Plasma-etching on monolithic MOFs-based MIM filter boosted chemical sensing

Metal-insulator-metal(MIM)cavity as a lithography-free structure to control light transmission and reflection has great potential in the field of optical ***,the dense top metal layer of the MIM prohibits any external medium from entering the dielectric insulation layer,which limits the application of the cavity in the sensing ***,we demonstrate a series of monolithic metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)based MIM cavities,which are treated by plasma etching to provide channels for chemical diffusion and to advance *** modulate the bandwidth of the MIM filters by controlling the MOF thickness as insulator *** plasma-etching is applied to build channels on the top metal layer without altering their saturation and brightness for chemical sensing *** etching time regulates the number and size of channels on the top metal *** behavior is demonstrated on the plasma-etched MOFs-based MIM cavity when external chemicals diffuse in the *** addition,we generate patterned structure of the MOFs-based MIM cavity via plasma-mask method,which can transfer to different substrates and produce a controllable structure color change for chemical *** MIM cavity may promote the advancement and applications of structural color in security imaging,color display,information anticounterfeiting,and color printing.

Metal–organic framework wafer enabled fast response radiation detection with ultra-low dark current

Semiconductive metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted great interest for the electronic ***,dark currents of present hybrid organic–inorganic materials are 1000–10,000 times higher than those of commercial inorganic detectors,leading to poor charge ***,we demonstrate a ZIF-8(Zn(mim)_(2),mim=2-methylimidazolate)wafer with ultra-low dark current of 1.27 pA·mm^(-2) under high electric fields of 322 V·mm^(-1).The isostatic pressing preparation process provides ZIF-8 wafers with good ***,the presence of redox-active metals and small spatial separation between components promotes the charge *** ZIF-8-based semiconductor detector shows promising X-ray detection sensitivity of 70.82μC·Gy^(-1)·cm^(-2) with low doses exposures,contributing to superior X-ray imaging capability with a relatively high spatial resolution of 1.2 lp·mm^(-1).Simultaneously,good peak discrimination with the energy resolution of~43.78%is disclosed when the detector is illuminated by uncollimated 241Am@5.48 MeVα-*** results provide a broad prospect of MOFs for future radiation detection applications.

Cherenkov radiation(CR)is available for a wide variety of terahertz(THz)radiation sources,but its efficiency is deeply affected by intrinsic *** find that if the tilted angle(α)of anisotropic material and radiation angle(θ)meet the condition ofθ+α=π/2,the intensity of radiation fields for the charged particle bunch(CPB)moving from left to right cannot be influenced by intrinsic losses,which means long-distance radiation can be ***,we observe an asymmetric CR when the CPB moves from the opposite *** addition,we select natural van der Waals(vd W)materialα-MoO3as an example,further confirming that the radiation field can reach the far field and the asymmetric CR radiation can also be *** wonderful properties with long-distance radiation will extend the application of CR to a certain extent for future design and fabrication.

Orbital angular momentum(OAM),with its unique physical properties and vast application prospects,has attracted widespread attention in various ***,the development of valid and practical acoustic OAM detection methods continues to be a challenging *** this paper,we propose a novel construction method of dual-layer metasurfaces to achieve a doubleconversion process for the waveform reshaping and differentiated focusing of two-dimensional vortex sources with different ***,by utilizing a concise formula,a one-to-one correspondence is established between the OAM of incident vortex waves and different imaging *** fundamental principle of this special conversion relationship is rigorously constrained by the directional compensation of phase and the material parameters of dual-layer metasurfaces with different quadratic phase *** importantly,the highly consistent results between numerical demonstrations and acoustic experiments further confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed OAM detection *** work provides a new perspective on the precise manipulation for the phase of vortex fields,holding potential applications in super-resolution imaging and the design of acoustic OAM-based devices.

This study introduces an innovative "Big Model" strategy to enhance Bridge Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), time-frequency analysis, and fine element analysis. Leveraging ensemble methods, collaborative learning, and distributed computing, the approach effectively manages the complexity and scale of large-scale bridge data. The CNN employs transfer learning, fine-tuning, and continuous monitoring to optimize models for adaptive and accurate structural health assessments, focusing on extracting meaningful features through time-frequency analysis. By integrating Finite Element Analysis, time-frequency analysis, and CNNs, the strategy provides a comprehensive understanding of bridge health. Utilizing diverse sensor data, sophisticated feature extraction, and advanced CNN architecture, the model is optimized through rigorous preprocessing and hyperparameter tuning. This approach significantly enhances the ability to make accurate predictions, monitor structural health, and support proactive maintenance practices, thereby ensuring the safety and longevity of critical infrastructure. © 2024 The Authors.

We experimentally and theoretically present a paradigm for the accurate bilayer design of gradient metasurfaces for wave beam manipulation,producing an extremely asymmetric splitting effect by simply tailoring the interlayer *** concept arises from anomalous diffraction in phase gradient metasurfaces and the precise combination of the phase gradient in bilayer *** by different diffraction routes in momentum space for incident beams from opposite directions,extremely asymmetric acoustic beam splitting can be generated in a robust way,as demonstrated in experiments through a designed bilayer *** work provides a novel approach and feasible platform for designing tunable devices to control wave propagation.

Vortex waves with orbital angular momentum(OAM)are a highly active research topic in various *** this paper,we design and investigate cylindrical metagratings(CMs)with an even number of unit cells that can efficiently achieve vortex localization and specific OAM selective *** multifunctional manipulation of vortex waves and the new OAM conservation law have further been confirmed through analytical calculations and numerical *** addition,we qualitatively and quantitatively determine the OAM range for vortex localization and the OAM value of vortex selective conversion and also explore the stability for performance and potential applications of the designed *** work holds potential applications in particle manipulation and optical communication.

非粮化土地流转对粮食生产土地成本的实证分析

粮食生产土地成本持续走高成为既定事实,且土地快速流转与土地成本上涨呈相同趋势。基于粮食品种层面的885个宏观数据,将土地流转分为粮食化土地流转和非粮化土地流转,实证分析非粮化土地流转对粮食生产土地成本(流转地租金和自营地折租)的影响。研究表明,非粮化土地流转显著负向影响粮食生产的土地成本、流转地租金和自营地折租,而粮食化土地流转则显著正向影响粮食生产的土地成本和流转地租金,对自营地折租的影响不显著。机制分析表明,非粮化土地流转分别提高了土地流转中采用股份合作方式的比重及土地流转中土地流入合作社的比重,从而降低了粮食生产的土地成本。因此,需适当调控两类土地流转的比重,土地流转的种植结构不能“一刀切”;同时,支持各地区通过组织创新推进股份合作方式的土地流转,并发挥好新型农业经营主体中合作社的作用。结论为有效降低粮食生产土地成本提供实证依据。

现代农业绿色发展水平反映了农业综合实力,通过评估河南省农业绿色发展水平,可为河南省建设现代农业强省提供指导。本研究采用熵权TOPSIS模型,构建了包含资源节约、环境友好、生态保育、质量高效4个维度14个指标的农业绿色发展综合评价指数,对河南省2007—2021年农业绿色发展水平动态变化及河南省下辖18个地市2019—2021年农业绿色发展水平(3年的平均值)进行了综合分析。结果表明:反映河南省农业绿色发展水平的综合评价指数呈波动上升趋势,但该指数反映的整体水平仍然较低;河南省各地市之间农业绿色发展水平差异较大,西部地区明显低于其他地区;根据聚类分析结果,河南省不同地市可划分为Ⅰ区(现代农业区)、Ⅱ区(传统农业区)和Ⅲ区(都市农业发展区)3个区域类型。河南省各地市应依据本地资源禀赋,面向国家发展战略需要,因地制宜,重点突破影响现代农业绿色发展的薄弱环节,进一步推进农业绿色发展进程。
