氮化硅网眼多孔陶瓷的制备及性能:(Ⅱ)两次离心工艺制备

采用两次离心挂浆工艺制备出氮化硅网眼多孔陶瓷。与辊压法相比,用两次离心挂浆工艺制备的网眼多孔陶瓷的结构均匀性得到显著提高,抗弯强度提高了1倍左右:其相组成为β-Si3N4和O’Sialon,晶粒发育较完善。
