Background:The initial randomized,double-blinded,actively controlled,phase III ANEAS study(NCT03849768)demonstrated that aumolertinib showed superior efficacy relative to gefitinib as first-line therapy in epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Metastatic disease in the central nervous system(CNS)remains a challenge in the management of *** study aimed to compare the efficacy of aumolertinib versus gefitinib among patients with baseline CNS metastases in the ANEAS ***:Eligible patients were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to orally receive either aumolertinib or gefitinib in a double-blinded *** with asymptomatic,stable CNS metastases were ***-up imaging of the same modality as the initial CNS imaging was performed every 6 weeks for 15 months,then every *** responsewas assessed by a neuroradiological blinded,independent central review(neuroradiological-BICR).The primary endpoint for this subgroup analysis was CNS progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Of the 429 patients enrolled and randomized in the ANEAS study,106 patients were found to have CNS metastases(CNS Full Analysis Set,cFAS)at baseline by neuroradiological-BICR,and 60 of them had CNS target lesions(CNS Evaluable for Response,cEFR).Treatment with aumolertinib significantly prolonged median CNS PFS compared with gefitinib in both cFAS(29.0 vs.8.3 months;hazard ratio[HR]=0.31;95%confidence interval[CI],0.17-0.56;P<0.001)and cEFR(29.0 vs.8.3 months;HR=0.26;95%CI,0.11-0.57;P<0.001).The confirmed CNS overall response rate in cEFRwas 85.7%and 75.0%in patients treated with aumolertinib and gefitinib,*** risk analysis showed that the estimated probability of CNS progression without prior non-CNS progression or death was consistently lower with aumolertinib than with gefitinib in patients with and without CNSmetastases at *** new safety findings were ***:The

Coordination engineering of cobalt phthalocyanine by functionalized carbon nanotube for efficient and highly stable carbon dioxide reduction at high current density

Coordination engineering can enhance the activity and stability of the catalyst in heterogeneous ***,the axial coordination engineering between different groups on the carbon carrier and molecular catalysts in the electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)has been studied *** coordination engineering strategy,a series of amino(NH_(2)),hydroxyl(OH),and carboxyl(COOH)groups functionalized carbon nanotubes(CNT)immobilized cobalt phthalocyanine(CoPc)catalysts are *** with no groups,OH groups and COOH groups,NH_(2)groups can effectively change the coordination environment of the central metal Co,thereby significantly increasing the turnover frequency(TOF)(31.4 s^(-1)at-0.6 V ***,CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT>CoPc/OH-CNT>CoPc/COOH-CN>CoPc/CNT).In the flow cell,the CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT catalyst has high carbon monoxide(CO)selectivity at high current density(~100%at-225 mA·cm^(-2),~96%at-351 mA·cm^(-2)).Importantly,the CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT catalyst can operate stably for 100 h at 225 mA·cm^(-2).Theoretical calculations reveal that CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT catalyst is beneficial to the formation of^(*)COOH and desorption of^(*)CO,thus promoting CO_(2)*** work provides an excellent platform for understanding the effect of coordination engineering on electrocatalytic performance and promotes a way to explore efficient and stable catalysts in other applications.

The catalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is considered a feasible method for VOCs treatment by virtue of its low technical cost,high economic efficiency,and low additionally produced pollutants,which is of important social *** catalysts(SACs)with 100%atom utilization and uniform active sites usually have high activity and high product selectivity,and promise a broad range of *** regulation of the microstructures of SACs by means of defect engineering,interface engineering,and electronic effects can further improve the catalytic performance of VOCs *** this review,we introduce the mechanisms of VOCs oxidation,and systematically summarize the recent research progress of SACs in catalytic VOCs total oxidation into CO_(2)and H_(2)O,and then discuss the effects of various structural regulation strategies on the catalytic ***,we summarize the current problems yet to be solved and challenges currently faced in this field,and propose future design and research ideas for SACs in catalytic oxidation of VOCs.

We describe a rare case of a 60-year-old woman suffering from intramyocardial dissection and left ventricular aneurysm secondary to acute myocardial infarction. A rare form of ventricular septal rupture resulted from intramyocardial dissection deterioration, which was iden- tified during echocardiographic follow-up. Surgical repair under beating-heart cardiopulmonary bypass was successful.

A channel-confined strategy for synthesizing CoN-CoO_(x)/C as efficient oxygen reduction electrocatalyst for advanced zinc-air batteries

Designing hybrid transition metal compounds with optimized electronic structure and firmly dispersing them on a matrix to avoid aggregation and shedding is of great significance for achieving high electrocatalytic ***,an adsorption-complexation-calcination strategy based on channel confining effect is explored to obtain CoN-CoO_(x)hybrid nanoparticles uniformly dispersed in mesoporous *** CoN-CoO_(x)/C composite exhibits excellent electrocatalytic behavior for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).The half-wave potential and durability are comparable or superior to those of Pt/*** applying as cathode catalyst for a primary zinc-air battery,the open-circuit voltage and peak power density reach up to 1.394 V and 109.8 mW·cm^(−2),respectively.A high gravimetric energy density of 950.3 Wh·kgZn^(−1) is delivered at 10 mA·cm^(−2) with good rate capability and *** functional theory(DFT)calculation demonstrates the favorable ORR intermediate adsorbability and metallic characteristics of CoN grains with oxide hybridization to optimize the electronic *** work provides a facile adjustable approach for obtaining highly dispersed nanoparticles with controllable hybrid composition on a substrate,which is important for future design and optimization of high-performance electrocatalysts.

Petrology and PGE Abundances of High-Cr and High-Al Podiform Chromitites and Peridotites from the Bulqiza Ultramafic Massif, Eastern Mirdita Ophiolite, Albania

The Bulqiza ultramafic massif, which is part of the eastern Mirdita ophiolite of northern Albania, is world renowned for its high-Cr chromitite deposits. High-Cr chromitites hosted in the mantle section are the crystallized products of boninitic melts in a supra-subduction zone(SSZ). However,economically important high-Al chromitites are also present in massive dunite of the mantle-crust transition zone(MTZ). Chromian-spinel in the high-Al chromitites and dunites of the MTZ have much lower Cr~# values(100 Cr/(Cr+Al))(47.7-55.1 and 46.5-51.7, respectively) than those in the high-Cr chromitites(78.2-80.4), harzburgites(72.6-77.9) and mantle dunites(79.4-84.3). The chemical differences in these two types of chromitites are reflected in the behaviors of their platinum-group elements(PGE).The high-Cr chromitites are rich in IPGE relative to PPGE with 0.10-0.45 PPGE/IPGE ratios, whereas the high-Al chromitites have relatively higher PPGE/IPGE ratios between 1.20 and 7.80. The calculated melts in equilibrium with the high-Cr chromitites are boninitic-like, and those associated with the high-Al chromitites are MORB-like but with hydrous, oxidized and TiO-poor features. We propose that the coexistence of both types of chromitites in the Bulqiza ultramafic massif may indicates a change in magma composition from MORB-like to boninitic-like in a proto-forearc setting during subduction initiation.
