Spatiotemporal variation of land surface temperature and its driving factors in Xinjiang,China

Land surface temperature(LST) directly affects the energy balance of terrestrial surface systems and impacts regional resources, ecosystem evolution, and ecosystem structures. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is located at the arid Northwest China and is extremely sensitive to climate change. There is an urgent need to understand the distribution patterns of LST in this area and quantitatively measure the nature and intensity of the impacts of the major driving factors from a spatial perspective, as well as elucidate the formation mechanisms. In this study, we used the MOD11C3 LST product developed on the basis of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) to conduct regression analysis and determine the spatiotemporal variation and differentiation pattern of LST in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2020. We analyzed the driving mechanisms of spatial heterogeneity of LST in Xinjiang and the six geomorphic zones(the Altay Mountains, Junggar Basin, Tianshan Mountains, Tarim Basin, Turpan-Hami(Tuha) Basin, and Pakakuna Mountain Group) using geographical detector(Geodetector) and geographically weighted regression(GWR) models. The warming rate of LST in Xinjiang during the study period was 0.24℃/10a, and the spatial distribution pattern of LST had obvious topographic imprints, with 87.20% of the warming zone located in the Gobi desert and areas with frequent human activities, and the cooling zone mainly located in the mountainous areas. The seasonal LST in Xinjiang was at a cooling rate of 0.09℃/10a in autumn, and showed a warming trend in other seasons. Digital elevation model(DEM), latitude, wind speed, precipitation, normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), and sunshine duration in the single-factor and interactive detections were the key factors driving the LST changes. The direction and intensity of each major driving factor on the spatial variations of LST in the study area were heterogeneous. In response to the growing complexity and performance of integrated circuit(IC),there is an urgent need to enhance the testing and stability of IC test equipment.A method was proposed to predict equipment stability using the upper side boundary value of normal distribution.Initially,the K-means clustering algorithm classifies and analyzes sample data.The accuracy of this boundary value is compared under two common confidence levels to select the optimal threshold.A range is then defined to categorize unqualified test data.Through experimental verification,the method achieves the purpose of measuring the stability of qualitative IC equipment through a deterministic threshold value and judging the stability of the equipment by comparing the number of unqualified data with the threshold value,which realizes the goal of long-term operation monitoring and stability analysis of IC test equipment.

Classification methods for binary(yes/no)tasks often produce a continuously valued score.Machine learning practitioners must perform model selection,calibration,discretization,performance assessment,tuning,and fairness assessment.Such tasks involve examining classifier results,typically using summary statistics and manual examination of details.In this paper,we provide an interactive visualization approach to support such continuously-valued classifier examination tasks.Our approach addresses the three phases of these tasks:calibration,operating point selection,and examination.We enhance standard views and introduce task-specific views so that they can be integrated into a multi-view coordination(MVC)system.We build on an existing comparison-based approach,extending it to continuous classifiers by treating the continuous values as trinary(positive,unsure,negative)even if the classifier will not ultimately use the 3-way classification.We provide use cases that demonstrate how our approach enables machine learning practitioners to accomplish key tasks.

The chemical recycling of polyolefin presents a considerable challenge,especially as upcycling methods struggle with the reality that plastic wastes typically consist of mixtures of polyethylene(PE),polystyrene(PS),and polypropylene(PP).We report a catalytic aerobic oxidative approach for polyolefins upcycling with the corresponding carboxylic acids as the product.This method encompasses three key innovations.First,it operates under atmospheric pressure and mild conditions,using O_(2) or air as the oxidant.Second,it is compatible with high-density polyethylene,low-density polyethylene,PS,PP,and their blends.Third,it uses an economical and recoverable metal catalyst.It has been demonstrated that this approach can efficiently degrade mixed wastes of plastic bags,bottles,masks,and foam boxes.

The stabilization problem of distributed proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controllers for general first-order multi-agent systems with time delay is investigated in the paper.The closed-loop multi-input multi-output(MIMO)framework in frequency domain is firstly introduced for the multi-agent system.Based on the matrix theory,the whole system is decoupled into several subsystems with respect to the eigenvalues of the Laplacian matrix.Considering that the eigenvalues may be complex numbers,the consensus problem of the multi-agent system is transformed into the stabilizing problem of all the subsystems with complex coefficients.For each subsystem with complex coefficients,the range of admissible proportional gains is analytically determined.Then,the stabilizing region in the space of integral gain and derivative gain for a given proportional gain value is also obtained in an analytical form.The entire stabilizing set can be determined by sweeping proportional gain in the allowable range.The proposed method is conducted for general first-order multi-agent systems under arbitrary topology including undirected and directed graph topology.Besides,the results in the paper provide the basis for the design of distributed PID controllers satisfying different performance criteria.The simulation examples are presented to check the validity of the proposed control strategy.

目的:观察电针对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)肝细胞焦亡非经典途径的影响及其作用机制。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为普通饮食组(n=15)和高脂造模组(n=45),高脂造模组以定制高脂饲料喂养8周建立NAFLD模型。从造模成功的大鼠中选取30只随机分为模型组(n=10)、电针组(n=10)和非穴浅刺组(n=10),另从普通饮食组中随机选取10只大鼠作为对照组。电针组大鼠于双侧“丰隆”“肝俞”穴行电针干预,予疏密波,频率4 Hz/20 Hz,电流强度3 mA;非穴浅刺组大鼠于双侧“丰隆”“肝俞”穴旁5 mm处浅刺,电针刺激参数同电针组。两组干预均每日1次,每次20 min,每周5 d,连续干预4周。干预后,采用油红“O”染色法观察各组大鼠肝脏形态;ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清脂多糖(LPS)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-18以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量;Western blot法检测各组大鼠肝脏组织消皮素D(GSDMD)、GSDMD末端氨基结构域(GSDMD-N)、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspase)-11、IL-1β、IL-18及TNF-α蛋白表达;实时荧光定量PCR法检测各组大鼠肝脏组织GSDMD、Caspase-11、IL-1β、IL-18及TNF-αmRNA表达。结果:模型组大鼠肝细胞胞质中可见大小不等的空泡,脂滴呈片状堆积;与模型组比较,电针组及非穴浅刺组大鼠肝细胞脂滴减少,肝脏脂肪变性程度降低。与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清LPS、IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α含量升高(P<0.01);肝脏组织GSDMD、Caspase-11、IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α蛋白和mRNA表达升高(P<0.01),GSDMD-N蛋白表达升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,电针组及非穴浅刺组大鼠血清LPS、IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α含量降低(P<0.01),肝脏组织GSDMD、IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α蛋白及mRNA表达降低(P<0.01),肝脏组织GSDMD-N蛋白表达及Caspase-11 mRNA表达降低(P<0.01);电针组大鼠肝脏组织Caspase-11蛋白表达降低(P<0.01)。与非穴浅刺组比较,电针组大鼠血清LPS、IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α含量降低(P<0.01);肝脏组织GSDMD、Caspase-11、IL-1β、IL-18蛋白和mRNA表达降低(P<0.01),GSDMD-N蛋白及TNF-αmRNA表达降低(P<0.01)。结论:电针干预可抑制NAFLD大鼠肝细胞焦亡,其作用机制可能与降低血清LPS含量,下调细胞焦亡非经典途径相关因子GSDMD、GSDMD-N、Caspase-11、IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α表达相关。

In this paper, the design problem of the low-order controller is considered for the power system with a fixed time delay. A linear model of the power system with time delay is firstly established. Then the proportional-integral-differential(PID) controller, which is the typical low-order controller, is designed to improve the stability of the power system. The stabilizing region of the PID controller is obtained. The control parameters chosen arbitrarily in the resultant region can ensure the stability of the power system. Finally, based on the stabilizing result, the PID controller satisfying the H∞performance index is designed, which improves the robustness of the whole power system. The main advantage of the proposed method lies in that there is no need to approximate the model of the power system.The method can be further extended to the power system which is more complex.

小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的治疗已经迈入免疫治疗时代,免疫疗法联合化疗的一线治疗新标准得以确立。然而并非所有SCLC患者均能从免疫检查点抑制剂(ICI)中获益,缺乏有效的疗效和患者预后生物标志物在很大程度上限制了其临床应用。目前,肿瘤相关生物标志物PD-L1表达水平在预测SCLC免疫治疗疗效及患者预后中最为常用;肿瘤突变负荷(TMB)、错配修复缺陷(dMMR)和微卫星高度不稳定(MSI-H)也可作为预测ICI治疗疗效及患者预后的潜在生物标志物。而dMMR/MSI-H因在SCLC中的发生频率极低,限制了其应用;外周血免疫相关标志物因其便捷性而在SCLC免疫治疗中受到越来越多的关注;肿瘤微环境相关的生物标志物也有助于识别从ICI治疗中获益的患者。因此,深入了解SCLC的一线免疫治疗现状和预测患者免疫治疗疗效与预后的潜在生物标志物的研究进展,可为SCLC患者免疫治疗优化策略和分层管理提供思路和参考。
