The high-temperature friction and wear properties of TiAl alloys and Ti2AlN/TiAl composites （TTC） in contact with nickel-based superalloy were studied. The results showed that, at 800 and 1 000 ℃, the coefficient of the friction （COF） decreased with the increase of sliding velocity and the wear loss of the TTC decreased with the increase of volume fraction of Ti2AlN. The wear mechanisms of the pairs are adhesive wear and the wear debris mainly comes from the contacting nickel-based superalloy. The intergranular fracture and the cracking of the phase boundary in the lamellar structure are the wear mode of TiAl alloy. The wear mode of TTC is phase boundary fracture and adhesive spalling. The abrasive resistance of TTC is slightly higher than that of TiAl alloy.

Modern semi-dwarf rice varieties of the“Green Revolution”require a high supply of nitrogen(N)fertilizer to produce high yields.A better understanding of the interplay between N metabolism and plant developmental processes is required for improved N-use efficiency and agricultural sustainability.Here,we show that strigolactones(SLs)modulate root metabolic and developmental adaptations to low N availability for ensuring efficient uptake and translocation of available N.The key repressor DWARF 53(D53)of the SL signaling pathway interacts with the transcription factor GROWTH-REGULATING FACTOR 4(GRF4)and prevents GRF4 from binding to its target gene promoters.N limitation induces the accumulation of SLs,which in turn promotes SL-mediated degradation of D53,leading to the release of GRF4 and thus promoting the expression of genes associated with N metabolism.N limitation also induces degradation of the DELLA protein SLENDER RICE 1(SLR1)in an D14-and D53-dependent manner,effectively releasing GRF4 from competitive inhibition caused by SLR1.Collectively,our findings reveal a previously unrecognized mechanism underlying SL and gibberellin crosstalk in response to N availability,advancing our understanding of plant growth–metabolic coordination and facilitating the design of the strategies for improving N-use efficiency in high-yield crops.

眼底图像中动静脉血管的宽度变化能够体现患者糖尿病的病程情况,人工确定血管宽度及其差值耗时费力且需要丰富经验。本文针对辽宁何氏眼科医院眼病筛查系统中受检者的眼底图像提出了动静脉宽度差变化率的概念,指出了其与糖尿病诊断之间的关系,并选取RGB、LAB、YCb Cr、Gaussian 4个颜色空间中不同的通道分量,定义了新的基于血管中心线像素和血管像素的特征向量,采用线性判别分析(LDA)分类器完成了对动静脉的全自动分类,继而实现了对动静脉血管宽度测量及相应差值变化率的计算。实验结果表明,与其他算法相比,本文方法在血管分割、动静脉分类、血管宽度及差值计算等方面都较准确,其诊断结果与临床诊断基本一致,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Tourist route design is essential to the scenic spot planning and tour route design. In this paper, four elements of tourist route design were identified to form the list of tourist route design principle. Based on the analysis of Campbell model, four-point inspiration for tourist route design was summarized, a Campbell model-based schematic of the tourist route design of Rizhao was formed grounded on the analysis of tourism resources and service facilities in Rizhao, so as to explore the optimal way of the tourist route design.

随着可再生能源装机容量的增长,配电网作为接纳可再生能源的载体面临着严峻挑战。为解决配电网可再生能源接纳潜力评估问题,提出一个犹豫模糊多属性决策方法。通过构建配电网可再生能源接纳潜力评价指标体系,针对评价指标评估的不确定性问题,采用犹豫模糊集表达评价信息,将基于妥协解的方案选择与排序(MARCOS)的决策方法拓展到犹豫模糊环境,提出犹豫模糊集与MARCOS结合的多属性决策方法。以上海市为例,分析各区配电网可再生能源接纳潜力,对比分析和敏感性分析结果表明所提方法可行、有效和稳定。

调经止痛胶囊牡丹皮提取工艺研究

目的优选出牡丹皮中挥发性成分的最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素考察实验法,通过高效液相色谱法以丹皮酚的提取转移率为指标评价,优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加入14倍量的水,温浸3 h进行水蒸气蒸馏,收集10倍量馏分,馏出液加入2.0%的氯化钠,于冰箱冷藏24 h,析晶,抽滤,干燥器干燥,称重,即得丹皮酚结晶,由于牡丹皮中含有芍药苷,故提取水液及药渣备用。结论优选的提取工艺稳定,可行。

Fabrication of in situ Ti_2AlN/TiAl Composites by Reaction Hot Pressing and Their Properties

Ti2AIN/TiAI composites with different volume fractions of reinforcement were successfully fabricated by hot-pressing sintering method （reaction hot pressing） using Ti, Al and TiN powders as starting materials. The synthesis process includes four stages： first, the reactions between Al and Ti powers and between Al and TiN powders respectively occur and result in TiAl3 phase; secondly, AI powders in the sample are exhausted; the remaining Ti cores react with TiAl3 layer to form Ti-Al intermetallics; moreover, a few Ti2AlN particles precipitate from the TiAl3 phase; thirdly, Ti-Al intermetallics react with the remaining Ti cores to form Ti3Al and TiAl phases. TiAl phase and original TiN powers are in direct contact each other; finally, the residual TiN powers react with TiAl phase and result in a plenty of TizAIN phase. Compared with TiAl matrix, the hardness, elastic modulus and high-temperature compressive strength of Ti2AlN/TiAl composite are improved obviously and they are all enhanced with increasing the volume fraction of Ti2AlN phase.
