Experiment and analysis of the formation,expansion and dissipation of gasbag in fine sediments based on pore water pressure survey

Deep-seated gas in seabed sediments migrates upwards from effect of external factors,which easily accumulates to form gasbags at interface of shallow coarse-fine sediments.Real-time monitoring of this process is important to predict disaster.However,there is still a lack of effective monitoring methods,so we attempt to apply multi-points pore water pressure monitoring technology when simulating forming and dissipation of gasbags in sediments through laboratory experiment.This study focuses on discussion of sensitivity of pore water pressure monitoring data,as well as typical changing characteristics and mechanisms of excess pore water pressure corresponding to crack generation,gasbag formation and gas release.It was found that the value of excess pore water pressure in sediments is negatively correlated with vertical distance between sensors and gas source,and the evolution of gasbag forming and dissipation has a good corresponding relationship with the change of excess pore water pressure.Gasbag formation process is divided into three stages:transverse crack development,longitudinal cavity expansion,and oblique crack development.Formation of gasbag begins with the transverse crack at the interface of coarse-fine sediments while excess pore water pressure attenuates rapidly and then drops,pressure remains almost unchanged when cavity expanses longitudinally,oblique crack appeared in final stage of gasbag evolution while excess pore water pressure accumulated and dissipated again.The variation curve of excess pore water pressure in gas release stage has saw-tooth fluctuation characteristics,and the value and time of pressure accumulation are also fluctuating,indicating the uncertainty and non-uniqueness of gas migration channels in sediments.

Impact of seepage flow on sediment resuspension by internal solitary waves:parameterization and mechanism

Sediment incipient motion is the first step in sediment resuspension.Previous studies ignored the effect of seepage flow on the mobility of sediment particles and simplified the seabed surface as a rigid boundary.A flume experiment was designed to innovatively divide the seabed into two parts to control the dynamic response of the seabed and control the seepage conditions.In the experiment,the seabed sediments and the amplitude of internal solitary waves(ISWs)were changed to compare and analyze the impact of seepage flow on the sediment resuspension by shoaling ISWs.Moreover,parametric research and verification were carried out.Results indicate that seepage flow can greatly influence fine sand,promote sediment resuspension,and increase the amount of suspension by two times on average.However,seepage flow had a little effect on the suspension of clayey silt and sandy silt.Besides,seepage force was added to the traditional gravity,drag force,and uplift force,and the parameterization of threshold starting shear stress of coarse-grained sediments was developed.The results of this parameterization were verified,and seepage force was critical to parameterization.The threshold starting shear stress was reduced by 54.6%after increasing the seepage force.The physical mechanism of this process corresponded to the vertical reciprocating transient seepage in and out the seabed interface caused by the wave-induced transient excess pore water pressure.This quantitative study on seepage flow for shear stress of coarse-grained sediments induced by ISWs is critical to geohazard assessment.

Luminescent metallo-supramolecules have received tremendous attention in recent years owing to their diverse yet well-defined structures,tunable luminescent properties,and broad applications.In this context,the development of terpyridine(tpy)-based luminescent metallo-supramolecular systems has seen rapid growth.This review aims to summarize the recent progress of luminescent metallo-supramolecular assemblies from tpy ligands with metal ions,with a focus on discrete metallo-supramolecular architectures and metallo-supramolecular polymers.The design strategies and common approaches for tuning the luminescence properties are detailed along with representative applications.Finally,the pitfalls and unmet challenges regarding the structural characterization and practical applications of tpy-based metallo-supramolecules are discussed followed by our perspectives on the future directions of this field.

Impacts of land use and salinization on soil inorganic and organic carbon in the middle-lower Yellow River Delta

Soil inorganic carbon(SIC)is an important reservoir of carbon(C)in arid,semi-arid,and semi-humid regions.However,knowledge is incomplete on the dynamics of SIC and its relationship with soil organic C(SOC)under different land use types in the semi-humid region,particularly in coastal zones impacted by soil salinization.We collected 170 soil samples from 34 profiles across various land use types(maize-wheat,cotton,paddy,and reed)in the middle-lower Yellow River Delta(YRD),China.We measured soil pH,electrical conductivity(EC),water-soluble salts,and SOC and SIC contents.Our results showed significant differences in both SOC and SIC among land use types.The dry cropland(maize-wheat and cotton)soils had significantly higher SOC and SIC densities(4.71 and 15.46 kg C m^(-2),respectively)than the paddy soils(3.28 and 14.09 kg C m^(-2),respectively)in the 0–100 cm layer.Compared with paddy soils,reed soils contained significantly higher SOC(4.68 kg C m^(-2))and similar SIC(15.02 kg C m^(-2))densities.There was a significant positive correlation between SOC and SIC densities over a 0–100 cm soil depth in dry cropland soils,but a negative relationship in the paddy soils.On average,SOC and SIC densities under maize-wheat cropping were 15%and 4%lower,respectively,in the salt-affected soils in the middle-lower YRD than the upper YRD.This study indicated that land use types had great influences on both SOC and SIC and their relationship,and salinization had adverse effect on soil C storage in the YRD.

目的探讨血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)和孕酮水平检测对早期先兆流产的诊断价值。方法选择2018年2月—2020年3月聊城市第二人民医院妇产科收治的100例孕妇作为研究对象。根据妊娠结局不同,将正常妊娠的50名孕妇纳入正常对照组,早期先兆流产的50例孕妇纳入先兆流产组。使用全自动分析仪,采用电化学发光免疫法检测所有孕妇的血清HCG、孕酮、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、白血病抑制因子(LIF)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平;比较两组上述指标水平的差异,考察对所有产妇妊娠结局的诊断效能。结果先兆流产组的血清HCG、孕酮、AFP水平均明显低于正常对照组,LIF、E_(2)水平均明显高于正常对照组[HCG(U/L):7 825.32±152.12比10 435.33±154.12,孕酮(nmo/L):25.32±1.32比35.25±1.21,AFP(μg/L):3.72±0.15比10.52±1.11,LIF(ng/L):7.22±1.05比5.44±0.51,E_(2)(ng/L):121.24±20.52比66.32±6.71,均P<0.05]。分析诊断效能结果显示,血清HCG与孕酮联合检测预测先兆流产的准确度明显高于血清HCG和孕酮单独检测(99.0%比95.0%、96.0%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血清HCG和孕酮水平检测能有效预测妊娠结局,判断出早期先兆流产产妇,辅助临床及时采取干预措施,从而改善妊娠结局。此外,AFP、LIF、E_(2)水平检测也可以对早期先兆流产诊断起到辅助作用。

Effect of electroacupuncture on E-prostanoid 2 expression in the spinal cord in rats with neuropathic pain

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) treatment on the expression of E-prostanoid 2(EP2) in the spinal cord using a rat model of neuropathic pain, and to examine the effect of different acupuncture prescriptions.METHODS: Rats were randomly divided into six groups: a normal group, model group, sham group,EA 1 group(distal-proximal acupoints), EA 2 group(proximal acupoints), and EA 3 group(distal acupoints). Rats in the EA groups were treated for20 min, once daily for 7 days. The mechanical withdrawal threshold was evaluated at 1 day preoperatively and at 3, 5, and 7 days postoperatively. At 7days postoperatively, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining was used to investigate spinal morphological changes. Spinal EP2 messenger ribonucleic acid(m RNA) was detected using reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: After the EA treatment, the mechanical withdrawal threshold was up-regulated compared with the model group(P 0.05). The EA 1and EA 2 groups showed a larger treatment effect than the EA 3 group. The HE results showed that EA can improve spinal histomorphology induced by neuropathic pain.CONCLUSION: EA had a strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. The therapeutic effect of EA on the down-regulation of spinal EP2 m RNA expression may be greater when either local acupoints or a distal-proximal combination of acupoints are used than when distal points are used.

我国地质灾害发生十分频繁,因灾损失尤为严重,近年来发生的多起重大地质灾害事件表明高植被覆盖山区,以及一些受地形条件限制人迹罕至区域的地质灾害防治工作仍是传统群测群防的难题。航空遥感技术因其独特视场角、机动灵活等优势可快速高效地揭示地质灾害的空间分布特征和时空演化规律,在地质灾害调查评价、应急响应等方面发挥了重要作用。本文在简要概述航空遥感技术、平台及传感器的基础上,系统总结了国内外航空遥感在地质灾害识别解译、调查评价、长期监测、应急响应、VR展示等方面的研究应用,阐述了目前地质灾害航空遥感应用所面临的机遇和挑战,并对航空遥感在地质灾害应用研究的发展趋势做出了展望。

Selective coordination of polyazin sapanisertib with halide vacancy for printable mesoscopicperovskite solar cells

The mitigation of under-coordinated Pb^(2+)(halide vacancy)defect remains an imperative challenge in the perovskite solar cells,especially printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells(FP-PsCs).Here we re port a commercial-available polyazin anticancer drug Sapanisertib as coordination passivator of halide vacancies in FP-PSCs,thereby achieving the photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)to 18.46%,along with a record certified PCE of 18.27%.In polazin Sapanisertib(Sap),there exists two kinds of nitrogen atoms:in-aromatic ring(in purine and oxazole rings,IAR-Ns)and out-aromatic ring(substituted amino groups,OAR-Ns).Through multiple characterizations,and DFT calculations show that substituted amino groups OAR-Ns hardly get interaction with the halide vacancy due to the distribution of charge density in Sapanisertib.Our work suggests that the selective coordination is of great significance for the design of high-performance passivators for printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells.

男性经皮肾镜取石术后严重出血相关因素分析与介入栓塞疗效评价

目的:探讨男性经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)后严重出血的相关因素与介入栓塞疗效初步评价。方法:病例系列研究。分析天津市南开医院2018年1月至2021年10月收治的230例男性上尿路结石患者的临床资料,观察指标包括年龄、高血压、糖尿病、肾功能异常、术前服用抗凝药物史、结石大小、结石类型、穿刺通道数目、手术时间及肾积水程度,描述男性经皮肾镜术后出血的临床特征,并分析PCNL术后严重出血的相关因素。采用 χ2检验进行单因素分析,多因素分析采用logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析显示,糖尿病( χ^(2)=4.90, P=0.027)、肾功能异常( χ^(2)=18.32, P<0.001)、术前口服抗凝药病史( χ^(2)=5.10, P=0.024)、出凝血功能异常( χ^(2)=8.22, P=0.004)及穿刺通道数目( χ^(2)=22.08, P<0.001)是影响PCNL术后出血的相关因素。多因素logistic回归分析显示:合并糖尿病( P=0.032)、肾功能异常( P<0.001)及穿刺通道数目( P<0.001)是PCNL术后出血的独立危险因素。其中28例PCNL术后严重出血患者中行介入栓塞治疗25例,技术成功率100.0%,临床成功率为89.3%。结论:对于肾结石合并糖尿病、肾功能异常及多通道穿刺患者,行PCNL前应当积极给予相关预防措施,从而降低PCNL术后出血风险;对于PCNL术后肾严重出血肾动脉栓塞术是一种安全有效的微创治疗方法。
