Background Advanced oxidation protein products （AOPPs） are new uremic toxins reported by Witko-Sarsat in 1996, which are associated with the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. However, the mechanisms by which AOPPs enhance atherosclerosis have not been fully understood. Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （MCP-1） is a chemokine which stimulates migration of monocytes and plays a critical role in the development of atherosclerosis. In this study, we investigated the effect of AOPPs on MCP-1 expression in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells （VSMCs）.

Background:Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)poses a significant challenge to liver transplantation(LT).The underlying mechanism primarily involves overactivation of the immune *** shock protein 110(HSP110)functions as a molecular chaperone that helps stabilize protein ***:An IRI model was established by performing LT on Sprague-Dawley rats,and HSP110 was silenced using ***-eosin staining,TUNEL,immunohistochemistry,ELISA and liver enzyme analysis were performed to assess IRI following *** blotting and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction were conducted to investigate the pertinent molecular ***:Our findings revealed a significant increase in the expression of HSP110 at both the mRNA and protein levels in the rat liver following LT(P<0.05).However,when rats were injected with siRNAHSP110,IRI subsequent to LT was notably reduced(P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of liver enzymes and inflammatory chemokines in rat serum were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Silencing HSP110 with siRNA resulted in a marked decrease in M1-type polarization of Kupffer cells in the liver and downregulated the NF-κB pathway in the liver(P<0.05).Conclusions:HSP110 in the liver promotes IRI after LT in rats by activating the NF-κB pathway and inducing M1-type polarization of Kupffer *** HSP110 to prevent IRI after LT may represent a promising new approach for the treatment of LT-associated IRI.

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)are becoming a promising candidate for next-generation photovoltaic cells due to their attractive power conversion efficiency(PCE).Plasmonic enhancement is regarded as an optical tuning approach for further improving the PCE of single-junction PSCs toward Shockley-Queisser ***,we introduce molecularly isolated gold nanorods(Au NRs),bearing relatively stronger scattering ability and localized surface plasmonic resonance(LSPR)effect,in the rear side of perovskites in PSCs,for promoting light harvesting and for electrical *** to the larger refractive index and better matched energy level alignment,the 4-mercaptobenzoic acid molecules coated on Au NRs prove to play important dual roles:isolating the metallic Au NRs from contacting with perovskite,and facilitating more efficient charge separation and transport across the interface under the synergetic LSPR effect of Au *** work highlights the capability of the plasmonic approach by nanorods and by molecular isolation,extending nanoparticle-based plasmonic approaches,toward highly efficient plasmon-enhanced PSCs.

Aiming at decreasing the component complexity and cost of flower transplanting machine,an integrated transplanting method for picking and planting flower seedlings was proposed,and a hybrid-driven five-bar parallel mechanism was designed.A“beak-shaped”trajectory was designed for integrated transplanting requirements,and meantime,either the posture requirements of transplanting claw were *** on the transplanting trajectory of the mechanism,a corresponding mathematical model for solving the link parameters was established,and then the five-bar mechanism was divided into two bar groups,optimization was conducted in two steps based on genetic algorithm and NSGA-II ***,the optimal solution of the hybrid-driven five-bar parallel mechanism for flower seedling transplanting was *** with similar designs,the trajectory displacement of the proposed mechanism is larger in the condition of smaller link size,which indicates that the mechanism can effectively decrease the machine *** real-time controllable motor angular acceleration fluctuation is smaller and the commutation times are less,which has the advantage of reducing the difficulty of the mechanism control ***,the correctness of the design method is verified by kinematics ***,the synchronous linkage motion control methods of the two motors were designed,a transplanting experiment of the prototype was carried out,the picking success rate had reached 90%-93.4%and transplanting success rate was 80.5%-86.9%during experiment,which showed that the integrated operation of picking and planting flower seedlings can be realized by the proposed mechanism.

Monitoring the prevalence of antimicrobial resistance genes(ARGs)is vital for addressing the global crisis of antibiotic-resistant bacterial *** its importance,the characterization of ARGs and microbiome structures,as well as the identification of indicators for routine ARG monitoring in pig farms,are still lacking,particularly concerning variations in antimicrobial exposure in different countries or ***,metagenomics and random forest machine learning were used to elucidate the ARG profiles,microbiome structures,and ARG contamination indicators in pig manure under different antimicrobial pressures between China and *** showed that Chinese pigs exposed to high-level antimicrobials exhibited higher total and plasmid-mediated ARG abundances compared to those in European pigs(P<0.05).ANT(6)-Ib,APH(3')-IIIa,and tet(40)were identified as shared core ARGs between the two pig ***,the core ARGs identified in pig populations were correlated with those found in human populations within the same geographical *** and Prevotella were identified as the dominant genera in the core microbiomes of Chinese and European pigs,*** ARG markers and 43 biomarkers were able to differentiate between the Chinese and European pig manure samples with accuracies of 100%and 98.7%,*** for assessing ARG contamination in Chinese and European pigs also achieved high accuracy(r=0.72-0.88).Escherichia flexneri in both Chinese and European pig populations carried between 21 and 37 *** results of this study emphasize the importance of global collaboration in reducing antimicrobial resistance risk and provide validated indicators for evaluating the risk of ARG contamination in pig farms.
