Turnip mosaic virus(TuMV)constitutes one of the primary diseases affecting Brassica rapa,severely impacting its production and resulting in crop failures in various regions *** research has demonstrated the significance of plant translation initiation factors,specifically the eIF4E and eIF4G family genes,as essential recessive disease resistance *** our study,we conducted evolutionary and gene expression studies,leading us to identify e IF(iso)4E.c as a potential TuMV-resistant *** CRISPR/Cas9 technology,we obtained mutant *** plants with edited eIF(iso)4E.c *** confirmed eIF(iso)4E.c confers resistance against TuMV through phenotypic observations and virus content ***,we employed ribosome profiling assays on eif(iso)4e.c mutant seedlings to unravel the translation landscape in response to ***,we observed a moderate correlation between the fold changes in gene expression at the transcriptional and translational levels(R^(2)=0.729).Comparative analysis of ribosome profiling and RNA-seq data revealed that plant-pathogen interaction,and MAPK signaling pathway-plant pathways were involved in eIF(iso)4E.c-mediated TuMV *** analysis revealed that sequence features,coding sequence length,and normalized minimal free energy,influenced the translation efficiency of *** study highlights that the loss of e IF(iso)4E.c can result in a highly intricate translation mechanism,acting synergistically with transcription to confer resistance against TuMV.

本文以我国智能制造示范项目为准自然实验,手工收集并整理了2015—2022年上市公司是否实施智能制造的年度数据,采用PSM-DID的研究方法,从企业绿色全要素生产率的研究视角考察了智能制造的实施效果。研究发现,智能制造能够显著提升企业的绿色全要素生产率。机制检验表明,该影响是通过促进企业绿色技术创新,优化人力资本结构两条渠道得以发挥。异质性检验发现,这种影响在企业的规模属性、产权属性、行业属性和地区属性中存在异质性。拓展性检验发现,智能制造的实施具有长期价值效应,能够提升企业当期及未来一期价值。

通过建立不确定度数学模型,对ICP-OES测定污水中锌含量实验中各不确定度分量进行评估,计算相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。实验结果中的不确定度来源主要有标准工作曲线拟合、标准溶液配制和仪器稳定性等。通过合成各不确定度分量,可得ICP-OES法测定污水中锌含量的标准不确定度为0.079 mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.16 mg/L。当置信水平达到95%时,该污水中锌的含量为(8.69±0.16)mg/L。

以16个芥蓝品种(F1)为供体材料,比较分析了优化花蕾的消毒、小孢子的游离释放以及过滤等环节对芥蓝游离小孢子培养效果的影响。结果表明,16份参试芥蓝供体材料都具有胚胎发生能力,并全部获得了不同类型的再生植株,实现了较大规模、批量地获得芥蓝双单倍体(DH)。经田间综合评价筛选,应用DH系育成了不同熟性的芥蓝一代杂种20M4芥蓝、21M2芥蓝和22M11芥蓝。

采用常规杂交方法,以芥蓝为母本,以甘蓝种的不同变种为父本进行杂交,从F2中选择优良单株,经回交和多代连续自交,最终创制出紫色性状(肉质茎、叶片、叶脉、花蕾)、蜡粉性状(无蜡粉肉质茎、无蜡粉叶片)、肉质茎形状(短纺锤形、柱形)、侧薹性状(早发、多发、颜色紫色或绿色)以及花瓣颜色(浅黄色)等不同类型的芥蓝新种质。应用这些材料成功选育出京紫1号、京紫2号、京紫3号、21M2芥蓝和22M4芥蓝等芥蓝新品种。研究结果为芥蓝种质资源创制提供了科学依据,为芥蓝新品种选育奠定了基础。

On the Normal Subgroup with Exactly Two G-Conjugacy Class Sizes

Let G be a finite group with a non-central Sylow r-subgroup R, Z(G) the center of G, and N a normal subgroup of G. The purpose of this paper is to determine the structure of N under the hypotheses that N contains R and the G-conjugacy class size of every element of N is either 1 or m. Particularly, it is shown that N is Abelian if N ∩ Z(G) = 1 and the G-conjugacy class size of every element of N is either 1 or m.

rAdinbitor, a novel disintegrin from Agkistrodon halys brevicaudus stejneger inhibits adhesion and proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells

Objective: To investigate the effects of rAdinbitor on the adhesion and proliferation of human hepatoma cell strain SMMC-7721. Methods: Cell adhesion assay was used to observe the effect of rAdinbitor on the adhesion of SMMC-7721 cells to fibronectin (FN). Crystal violet staining was performed to detect the influence of rAdinbitor on the adhesion of SMMC-7721 cells. MTT assay was employed to detect the inhibitory effects of different concentration of rAdinbitor on the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells. The morphologic changes of the control SMMC-7721 cells and the apoptotic cells induced by 200 μg/mL rAdinbitor for 36 h were observed under light microscope after HE staining. Flow cytometry analysis was applied to determine the apoptosis rate of SMMC-7721 cells. Results: (1) FN promoted the adhesion of human hepatoma cell strain SMMC-7721 in a dose-dependent manner. (2) rAdinbitor could dose-dependently inhibit the adhesion of SMMC-7721 cells to FN. The higher the concentration was, the stronger the inhibition was. There was significant difference among the groups (P < 0.05). (3) rAdinbitor had a strong inhibition on the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells and showed a dose-dependent manner (P < 0.05). After a 48 h exposure, the IC50 value of rAdinbitor was 177.83 μg/mL. (4) After exposure of SMMC-7721 cells to 200 μg/mL rAdinbitor for 36 h, the early morphologic changes appeared and the apoptosis rate was 20.68%, significantly higher than that of the control group (2.38%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: rAdinbitor can dose-dependently inhibit the SMMC-7721 cells adhesion to FN, and can inhibit the proliferation in dose-dependent manner and promote their apoptosis.

Cloning and expression of the Chinese wheat mosaic virus RNA2 coat protein read-through and 19 ku cysteine-rich domains and localization of these proteins

The 5’-terminal (RTn) and 3’-terminal (RTc) halves of the coat protein readthrough domain and the 19 ku cysteine-rich protein of Chinese wheat mosaic virus (CWMV) were amplified by RT-PCR, cloned and expressed in E. coll. Antisera and monoclonal antibodies against these proteins were prepared by immunising these purified proteins to mice. Detection of RTn, RTc and 19 ku proteins in CWMV infected wheat sap and leaf tissue indicated that the RTn and RTc proteins were distributed on the surface of virus particles whereas the 19 ku protein was in the cytoplasm of the infected wheat cells.

通过选取2014-2021年度上市公司被投服中心行权的经验证据,实证检验了中小股东积极主义实践对于资本市场定价效率的影响机制。研究结论表明:投服中心行权能够显著降低股价同步性,进而提升资本市场定价效率。并且通过“信息效率”机制缓解企业内外部信息不对称发挥作用,支持了“信息效率观”假说的同时排除了“非理性因素”机制。当分析师关注度更低、机构投资者持股比例更低以及外部审计监督不足时,行权效果更为显著。此外,由于投服中心行权增加了特质信息融入股价,缓解了中小股东对于企业负面消息感知的信息劣势,不仅促进资本市场定价效率的提升,还能够降低股价崩盘风险。
