Year aridity index patterns in northwest China and the relationship to summer North Atlantic sea surface temperature

Aim to linking the variability of drought in northwest China to the oceanic influence of North Atlantic SSTs at the background of global warming and at the regional climate change shifting stages, year aridity index variations in northwest China and summer North Atlantic sea surface temperature （SST） variations are examined for the 44 a period of 1961-2004 using singular value decomposition （SVD） analysis. Results show that the SST anomalies （SSTA）in the North Atlantic in summer reflected three basic models. The first SVD mode of SST pattern shows a dipole - like variation with the positive center located at southwest and negative center at northeast of extratropical North Atlantic. And it strongly relates to the positive trend in AI variation in northwest China. The second coupled modes display the coherent positive anomalies in extratropical North Atlantic SST and the marked opposite trend of AI variability between north and south of Xinjiang. In addition, the lag correlation analysis of the first mode of SSTA and geopotential heights at 500 hPa variations also shows that the indication of the former influencing the latter configuration, which result in higher air temperature and less precipitation when the SSTA in the North Atlantic Ocean in summer motivated Eurasian circulation of EA pattern, further to influence the wet - dry variations in northwest China by the ocean-to - atmosphere forcing.

为监测水工混凝土结构的健康状况,制备了自感知石墨烯水泥基复合材料。通过SEM和XRD等对石墨烯水泥基复合材料进行了微观分析,并利用四电极法测量了不同石墨烯掺量复合材料在破坏荷载、循环荷载以及不同相对湿度下的压敏性能。结果表明,石墨烯在水泥基体中分散形成导电网络且石墨烯并不会参与水泥水化反应;复合材料电阻率的降低符合渗流理论;破坏荷载作用下,复合材料电阻率表现出“下降-平衡-剧增”的变化趋势;循环荷载作用下,石墨烯掺量为1.8%、2.0%和2.4%的复合材料表现出良好的压敏性能并在0、50%、70%和90%的相对湿度下具有稳定性和重复性。

Emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil mobilization that can be triggered by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)through its receptor G-CSFR are essential for antibacterial innate ***,the epigenetic modifiers crucial for intrinsically regulating G-CSFR expression and the antibacterial response of neutrophils remain largely unclear.N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA modification and the related demethylase alkB homolog 5(ALKBH5)are key epigenetic regulators of immunity and inflammation,but their roles in neutrophil production and mobilization are still *** used cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced polymicrobial sepsis to model systemic bacterial infection,and we report that ALKBH5 is required for emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil ***5 depletion significantly impaired the production of immature neutrophils in the bone marrow of septic *** addition,Alkbh5-deficient septic mice exhibited higher retention of mature neutrophils in the bone marrow and defective neutrophil release into the circulation,which led to fewer neutrophils at the infection site than in their wild-type *** bacterial infection,ALKBH5 imprinted production-and mobilization-promoting transcriptome signatures in both mouse and human ***,ALKBH5 erased m^(6)A methylation on the CSF3R mRNA to increase the mRNA stability and protein expression of G-CSFR,consequently upregulating cell surface G-CSFR expression and downstream STAT3 signaling in *** RIP-qPCR results confirmed the direct binding of ALKBH5 to the CSF3R mRNA,and the binding strength declined upon bacterial infection,accounting for the decrease in G-CSFR expression on bacteria-infected *** these results collectively,we define a new role of ALKBH5 in intrinsically driving neutrophil production and mobilization through m^(6)A demethylation-dependent posttranscriptional regulation,indicating that m^(6)A RNA modification in neutrop

Foxj1 has been found to play an important role in cilia formation and function in vertebrates. The zebrafish or Xenopus genome expresses two Foxjl genes, foxjlalFoxJ1 and foxjlb/FoxJ1.2. In this study, we have generated a zebrafish transgenic line T2BGSZIO by Tol2 transposon-based gene trapping approach. T2BGSZ10 transgenic fish carry an insertion of the transposon genome into the first intron of thefoxj1b locus. This insertion results in GFP expression in the forebrain, otic vesicles, floorplate, pronephric ducts and other domains during embryogenesis, which recaptures the expression pattern offoxj1b. Although normal expression offoxj1b is dramatically reduced, T2BGSZ10 homozygous embryos develop normally and grow to adulthood without detectable defects, which may be due to the incomplete interruption of foxjlb expression. Nevertheless, this transgenic line may serve as a useful model for dynamic observation of GFP-labeled tissues and organs and for isolation of GFP-labeled cells.

Application of Modified Progressive Hedging for Stochastic Unit Commitment in Electricity-Gas Coupled Systems

The increasing number of gas-fired units has significantly intensified the coupling between electric and gas power ***,nonlinearity and nonconvexity in gas flow equations,together with renewable-induced stochasticity,resulted in a computationally expensive model for unit commitment in electricity-gas coupled integrated energy systems(IES).To accelerate stochastic day-ahead scheduling,we applied and modified Progressive Hedging(PH),a heuristic approach that can be computed in parallel to yield scenario-independent unit *** early termination and enumeration techniques,the modified PH algorithm saves considerable com,putational time for certain generation cost settings or when the scale of the IES is ***,an adapted second-order cone relaxation(SOCR)is utilized to tackle the nonconvex gas flow *** studies were performed on the IEEE *** system/Belgium 20-node gas system and the IEEE 118-bus system/Belgium 20-node gas *** computational efficiency when employing PH is 188 times that of commercial software,and the algorithm even outperforms Benders *** the same time,the gap between the PH algorithm and the benchmark is less than 0.01% in both IES systems,which proves that the solutions produced by PH reach acceptable optimality in this stochastic UC problem.

A method which adopts the combination of least squares support vector machine（LS-SVM） and Monte Carlo（MC） simulation is used to calculate the foundation settlement *** using LS-SVM,choosing the training dataset and the values for LS-SVM parameters is the *** a representative sense,the orthogonal experimental design with four factors and five levels is used to choose the inputs of the training dataset,and the outputs are calculated by using fast Lagrangian analysis continua（FLAC）.The decimal ant colony algorithm（DACA） is also used to determine the *** results show that the values of the two parameters,and δ2 have great effect on the performance of *** the training of LS-SVM,the inputs are sampled according to the probabilistic distribution,and the outputs are predicted with the trained LS-SVM,thus the reliability analysis can be performed by the MC method.A program compiled by Matlab is employed to calculate its *** show that the method of combining LS-SVM and MC simulation is applicable to the reliability analysis of soft foundation settlement.

面向未来5G和卫星网构成的空地高通量互联场景,为实现飞机着陆风险提前预警.首先基于统计与模型,建立了一套以多源运行实时数据为主,融合历史统计和专家知识的着陆预警体系;然后,针对现有研究计算结果滞后问题,先通过对ARJ21飞机着陆过程快速存取记录器(QAR)数据的聚类分析,将飞行员着陆操作模式分为4类,进而构建基于决策场理论的飞行员着陆操作模式预测模型,计算并讨论不同场景下、不同个性飞行员的着陆模式选择;在上述基础上,针对着陆过程的复杂性和不确定性,提出一种分层计算的置信规则库推理方法,融合定性与定量信息实现着陆动态风险评估和预警.最后,通过对“2020.10.16攀枝花跑道外接地事件”和“2010.8.2伊春空难”着陆过程的风险推理验证了预警方法的有效性,其中攀枝花事件提前预警时间可达13 s.

【目的】提高NO_(x)催化剂在中低温条件下的NO_(x)储存还原能力,实现高效NO_(x)储存还原。【方法】采用甘氨酸辅助溶液燃烧法制备钙钛矿型La_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_(3)(LSC)催化剂,通过多种表征手段对催化剂的理化性质进行表征,研究甘氨酸与硝酸根物质的量比、煅烧温度等制备条件对催化剂理化性质、NO_(x)储存性能以及催化剂的抗硫性和水热稳定性的影响。【结果】所制备的LSC催化剂在300℃条件下的NO_(x)吸附、储存性能显著提高。当物质的量比为1.6、煅烧温度为700℃时,制得的LSC催化剂具有良好的NO_(x)吸附能力(A=1889µmol·g^(-1))和NO_(x)储存能力(S=1048µmol·g^(-1));并且该催化剂经硫化及水热老化后仍保持良好的NO_(x)吸附、储存能力(A=1434µmol·g^(-1),S=1262µmol·g^(-1))。【结论】该催化剂具有较大的比表面积、较强的NO氧化能力以及存在适量的表面SrCO3物相,使其具有良好的NO_(x)储存性能。

All-solid-state fluoride ion batteries(FIBs)have been recently considered as a post-lithium-ion battery system due to their high safety and high energy *** like all solid-state lithium batteries,the key to the development of FIBs lies in room-temperature electrolytes with high ionic conductivity.β-KSbF_(4) is a kind of promising solid-state electrolyte for FIBs owing to its rational ionic conductivity and relatively wide electrochemical stability window at room ***,the previous synthesis routes ofβ-KSbF_(4) required the use of highly toxic hydrofluoric acid and the ionic conductivity of as-prepared product needs to be further ***,the β-KSbF_(4) sample with an ionic conductivity of 1.04×10^(-4)s cm^(-1)(30°C)is synthesized through the simple solid-state *** order to account for the high ionic conductivity of the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)are used to characterize the physic-ochemical *** results show that the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4) exhibits higher carrier concentra-tion of 1.0×10^(-6)S cm-Hz^(-1)K and hopping frequency of 1.31×10^(6)Hz at 30°C due to the formation of the fluorine ***,the hopping frequency shows the same trend as the changes of ionic conductivity with the changes of temperature,while the carrier concentration is found to be almost *** two different trends indicate the hopping frequency is mainly responsible for the ionic conduc-tion behavior withinβ-KSbF_(4).Furthermore,the all-solid-state FIBs,in which Ag and Pb+PbF_(2) are adopted as cathode and anode,andβ-KSbF_(4) as fluoride ion conductor,are capable of reversible charge and *** assembled FIBs show a discharge capacity of 108.4 mA h g^(-1) at 1st cycle and 74.2 mA h g^(-1) at 50th *** on an examination of the capacity decay mechanism,it has been found that deterioration of the electrolyte/electrode int
