By anchoring Tb^(3+)ions on its free carboxyl groups of the nanocaged NiMOF,a dual-emission self-calibrating sensor of Tb^(3+)@NiMOF was fabricated through coordination post-synthetic modification(PSM)*** Tb^(3+)ions as the secondary fluorescent signal and sensing active sites,Tb^(3+)@NiMOF presents great potentials in visually and efficiently monitoring EPI in serum,with high sensitivity and selectivity,fast response,excellent recyclable,and the low detection limit(LOD,3.06 ng/mL).Furthermore,a tandem combinational logic gate based intelligent detection system was constructed to improve the practicability and convenience of epinephrine(EPI)detection in serum by comparing the light emitted colour with the series standard colour cards preset in the *** work provides a promising approach of developing metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)based self-calibrating sensors for intelligent detection of bioactive molecules.

Evolutionary computation techniques have mostly been used to solve various optimization problems, and it is well known that graph isomorphism problem （GIP） is a nondeterministic polynomial problem. A simulated annealing （SA） algorithm for detecting graph isomorphism is proposed, and the proposed SA algorithm is well suited to deal with random graphs with large size. To verify the validity of the proposed SA algorithm, simulations are performed on three pairs of small graphs and four pairs of large random graphs with edge densities 0.5, 0.1, and 0.01, respectively. The simulation results show that the proposed SA algorithm can detect graph isomorphism with a high probability.

Aiming at the shortcoming that the traditional industrial manipulator using off-line programming cannot change along with the change of external environment,the key technologies such as machine vision and manipulator control are studied,and a complete manipulator vision tracking system is ***,Denavit-Hartenberg(D-H)parameters method is used to construct the model of the manipulator and analyze the forward and inverse kinematics equations of the *** the same time,a binocular camera is used to obtain the threedimensional position of the ***,in order to make the manipulator track the target more accurately,the fuzzy adaptive square root unscented Kalman filter(FSRUKF)is proposed to estimate the target ***,the manipulator tracking system is built by using the position-based visual *** simulation experiments show that FSRUKF converges faster and with less error than the square root unscented Kalman filter(SRUKF),which meets the application requirements of the manipulator tracking system,and basically meets the application requirements of the manipulator tracking system in the practical experiments.

Three polyoxomolybdate compounds,namely {[MII(HL)2]2(Mo8O26)}n(M = Co(1),Ni(2),Zn(3))(HL,3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole),were designed and synthesized under the hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,and ***-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis results reveal that compounds 1-3 own the isostructural chain structure consisting of the β-[Mo8O26]4- anions,which are linked by M(HL)22+ units via the terminal oxygen *** curves show that the organic ligands separate from the related compounds above ca.673 K.

Aureococcus anophagefferens, a small pelagophyte algae, has caused brown tide blooms in coastal waters of Qinhuangdao in recent years, presenting significant negative impacts on the shellfish mariculture industry. Under standard light microscopy, it is visually indistinguishable from other small algae in field samples due to its extremely small size. In this study, quantitative polymerase chain reaction（q PCR） based on 18 S r DNA sequences was developed and used to detect and enumerate A. anophagefferens. A linear regression（R2 = 0.91） was generated based on cycle thresholds value（Ct） versus known concentrations of A. anophagefferens. Twenty-two field samples collected in coastal waters of Qinhuangdao were subjected to DNA extraction and then analyzed using q PCR. Results showed that A. anophagefferens had a wide distribution in coastal waters along Qinhuangdao. Elevated A. anophagefferens abundance, category 3 brown tide blooms（〉200 000 cells/m L） occurred at Dongshan Beach and Tiger-stone Beach in August in 2013. In shellfish mariculture areas along coastal waters of Qinhuangdao, 4 stations had category 3 blooms, and 6 stations had category 2 blooms（35 000–200 000 cells/m L） in August and all stations had category 1 blooms（〉0 to ≤35 000 cells/m L） in October. Quantitative PCR allows for detection of A. anophagefferens cells at low levels in filed samples, which is essential to effective management and prediction of brown tide blooms.

The design of DNA sequences is one of the most practical and important research topics in DNA computing. We adopt taboo search algorithm and improve the method for the systematic design of equal-length DNA sequences, which can satisfy certain combinatorial and thermodynamic constraints. Using taboo search algorithm, our method can avoid trapping into local optimization and can nd a set of good DNA sequences satisfying required constraints.

乙酰化(acetylation)修饰是具有重要生物学意义的蛋白质翻译后修饰方式,由相互拮抗的组蛋白乙酰转移酶(histone acetyltransferase,HAT)和组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histone deacetylase,HDAC)所催化。近期发现HDAC抑制剂可通过抑制内皮细胞增殖等方式调节血管新生(angiogenesis),但HAT抑制剂是否有相反效应尚不明确。本研究观察了HAT抑制剂Garcinol对体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞HUVEC增殖、凋亡、迁移及成管的影响。结果发现,Garcinol在2.5~20μmol/L的范围内可剂量依赖性减少HUVEC的活细胞数目。Garcinol处理对HUVEC的细胞周期无明显影响,但Hochest染色、TUNEL染色及流式细胞术均发现Garcinol处理可显著诱导HUVEC的凋亡。此外,Garcinol处理还可抑制HUVEC的迁移和体外成管。以上结果提示:HAT抑制剂可能通过诱导内皮细胞凋亡而抑制血管新生,这可能是其抗肿瘤效应的新机制。

【目的】为探索土壤微生物对化肥连续施用的响应特征。【方法】选择烟草生产中常用的9种化学肥料,设置减少50%、常规施肥量和增加50%施用量3个肥料浓度梯度,采用土柱模拟系统结合微生物高通量测序、Biolog表型芯片等技术,研究长期不同施肥处理条件下土壤微生物群落的结构、功能基因、生态多样性的变化情况,并构建化肥与土壤微生物关联网络。【结果】(1)连续施用9种化学肥料后土壤微生物群落结构多样性中放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)变化幅度较大,磷肥和复合肥增加放线菌门相对丰度,磷肥减少变形菌门相对丰度。(2)连续施肥条件下,尿素施用量减少50%处理的Shannon指数比初期增加1.77%,氯化钾减少50%处理和常规施肥处理在初期明显提高土壤微生物多样性,后期Shannon指数略有下降,与不施肥空白对照之间无显著差异,烤烟专用复合肥常规施肥处理Shannon指数后期较初期下降35.01%。(3)常规施肥浓度下钙镁磷肥处理的氨基酸与核苷酸运输和代谢基因表达较空白对照增多,氯化钾处理的碳水化合物运输和代谢、转录功能、次生代谢产物合成基因明显高于其他处理,硝酸钾处理的脂质转运和代谢基因表达要高于其他处理。(4)化肥对土壤微生物群落影响从高到低依次为硫酸钾>硝酸钾>复合肥料>磷酸一铵>硝酸铵>普钙>氯化钾>钙镁磷肥>尿素。【结论】不同种类化肥连续施用均对土壤微生物群落产生不利影响,复合肥对土壤的冲击作用大于单质肥料,氯化钾的施用对土壤微生物的不利影响程度较轻。
