Phascolosoma esculenta is an intertidal organism that has recently attracted attention because of its ability to survive at relatively low ***,the gene regulation in *** in relation to its response to low temperatures is *** explore the low temperature adaptability of ***,this study analyzed the changes in the morphology and hsp70 and hsp90 gene expression of *** exposed to a low temperature *** 5℃,*** stretched and softened,and some individuals moved apart from the *** analysis revealed cuticle breaches,myofiber scattering,disruption of the body wall,and epithelial layer dispersion and muscle fiber rupturing in the ***,the mRNA expression levels of hsp70 and hsp90 increased under acute low temperature stress,suggesting that these genes function in low temperature ***,low temperature stress causes morphological changes and histological damage in ***,and hsp70 and hsp90 potentially function in the low temperature adaptability of *** results provide new insights into the adaptive strategies of *** under low temperature environments.

Bioprinting has been a flouring way to fabricate complex tissue and organ mimics via precisely depositing printable cell-laden ***,there is a limited number of biomaterials that fulfill the mechanical property of printing while meeting the responsive environment desired for the *** excellent cell compatibility and bioactivity,collagen suffers from difficulties in processing and printability which inhibited its utilization in three-dimensional(3D)***,we address this limitation by using ionic liquid as the solvent in the modification process,enabling collagens modified with quantified norbornene for chemical crosslink and extrusion-based 3D *** improved solubility and rheological properties,norbornene-functionalized collagen(Col-Nor)exhibited better shape fidelity in extrusion-based 3D printing compared with the one before ***-crosslinked Col-Nor hydrogel provided structural support and promoted the adhesion,proliferation,and differentiation of various types of cells,which afforded a centimeter-scale liver tissue *** highly generalizable methodology expands printable,versatile,and tunable hydrogels developed from the natural extracellular matrix,allowing the biofabrication of 3D liver tissue model with branched vascular networks.

目的:研究炮制对水蛭体外溶栓活性的影响。方法:采用水提取法和仿生提取法对水蛭净制品、烫制品、酒制品进行提取,选用纤维蛋白平板法和纤维蛋白原平板法,以平板上透明圈面积为指标进行纤溶活性测定;并建立体外血栓模型,通过血凝块的失重比进一步评价水蛭不同炮制品的溶栓活性。结果:水蛭在炮制前后均能在纤维蛋白平板上产生透明圈。采用水提取法时,烫制品和酒制品的溶圈面积减小,炮制后纤溶活性降低,活性顺序为:净制品>酒制品>烫制品。而采用仿生提取法时,显示烫制和酒制后水蛭纤溶活性升高,活性顺序为:烫制品>酒制品>净制品。体外血栓模型中,血凝块失重比结果与纤溶活性测定结果一致,采取水提取法时,炮制使溶栓活性降低,而采用仿生提取法时显示炮制使溶栓活性增加。结论:与水提取法比较,仿生提取法更符合水蛭经口服后在人体内的消化吸收过程,其结果更有说服力。传统炮制可增强水蛭溶栓活性。

目的:确定菲牛蛭传统炮制的科学性。方法:分别采用水提取法和仿生提取法提取菲牛蛭清水吊干品、活体冻干品、滑石粉烫制品、酒浸闷烘品中的抗血栓活性成分,以纤维蛋白平板法和纤维蛋白原平板法的透明圈面积为活性指标进行纤溶活性测定,并建立体外血栓模型,通过血凝块的失重比进一步测定抗血栓活性。结果:各炮制品均能使纤维蛋白平板产生透明圈。采用水提取法时,滑石粉烫制和酒浸闷烘后的菲牛蛭溶圈面积减小,纤溶活性降低,活性顺序为:清水吊干品>活体冻干品>酒浸闷烘品>滑石粉烫制品,此结果与体外溶解血凝块的失重比结果一致;而采用仿生提取法时,结果均显示炮制使菲牛蛭纤溶活性及溶栓率升高,且活性顺序为:滑石粉烫制品>酒浸闷烘品>清水吊干品>活体冻干品。仿生提取法较水提取法更符合菲牛蛭经口服后在人体内的吸收过程,结果更有说服力。结论:传统的炮制方法不仅可以矫味矫臭,还可增强菲牛蛭的抗血栓活性作用。

Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of early Paleozoic granitoids in East Kunlun belt: Evidences from geochronology, geochemistry and isotopes

The East Kunlun Orogenic Belt(EKOB) provides an important link to reconstruct the evolution of the Proto-Tethys and Paleo-Tethys realm. The EKOB is marked by widespread Early Paleozoic *** we report the petrology, bulk geochemistry, zircon Ue Pb dating and, Lue Hf and SreN d isotopic data of the Early Paleozoic granitic rocks in Zhiyu area of the southern EKOB. Based on the zircon U-Pb dating, these granitoids, consisting of diorite, granodiorite and monzogranite, were formed during 450 -430 Ma the Late Ordovician to Middle Silurian. The diorite and granodiorite are high Sr/Y ratio as adakitic affinities, and the monzogranite belongs to highly fractionated I-type. Their(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)ivalues range from 0.7059 to 0.7085, εNd(t) values from -1.6 to -6.0 and the zircon εHf(t) values show large variations from +9.1 to -8.6 with Hf model ages(T_(DM2)) about 848 Ma and 1970 Ma. The large variations of whole-rock Nd and zircon Hf isotopes demonstrate strong isotopic heterogeneity of the source regions which probably resulted from multi-phase underplating of mantle-derived magmas. Geochemical and isotopic studies proved that the diorite and granodiorite had been derived from partial melting of heterogeneous crustal source with variable contributions from ancient continental crust and juvenile components, and the monzogranites were representing fractional crystallization and crustal contamination for arc magma. The Early Paleozoic adakitic rocks and high-K calc-alkaline granitoids in the southern EKOB were likely emplaced in a continental marginal arc setting possibly linked to the southwards subduction of the Paleo Kunlun Ocean and the magma generation is linked to partial melting of thickened continental crust induced by underplating of mantle-derived magmas.

From 21st century,it is hard for traditional storage and algorithm to provide service with high quality because of big data of communication which grows ***,cloud computing technology with relatively low cost of hardware facilities is ***,to guarantee the quality of service in the situation of the rapid growth of data volume,the energy consumption cost of cloud computing begins to exceed the hardware *** order to solve the problems mentioned above,this study briefly introduced the virtual machine and its energy consumption model in the mobile cloud environment,introduced the basic principle of the virtual machine migration strategy based on the artificial bee colony algorithm and then simulated the performance of processing strategy to big data of communication based on artificial bee colony algorithm in mobile cloud computing environment by CloudSim3.0 software,which was compared with the performance of two algorithms,resource management(RM)and genetic algorithm(GA).The results showed that the power consumption of the migration strategy based on the artificial bee colony algorithm was lower than the other two strategies,and there were fewer failed virtual machines under the same number of requests,which meant that the service quality was higher.

The large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)is one of the most economically valuable marine fsh in China and is a notable species in ecological studies owing to a serious collapse of wild germplasm in the past few *** stock division and species distribution,which have important implications for ecological protection,germplasm recovery,and fshery resource management,have been debated since the ***,it is still uncertain even how many stocks exist in this *** address this,we evaluated the fne-scale genetic structure of large yellow croaker populations distributed along the eastern and southern Chinese coastline based on 7.64 million SNP *** with the widely accepted stock boundaries proposed in the 1960s,our results revealed that a climate-driven habitat change probably occurred between the Naozhou(Nanhai)Stock and the Ming-Yuedong(Mindong)*** boundary between these two stocks might have shifted northwards from the Pearl River Estuary to the northern area of the Taiwan Strait,accompanied by highly asymmetric *** addition,we found divergent landscapes of natural selection between the stocks inhabiting northern and southern *** northern population exhibited highly agminated signatures of strong natural selection in genes related to developmental processes,whereas moderate and interspersed selective signatures were detected in many immune-related genes in the southern *** fndings establish the stock status and genome-wide evolutionary landscapes of large yellow croaker,providing a basis for conservation,fsheries management and further evolutionary biology studies.
