magnet has improved the homogeneity from 40.3 ppm to 3.8 ppm in radius 2.5 mm,height 5 mm cylindrical sample space,verifying the coils'compensation *** work provides a flexible inverse coil design method for cylindrical Halbach magnet and discusses the high-order shim coil design and implementation,which is potential in nuclear magnetic resonance applications based on Halbach magnet arrays.

Based on the characteristics of high-end products,crowd-sourcing user stories can be seen as an effective means of gathering requirements,involving a large user base and generating a substantial amount of unstructured *** key challenge lies in transforming abstract user needs into specific ones,requiring integration and ***,we propose a topic mining-based approach to categorize,summarize,and rank product requirements from user ***,after determining the number of story categories based on py LDAvis,we initially classify“I want to”phrases within user ***,classic topic models are applied to each category to generate their names,defining each post-classification user story category as a ***,a weighted ranking function is devised to calculate the importance of each ***,we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method using 2966 crowd-sourced user stories related to smart home systems.

The weapon and equipment operational requirement analysis(WEORA) is a necessary condition to win a future war,among which the acquisition of knowledge about weapons and equipment is a great challenge. The main challenge is that the existing weapons and equipment data fails to carry out structured knowledge representation, and knowledge navigation based on natural language cannot efficiently support the WEORA. To solve above problem, this research proposes a method based on question answering(QA) of weapons and equipment knowledge graph(WEKG) to construct and navigate the knowledge related to weapons and equipment in the WEORA. This method firstly constructs the WEKG, and builds a neutral network-based QA system over the WEKG by means of semantic parsing for knowledge navigation. Finally, the method is evaluated and a chatbot on the QA system is developed for the WEORA. Our proposed method has good performance in the accuracy and efficiency of searching target knowledge, and can well assist the WEORA.

Objective:Effective adjuvant therapeutic strategies are urgently needed to overcome MAPK inhibitor(MAPKi)resistance,which is one of the most common forms of resistance that has emerged in many types of ***,we aimed to systematically identify the genetic interactions underlying MAPKi resistance,and to further investigate the mechanisms that produce the genetic interactions that generate synergistic MAPKi ***:We conducted a comprehensive pair-wise sgRNA-based high-throughput screening assay to identify synergistic interactions that sensitized cancer cells to MAPKi,and validated 3 genetic combinations through competitive growth,cell viability,and spheroid formation *** next conducted Kaplan-Meier survival analysis based on The Cancer Genome Atlas database and conducted immunohistochemistry to determine the clinical relevance of these synergistic *** also investigated the MAPKi resistance mechanisms of these validated synergistic combinations by using co-immunoprecipitation,Western blot,qRTPCR,and immunofluorescence ***:We constructed a systematic interaction network of MAPKi resistance and identified 3 novel synergistic combinations that effectively targeted MAPKi resistance(ITGB3+IGF1R,ITGB3+JNK,and HDGF+LGR5).We next analyzed their clinical relevance and the mechanisms by which they sensitized cancer cells to MAPKi ***,we discovered a novel protein complex,HDGF-LGR5,that adaptively responded to MAPKi to enhance cancer cell stemness,which was up-or downregulated by the inhibitors of ITGB3+JNK or ITGB3+***:Pair-wise sgRNA library screening provided systematic insights into elucidating MAPKi resistance in cancer ***3-+IGF1R-targeting drugs(cilengitide+linsitinib)could be used as an effective therapy for suppressing the adaptive formation of the HDGF-LGR5 protein complex,which enhanced cancer stemness during MAPKi stress.

高均匀度磁场是磁共振波谱仪获得高质量谱图以进行化学结构解析和动力学信息获取的重要保证,需要利用高性能匀场电源驱动匀场线圈产生补偿电磁场保证磁场均匀度.高精度、高稳定性匀场电源是提升磁共振波谱仪主动匀场性能、保持匀场效果的关键部件.本文针对磁共振波谱仪多通道主动匀场需求,开发设计了一款高精度、高稳定、多通道主动匀场电源系统.基于负反馈控制,设计带有输出状态监控的匀场电流驱动器(恒流源),搭配MCU控制平台和上位机软件完成软硬件之间控制指令和数据的闭环传输设计,实现数字化恒流输出控制.在R=2.84Ω,L=25.5µH匀场线圈负载下,满量程输出响应时间小于18.9µs,输出纹波峰峰值控制在30 mV,正负电流输出对称性良好,长时间工作最大输出偏差是4.8‰.该电源在采用0.5 T-Halbach构型磁体的磁共振波谱系统中完成匀场实验,驱动一阶匀场线圈完成24.48 ppm(10^(-6))到2.72 ppm的磁场均匀度优化.此工作有助于紧凑型磁共振波谱仪系统集成及主动匀场技术相关应用的开展.

Study on Conductivity Properties of PEDOT Prepared through a Modified LB Film Method

Adopting LB film method, an arachidic acid （AA）/PEDOT multilayer LB film was chosen, and polymerized EDOT monomers in hydrophilic group of LB to prepare arachidic acid （AA）/PEDOT multilayer LB film. UV-Vis, FT-IR and XPS analyses implied that EDOT was effectively polymerized in film, and thus PEDOT conducting polymer was produced. Analyses of XRR and SIMS indicated that film had a well-arranged lamella structure, and further research showed that polymerization of EDOT in AA film destroyed the orderliness of the original LB film. This phenomenon could be related to the destructive effect of polymerization on layered structure. We used four-point probe and semiconductor instrument to study the conductivity property of the film, and observed that the conductivity of AA/PEDOT film had sudden changes with the processing time of changes in effective conduction network. That was caused by ＂permeability＂ in conducting channel of multilayer film. The test results also indicated that the conductivity of AA/PEDOT film was obviously better than that of spin-coating PEDOT/PSS film or that of ODA-SA/PEDOT-PSS film, which was due to the higher π structure of PEDOT structure and ordered film structure.

The exploration of sustainable energy utilization requires the imple-mentation of advanced electrochemical devices for efficient energy conversion and storage,which are enabled by the usage of cost-effective,high-performance ***,heterogeneous atomically dispersed catalysts are considered as potential candidates for a wide range of *** to conventional cata-lysts,atomically dispersed metal atoms in carbon-based catalysts have more unsatu-rated coordination sites,quantum size effect,and strong metal-support interactions,resulting in exceptional catalytic *** these,dual-atomic catalysts(DACs)have attracted extensive attention due to the additional synergistic effect between two adja-cent metal *** have the advantages of full active site exposure,high selectiv-ity,theoretical 100%atom utilization,and the ability to break the scaling relationship of adsorption free energy on active *** this review,we summarize recent research advancement of DACs,which includes(1)the comprehensive understanding of the synergy between atomic pairs;(2)the synthesis of DACs;(3)characterization meth-ods,especially aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy and synchrotron spectroscopy;and(4)electrochemical energy-related *** last part focuses on great potential for the electrochemical catalysis of energy-related small molecules,such as oxygen reduction reaction,CO_(2) reduction reaction,hydrogen evolution reaction,and N_(2) reduction *** future research challenges and opportunities are also raised in prospective section.
