Top-down strategy has been widely applied for synthesis of metal single atom catalysts(SACs)via converting metal nanoparticles or bulk metals into atomically dispersed species.Here,we report a simple electrochemical atomic migration strategy for top-down synthesis of SACs via a facile cathodic corrosion process without involving high temperature or harsh atmosphere.Atoms of metal nanoparticles on cathode are firstly disbanded under high negative voltage,and emitted into the electrolyte in the form of atomic metal anions in Zintl phase.The escaped atomically dispersed metal species are then oxidized by water molecules and captured by the defects on the pre-added nitrogen doped carbon carriers in the electrolyte.This cathodic corrosion strategy is confirmed to be suitable for scalable synthesis of kinds of metal SACs(e.g.,Pt,Pd,and Ir)on doped carbon materials.Typically,the as-prepared nitrogen doped carbon powder supported Pt SACs exhibit superior catalytic activity toward hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)with a low overpotential of 0.024 V at 10 mA·cm^(−2)and a low Tafel slope of 29.7 mV·dec^(−1)as well as a long-term durability.

Nickel-rich and cobalt-free cathode materials have obvious advantages in the aspects of energy density and economic efficiency. However, these materials are restricted from being used in commercial lithium-ion batteries due to the problems of poor structural stability and rate capability. In this study, the aluminum and zirconium dual-doped Co-free Ni-rich LiNi0.96Mn0.04O2cathode material(NMAZ) is prepared by a facile high-temperature solid-phase method. The obtained NMAZ shows low cation disordering degree owing to the stability of transition metal slabs induced by strong Al–O and Zr–O bonds. Besides, the kinetics of lithium-ion diffusion is significantly improved by larger c-axis and the fast lithium-ion conducting Li2ZrO3layer on the interface. As a result, NMAZ shows an improved capacity retention of 70.3% at 1C after 100 cycles under an elevated temperature(45°C), compared with 50.5% of pure LiNi0.96Mn0.04O2. In addition, it exhibits splendid rate performance even at higher C-rate and better thermal stability compared to bare LiNi0.96Mn0.04O2. Hence, the Al, Zr dualdoped modification is beneficial to improving the structural stability and electrochemical performance of the Ni-rich and Co-free layered oxide cathodes for Li-ion batteries.

为解决油库面临地震时的安全管理问题,首先,将抗震韧性定义为油库为保持储存功能表现出的抵御地震破坏、减轻地震次生灾害、适应震后环境和震后快速恢复的能力,并量化油库抗震韧性表现出的4种能力,建立油库抗震韧性评估模型;其次,考虑到抵御阶段和减轻阶段的不确定性,基于动态蒙特卡罗法,定量评估油库抗震韧性,并获得油库的抗震韧性值;最后,以某地震区域油库为例,验证模型的有效性。结果表明:油库韧性能力的不确定性导致韧性值出现大幅波动;多米诺效应对油库韧性的影响较大,不可忽略;震源距离越远、断层滑移率越小,抗震韧性越高;远离活动断层、预测地震危害、减少应急响应时间等措施可提高抗震韧性。

ORPA:a fast and efficient phylogenetic analysis method for constructing genome-wide alignments of organelle genomes

Creating a multi-gene alignment matrix for phylogenetic analysis using organelle genomes involves aligning single-gene datasets manually,a process that can be time-consuming and prone to errors.The HomBlocks pipeline has been created to eliminate the inaccuracies arising from manual operations.The processing of a large number of sequences,however,remains a time-consuming task.To conquer this challenge,we develop a speedy and efficient method called Organelle Genomes for Phylogenetic Analysis(ORPA).ORPA can quickly generate multiple sequence alignments for whole-genome comparisons by parsing the result files of NCBI BLAST,completing the task just in 1 min.With increasing data volume,the efficiency of ORPA is even more pronounced,over 300 times faster than HomBlocks in aligning 60 high-plant chloroplast genomes.The phylogenetic tree outputs from ORPA are equivalent to HomBlocks,indicating its outstanding efficiency.Due to its speed and accuracy,ORPA can identify species-level evolutionary conflicts,providing valuable insights into evolutionary cognition.

The onset of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is usually characterized by focal death of both upper and/or lower motor neurons occurring in the motor cortex,basal ganglia,brainstem,and spinal cord,and commonly involves the muscles of the upper and/or lower extremities,and the muscles of the bulbar and/or respiratory regions.However,as the disease progresses,it affects the adjacent body regions,leading to generalized muscle weakness,occasionally along with memory,cognitive,behavioral,and language impairments;respiratory dysfunction occurs at the final stage of the disease.The disease has a complicated pathophysiology and currently,only riluzole,edaravone,and phenylbutyrate/taurursodiol are licensed to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in many industrialized countries.The TAR DNA-binding protein 43 inclusions are observed in 97%of those diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.This review provides a preliminary overview of the potential effects of TAR DNAbinding protein 43 in the pathogenesis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,including the abnormalities in nucleoplasmic transport,RNA function,post-translational modification,liquid-liquid phase separation,stress granules,mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress,axonal transport,protein quality control system,and non-cellular autonomous functions(e.g.,glial cell functions and prion-like propagation).

Single atom catalysts(SACs)have garnered significant attention in the field of catalysis over the past decade due to their exceptional atom utilization efficiency and distinct physical and chemical properties.For the semiconductor-based electrical gas sensor,the core is the catalysis process of target gas molecules on the sensitive materials.In this context,the SACs offer great potential for highly sensitive and selective gas sensing,however,only some of the bubbles come to the surface.To facilitate practical applications,we present a comprehensive review of the preparation strategies for SACs,with a focus on overcoming the challenges of aggregation and low loading.Extensive research efforts have been devoted to investigating the gas sensing mechanism,exploring sensitive materials,optimizing device structures,and refining signal post-processing techniques.Finally,the challenges and future perspectives on the SACs based gas sensing are presented.

目的:观察湘西苗医刘氏小儿推拿流派“推五经”治疗缓解期哮喘患儿的疗效及对肠道菌群的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:30例健康儿童作为健康组,不予任何干预。将60例缓解期哮喘患儿随机分为健康教育组和推拿组,每组30例。健康教育组采用常规干预和健康教育,推拿组在健康教育组的基础上加用小儿推拿“推五经”,每日1次,每周4次。两组均治疗3个月。比较健康教育组及推拿组治疗前后的中医主要证候积分,采用16SrRNA测序技术检测两组患儿治疗后及健康组的肠道菌群。结果:与本组治疗前比较,推拿组患儿喘憋、胸闷、咳嗽气急、哮鸣音等中医主要证候评分均减少,差异有统计学意义(P2,P<0.05)。结论:湘西苗医刘氏小儿推拿流派“推五经”可有效改善缓解期哮喘患儿的中医主要证候,其机制可能与上调肠道有益菌的丰度,调整肠道微生态有关。上调哮喘患儿红蝽杆菌纲、红蝽菌目、粪球菌属的丰度,也为小儿推拿“推五经”可能改善哮喘患儿脑功能失调状态提供了参考依据。

【目的】分析长白山红松阔叶林净生态系统碳交换量(NEE)的季节性差异及其气象因子响应,在月尺度下揭示气象因子对NEE的动态影响,为调节研究地区的碳收支提供理论指导。同时研究时间卷积神经网络在森林生态系统净碳交换模拟中的应用,探索NEE模拟的新方法。【方法】基于长白山温带红松阔叶林通量观测站2007—2010年间的30 min观测数据,分析NEE和输入模型的5种气象因子的季节性差异,并分析5种气象因子与NEE的相关性。使用随机森林模型,计算影响NEE的各因子重要性得分,选择得分较高的5种气象因子:潜热通量、显热通量、冠层上方空气湿度、冠层上方水汽压和净辐射作为NEE模拟的输入;分别构建基于时间卷积神经网络(TCN)、长短期记忆网络(LSTM)、人工神经网络(ANN)、支持向量回归(SVR)和极限学习机(ELM)的5种NEE模型,采用决定系数(R^(2))、平均绝对误差(MAE)和均方根误差(RMSE)评价模型的预测精度和稳定性。【结果】长白山温带红松阔叶林通量观测站NEE全年总量为-74.7773 gCO_(2)·m^(-2)a-1,总体表现为碳汇,但夏季表现为碳汇,冬季表现为碳源;NEE与潜热通量、冠层上方水汽压、净辐射和冠层上方空气湿度均极显著负相关(P<0.0001),和显热通量相关性不显著;TCN模型的RMSE为0.1105 mgCO_(2)·m^(-2)s^(-1),R^(2)为0.8214,RMSE分别比ELM、SVR、ANN和LSTM减少0.0248、0.0224、0.0222和0.0068 mgCO_(2)·m^(-2)s^(-1),R^(2)分别比ELM、SVR、ANN和LSTM增加0.0806、0.0777、0.0686、0.0223;根据5种模型的10次试验结果,计算得到TCN模型RMSE的标准差为0.0004 mgCO_(2)·m^(-2)s^(-1),相比ELM、ANN和LSTM分别减小0.0014、0.0013和0.0002 mgCO_(2)·m^(-2)s^(-1)。【结论】长白山温带红松阔叶林通量观测站的NEE总体表现为碳汇,但存在明显的季节差异;NEE与潜热通量、冠层上方水汽压、冠层上方空气湿度、净辐射极显著负相关(P<0.0001),与显热通量相关性不显著。对于长白山温带红松阔叶林通量观测站的长期NEE预测结果表明,基于TCN的模型不仅预测精度良好,并且具有较强的稳定性,能为时间卷积神经网络在生态模拟领域的应用提供可行性依据。本研究结果可为调节长白山红松阔叶林的碳收支提供理论指导。

Pathway Planning of Nuclear Power Development Incorporating Assessment of Nuclear Event Risk

The nuclear event risk(NER)is an important and disputed factor that should be reasonably considered when planning the pathway of nuclear power development(NPD)to assess the benefits and risks of developing nuclear power more objectively.This paper aims to explore the impact of nuclear events on NPD pathway planning.The influence of nuclear events is quantified as a monetary risk component,and an optimization model that incorporates the NER in the objective function is proposed.To optimize the pathway of NPD in the lowcarbon transition course of power supply structure evolution,a simulation model is built to deduce alternative NPD pathways and corresponding power supply evolution scenarios under the constraint of an exogenously assigned carbon emission pathway(CEP);moreover,a method is proposed to describe the CEP by superimposing the maximum carbon emission space and each carbon emission reduction(CER)component,and various CER components are clustered considering the emission reduction characteristics and resource endowments of different power generation technologies.A case study is conducted to explore the impact of NER and its risk valuation uncertainty on NPD pathway planning.The method presented in this paper allows the impact of nuclear events on NPD pathway planning to be quantified and improves the level of coordinated optimization of benefits and risks.
